Péssima receção e gerência da casa

Desde o atendimento pelo gerente da propriedade que ora não atendia, ora não se lembrava do que tinha falado connosco, passámos uma semana sem luz na casa de banho, porque não foram arranjar, sendo avisados no primeiro dia. Avisados também no primeiro dia de uma cadeira partida, queriam que esta mesma fosse paga, revelando mais uma vez que esquecimento total do que falámos com o gestor de propriedade. Para além disso foi nos pedido para pagar mais 4h de limpeza quando foi do nosso cuidado deixar a casa arrumada. A falta de cuidado e a tentativa de extorquir e levar sempre mais um pouco fazem desta uma experiência a não repetir e uma gerência que fica muito a desejar.

Zufrieden mit einigen Einschränkungen

Bei Ankunft war der Vermieter nicht anwesend. Der Zugang war nur mit Schlüssel möglich welche sich in der Save-Box befanden. Leider wurde mir nach Zahlung weder eine Telefonnummer des Vermietrs noch der Code für die Save-Box von Ihnen bekanntgegeben. Ich war daher gezwungen mich vor Ort mit Ihnen telefonisch in Kontakt zu senden um die benötigten Daten zu erhalten. Das ist ein schwerer Mangel in Ihrer Serviceleistung!!! Das Objekt hat den Anforderungen und der Beschreibung entsprechend gepasst, die Lage zum Strand sehr günstig. In der Ausschreibung war aber nicht die Rede davon, dass sich das Objekt in unmittelbarer Nähe zu einer Party-Meile befand. Von Nachtruhe kann daher bis 03/04 Uhr nicht gepsorechen werden. Das Basshämmern und dauerndes Partylicht flackern dauerte unvermindert an. Dass in der Umgebung in den Ferienhäusern auch bis manchmal 04 Uhr gefeiert wurde sollte in der Beschreibung insofern berücksichtigt werden, indem auf die Lage angrenzender Ferienhäuser verwiesen wird. Üblicherweise ist bei einer 14tägigen Buchung eine wöchentliche Reinigung und Tausch der Bettwäsche und Handtücher Standard! Dies hat es nicht gegeben, es wurde auch im Angebot nicht darauf eingegangen. Erst über Anruf beim Vermieter wurden 3 Plastik Säcke über den Zaun geworfen, welche bei unserer Rückkehr vom Strand vorgefunden wurden. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war zufriedenstellend. Zusammenfassend: Objekt ok, Ausschreibung Verbesserungsbefürftig.

Excelente localização

Estadia muito agradável para 6 pessoas. De destacar a óptima localização da habitação (próxima da praia, restaurantes, lojas, clubes de divertimento nocturno... e numa zona muito tranquila, de fácil acesso e sempre com estacionamento disponível). A casa é suficientemente espaçosa, com óptima zona exterior (jardim e alpendre) e com cozinha equipada com os utensílios estritamente necessários. Recomendável tanto para grupos de jovens como famílias. A casa estava limpa e em boas condições. Proprietária muito atenciosa e disponível.

Perfect location!

We had an amazing time here! The villa was close to the beach and very close to the nightlife of Albufeira! The contact with the house genator was very good and he was willing to help when we had questions. The kitchen can use some renovation but besides that the house is in good condition!

Good experience for the location, but not for the apartment itself

Very well located property, only 5 minutes away from Oura beach and 2 minutes away from the nightlife area. It's located in a very quiet complex with easy access and parking. At the check-in we found a lock with the keys inside and we didn't meet anyone responsible for the apartment. The apartment itself clearly needs some renovation and maintenance. The furniture is old, the kitchen appliances are not working very well and the kitchen is poorly equipped. A lot of things were missing and not in very good condition. The house was not impeccably clean, specially the bathroom and the kitchen utensils and appliances (glasses, dishes, pots and pans we had to clean it all). Almost half of the lightbulbs were missing or not working and there was no ventilation at all (no A/C or fans) so the property could get very warm, specially while sleeping. Overall it was a good experience for the location (that we already knew), but not for the apartment itself.

Una casa muy bien ubicada y preciosa

La ubicación es perfecta, a 5 minutos de la playa Oura y a 15 de Albufeira. La casa preciosa, super fresquita, sin ruido y puedes ir andando a todas partes. Nosotros fuimos con niños muy pequeños y repetiré seguro :)
