The perfect location for a tranquil vacation!

We have stayed at Villa Zinata multiple times in the past year and always love to come back to this tranquil place! The house is wonderful and its location absolutely perfect. We have always received a very warm welcome from the owner and found the place in perfect shape. Claudette was always available for us and very helpful with any little problem that might have come up. A big thank you to Claudette and Vanina!

Un Emplacement fantastique

A proximité immédiate de la magnifique plage de Canella , Une très belle maison , sur un immense terrain les pieds dans l eau . Une cuisine neuve parfaitement équipée , un grand salon avec baies a galandage donnant sur la mer . La terrasse couverte permet de déjeuner et dîner à l abri du soleil et de la fraîcheur des soirées d’octobre . Des travaux sont prévus pour la jolie piscine qui en a besoin et qui propose bar et frigo à proximité et cela offrira un équipement en rapport avec les prestations de cette très belle demeure. L accueil à été aussi super agréable et limpide .

Le lieu et la vue sont exceptionnels!! La maison est fonctionnelle Dommage que quelques détails de prestations d'entretien et rénovation gâche un peu le plaisir en rapport du prix de la location.

Superbe localisation

Superbe localisation au bord de la mer avec très beau jardin. Nous avons passé une bonne semaine. La villa n’est cependant pas totalement équipée pour 8 adultes: transats, vaisselle.

Excellent séjour

Un super accueil par la propriétaire. Elle nosu a donné des bons plans restau et coin à voir en cette saison. La situation de la maison est tout simplement fantastique, avec un vue sur la mer incroyable. Nous avons profité du jaccuzzi et de la maison qui est très agréable. La cuisine, bien que très bien équipée, va être changée ce qui va apporter un cachet supplémentaire aux futurs vacanciers. Je recommande vivement cette villa pour la détente et le calme.

Un séjour inoubliable

Super séjour , emplacement exceptionnel, beaucoup de rénovations en tous genres ont été apportées et ça se voit qu’il y’a du neuf : les canapés e ainsi qu’une grande partie du mobilier extérieur, la peinture et décoration intérieures sont vraiment très sympa . La propriétaire nous a informés de la rénovation totale de la cuisine programmée au printemps. Nous étions quatre et avons adoré la maison. Le réveil au petit matin devant ce panorama est juste magique, les couleurs tout le long de la journée incroyables. Le jacuzzi c’est vraiment un plus , et partir en canoë devant la plage privée de la maison : un rêve. Le spot de cette maison est unique . Je recommande vivement.

Super Lage

Negativ: leider war die Einrichtung veraltet und teilweise defekt (Sonnenschirme, Stühle, Türen etc.). Zudem war der Grill etc. nicht sauber gereinigt. Bei unserer Ankuft mussten wir noch 60 Euro für die Bettwäsche bezahlen!? Sollte bei dem Mietpreis eigentlich dabei sein. Positiv: das Haus, mit wunderschöner Ausscht auf das Meer mit eigenem Strand, liegt ideal. Auch für wunderschöne Bademöglichkeiten in der Nähe ist das eine gute Adresse. Werden sicherlich wieder einmal nach Korsika fahren, würden aber eine andere Unterkunft wählen, da das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht stimmt.

Vue incroyable

L’atout majeur de cette maison est la cadre incroyable avec la vue mer à 180’. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour . Nous étions 2 familles avec chacune 3 enfants ( entre 3 et 11 ans). La maison est au calme, proche de la jolie plage de Canella et de la rivière Solenzara. Dans les points négatifs, nous dirions que la maison mérite un rafraîchissement global: literie/ drap/ électroménager/ deco / liner-deck de la pisicine…on sent que tout a déjà beaucoup servi et rend la maison bcp moins confortable qu’elle ne le pourrait… Nous avons néanmoins passé un très bon séjour.

Hammerlage mit wahnsinnig schönen Sonnenaufgang

In Summe alles Tip Top wie beschrieben. Die Bestuhlung auf der Terrasse ist etwas ungemütlich weil die Rückenlehne etwas steil und kurz ist. Die Küche ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte etwas wertigeres Geschirr und Besteck gebrauchen.

Belle propriété entre mer et montagne.

Belle propriété, avec un beau jardin, belle piscine et belle vue. Chambres et salle de bains très confortables. L’hôte Vanina est très sympathique et réactive. Petit défaut : La baignade en mer devant la maison n’est pas simple : vagues et rochers.

Vacances parfaites

Nous avons passé un super sejour a la villa zinata ( 2 adultes + 2 enfant) Très belle maison mais le gros point fort ce dont les extérieurs et en particulier l accès complètement privé à la plage. Jardin et piscine top avec vue magnifique mais ça vous l aurez déjà remarqué sur les photos qui sont très fidèles. Vanina a été toujours très disponible et très sympa , nous donnant plein de bonnes adresses ! Bref une location idéale!

PARADISU

Villa super agréable avec toutes les prestations nécessaires. Le jacuzzi avec la vue... l’accès à la plage privée.. Quand vous rentrez dans la villa, vous êtes vraiment au Paradis... La propriétaire est très sympa, très arrangeante...Bref, 1 semaine de confinement en famille pour passer dans cette nouvelle année 2021... idéal pour se ressourcer.. et/ou faire la fête... Tolle Villa mit kleinem Engpass in den Morgenstunden ...

Insgesamt war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in der Villa Zinata. Leider ist es unserer Meinung nach aber für 10 Personen nicht so optimal. 8 sind OK da es nur 4 Zimmer gibt. Auch bei den Toiletten war es ein wenig schwierig. Die Toilette (und Bad) im Obergeschoss ist ohne Trennwand zum Schlafzimmer. Das hat uns nicht gefallen. Die einzelne Toilette im Erdgeschoss hat auch nicht optimal funktioniert (es dauert ewig bis der Spülkasten wieder voll ist). Aber das ist jammern auf hohem Niveau. Pool, Garten, Meerzugang alles gepflegt und in einem ordentlichen Zustand. Die Lage war für uns perfekt, wir haben das Frühstück im Sonnenschein und das Abendessen im Schatten auf der Terrasse sehr genossen. Beim Strand ist es nur für geübte Schwimmer möglich die schroffen Felsen zu umschwimmen.
