Eagles Landing is located just off Route 1 and is within walking distance of The Big Fish Grill, Arenas Sports Bar and Grill, and various fish markets. Kids will enjoy walkability to Jungle Jim's Waterpark - a Rehoboth favorite. Outlet shopping lines Route 1. Rehoboth Avenue features critically acclaimed restaurants, unique shops, and boutiques, and the tradition of the Boardwalk and Funland is just a five-minute drive. If you want more action, check out the nightlife in Dewey Beach, which is also a short drive away. The Eagles Landing neighborhood offers three pools (one right outside your front door) (Pools are typically open from Memorial Day through Labor Day), tennis courts, a recreational center, walkability to restaurants, a short bike ride to town (path and tunnel under Route 1 so it is a safe ride for both kids and adults) and close to the outlets.

The community requires a minimum of a seven nigh stay. Community pools are typically open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Linens are not supplied; however, we offer a linen rental package to guests. The condo has two levels with steps. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
