Les Arcs 1800, one of the 10 leading resorts in the Alps, located 15 km above the town of Bourg Saint Maurice.
We have been renting our apartment for 25 years in a relationship of trust with our tenants.
This apartment is located in the residence, Les Tournavelles, facing the slopes in the middle of the resort. Its wooden architecture allows it to be incorporated harmoniously into the snowy landscape. Its central location allows access quickly and easily to all services of the resort: the ski lifts, shops, meeting ski schools, daycare centers, toboggans, swimming pool, etc ...
Facing west, located in the side valley floor (entrance floor slopes side), it has an area of ​​34 m², has a sleeping room with 2 persons, well equipped with kitchen, a bathroom with tub , a room for 3 with 2 bunk beds and separate WC. Its balcony offers a great view of the sun setting over the Isère valley.
Its access is easy by car but also by generally direct TGV for many cities in France. Access to the station is either by bus or by funicular to Arc 1600 and then shuttle, all in less than 3/4 hour.

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine l’appartement très bien situé propre bien équipé parfait. La seul chose est d’avoir un emplacement parking dans l’immeuble sinon c’est très compliqué pour charge et décharger le véhicule.

Appartement très bien situé (littéralement au pied des pistes, à proximité de tout ...), il est également en parfait état, très propre et très fonctionnel, et parfaitement équipé. Nous y avons passé une excellente semaine. La prise et le retour des clés sont très rapides et faciles, et le contact avec le propriétaire très bon.

La situation de l appartement est exceptionnel puisque nous déchaussons les ski devant la porte de l immeuble. L appartement était en parfait état et très propre. Bien agencé. Remise des clés très simple et facile. Belle vue et situé en plein centre.

Super semaine

Super semaine en famille, 2 adultes et 3 jeunes ado. Appart aux pieds des pistes, super bien équipé (le meilleur de nos 5 années aux Arcs), très propre, confortable et bien chauffé. Très bon contact avec le propriétaire. Évidemment comme tous les logements des Tournavelles, certaines nuits sont un peu bruyantes du fait des bars en bas. Mais avec des boules quies, on dort bien.

Excellent appartements, super bien agencé et aménagé. Tres confortable et pratique. Situation top , ski aux pieds, piscine en face, commerces à coté. Un bar en face genere du bruit le soir mais aveune bonne journée de ski on se laisse bercé par les voix des fêtards. On y retournera avec grand plaisir

A recommander

Appartement très bien équipé et très bien situé, aux pieds des pistes, des commerces, belle vue dégagée. Charme du Charlotte Perriand rénové. Tout est comme décrit sur l annonce. Attention pour ceux qui ne supportent pas le bruit la nuit des bars et du passage de noctambules juste en dessous en période de forte affluence. Nous sommes néanmoins ravis de cette location.

Excellent location, close to lifts, shops and town centre, noisy at night

Great location especially with a little one who we needed to get to ski school early. Nice apartment, typical of Les Arcs in style, had everything we needed. Friendly and helpful service from the owner. Only downside is the noise due to the central location. We would still book it again for the convenience.

Ein gelungender Aufenthalt!

Das Apparment liegt sehr zentral, nur wenige Meter zur Piste. Einkäufe etc. sind schnell erledigt. Das Appartment ist prima ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts. Hin und wieder wurde es nachts lauter von draussen, manche Miturlauber fanden kein Ende beim Feiern. Uns hat es nur in einer Nacht etwas gestört. Sehr zu empfehlen, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Appt spacieux et confortable au pied des pistes

Appartement avec plan compact et cuisine US bien équipée. Séjour spacieux, couchage pour 3-4 enfants. Vrai lit pour adulte très confortable. On aime le toaster, lave vaisselle, micro-onde et four. Jolie vue sur la vallée. Immeuble au pied des pistes et des commerces. Le stockage des skis sur le balcon n'est pas gênant, voire plutôt pratique. Proprio sympa et disponible.
