The area is very quiet, ideal to rest, each apartment consists of two bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom, with outdoor shower, completely independent and with outdoor spaces for eating out. Built in 2008, with suitable materials, in the basement there is a natural fresh, it sleeps very well. Each apartment has its own water reserve, and the barbecue with chairs and table for eating out.

Ottimo soggiorno

Francesca e suo marito sono super gentili e disponibili. All'arrivo ci hanno fatto trovare acqua fresca, del cibo preparato da loro e una bottiglia di mirto, oltre a tutto il necessario per trascorrere il nostro soggiorno al meglio. La casa è molto bella e spaziosa, fresca e pulita. A 10 minuti di auto ci sono tutte le spiagge di Chia, market, farmacia e ristoranti

Vacanza perfetta

Siamo appena rientrati da una vacanza di 2 settimane trascorse in questo appartamento, grande, spazioso, dotato di ogni comfort. Situato a 1,5 km dal paese in posizione collinare ma facilmente raggiungibile con qualsiasi mezzo. La padrona di casa è di una gentilezza squisita e ci ha coccolati Speriamo di poter ritornare il prossimo anno.

Assolutamente accogliente sia la casa che i proprietari, molto generosi. L'abitazione, in campagna, ma a 10' dalla spiaggia, ha tutto ed è molto tranquilla. Grazie dell'ospitalità

Schöne, saubere Ferienwohnung, traumhafte Strände

Die Ferienwohnung ist sauber und sieht in echt schöner aus als auf den Fotos. Die Lage ist ruhig aber man hat alles in nächster Nähe von einem Marktstand( frisches Obst und Gemüse), Metzger, Café, Restaurant ( super leckere Pizza und Meeresfrüchtevorspeise),Supermarkt, Fischstand( jeden 2. Tag) und natürlich die traumhaftschönen Chia Strände!!! Es gibt viele schöne Buchten die alle in 5 - 10 Minuten gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen sind ( für die sportlichen: Man kann aber auch gut hin joggen oder mit dem Rad fahren). Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und auf dem Gasherd sowie dem vorhandenen Grill konnten wir leckeres zubereiten. Es war Erholung pur und wunderschön. Ein grosses Dankeschön an Francesca und Ihre nette Familie die uns herzlichst empfangen hat und trotz Sprachbarrieren wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt haben ! Hoffentlich bis bald...Liebe Grüße Katrin

"L''appartamento è di nuo...

"L''appartamento è di nuovissima costruzione così come tutti i mobili interni; molto pulito e abbastanza fresco, essendo un seminterrato. La strada per arrivare è un po'' scomoda in quanto sterrata ma si percorre tranquillamente con un po'' di pazienza. Proprietari gentili e sempre disponibili."
