séjour Mimizan
cela fait deux ans que je loue se logement nous avons rencontrés les même problèmes que l' année passée c'est dommage ( congélateur ,qui ne congèle pas sèche serviette HS douille de chantier dans les WC HS ) . A part ca tout est correct

Location fonctionnelle
Location très bien située, dans un quartier calme, à 300m de la plage et à 1,5 km du centre et des commerces (5 mn en vélo). Le jardin est très agréable avec son barbecue et sa terrasse a l'ombre des pins. Quelques transats supplémentaires seraient les bienvenus. Les 3 chambres sont spacieuses et la literie de qualité. Cuisine bien équipée (un lave vaisselle et ce serait top) et salon et salle à manger adaptés pour 6 personnes.

petits problèmes la maison n'avait pas été occuper depuis un certain temps : odeur de renfermé probleme d'inondation dans la salle d'eau et d'électricité (cour jus)(prise de châtaigne)au niveau de la machine a laver. Pas de wifi pas de lave vaisselle les couettes et matelas n'étaient pas très propre

Agréable
Maison très bien située, le quartier est résidentiel, la plage est très proche, le centre ville à 15 minutes à pied maximum. Idéal si on ne veut pas utiliser son véhicule. La maison est très bien équipée, il y a vraiment tous les accessoires dont on peut avoir besoin en cuisine et plus et il y a même les produits d'entretien pour le ménage de fin de séjour. Nous n'avons pas eu l'impression que quelque chose manquait.

Lovely House amongst the pines
Really liked this house, with dappled shade from the pines. Very practical and comfortable for a family, well equipped kitchen. Easy walk to beach. Glad we brought bikes so we could cycle into central Mimizan to pick up our morning croissants and baguettes. 2 double beds were good, 2 single beds a bit average. In hot weather could do with some light duvets or bedspreads. No duvets available for single beds, only blankets. But minor quibbles - really a lovely place to stay.

Très bon séjour
Une maison spacieuse dans l'ensemble. J'y ai trouvé tout ce dont nous avons eu besoin pendant la semaine, à part le sèche cheveux un peu vétuste mais opérationnel tout de même, je n'ai pas de point négatif sur le logement. La literie est confortable, oreillers et couvertures / couettes en nombres plus que suffisant. Les ustensiles pour cuisiner sont nombreux. La maison est très bien située, à 5 minutes de la première plage et à 15 à pieds de celles du centre et des magazins. Tout est à proximité, nous n'avons pas eu besoin de prendre la voiture de toute la semaine.

Vu le prix exceptionnel de la location, maison spacieuse, avec un beau jardin, garage pratique et surtout proche de la plage et des commerces et calme. Soucis de propreté évident à l'arrivée. Ai prévenu le propriétaire.

Bonita casa
La casa está en un sitio precioso, exactamente como describe. Tiene un jardín muy bonito,por dentro está bien es algo anticuada pero esta bien y te dejan absolutamente de todo lo que puedas necesitar, hasta plancha de ropa. Las camas grandes están nuevas y son muy cómodas , las de 90 están fatal deberían cambiarlas porque son muy incomodas. El anfitrión aunque no está allí contesta rápidamente a cualquier cosa que necesites y me ha demostrado que es serio y de fiar porque tuvimos un problema con la limpieza cuando llegamos y rápidamente puso solución. En cuanto podamos repetiremos en la casa de Laurent sin dudarlo.

Great little house with garden just a few minutes' walk from the beach.
Very charming little house with all the essentials just a few minutes walk from the beach in South Mimizan Plage. A very nice gated yard was perfect for our dogs. And the welcome and check-out were all painless and everyone was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend as it is a great value for money.

c'est une maison très agréable près des plages.
Nous avons passé 3 jours très agréables, sous le soleil. Le lotissement était très calme, nous y étions du 11 au 14 Mai donc hors vacances scolaires. Les plages sont très étendues comme beaucoup sur le littoral atlantique et pas trop de monde. Une petite escapade de quelques jours fait du bien aux petits et grands.
