Un bel appartement, très bien situé

Nous avons passé un super séjour! L'appartement est bien assez grand pour 6 personnes,très confortable et joliment décoré. C'est bien agencé et l'équipement est top. Accès à la mer, au centre très proche. Le Delhaize au bout de la rue et un parking gratuit à 5 minutes. Le propriétaire est très prévenant et sympathique. Je recommande pour les séjours en famille. Nous reviendrons, c'est certain.

Parfait

Rien à redire. Location propre, fonctionnelle, bien équipée. Communication avec le propriétaire au top, il est très réactif. Un petit bémol le parking. Pas facile de charger / décharger les valises. Sinon vraiment une belle location. Je recommande.

Gute und vollständige Einrichtung

Der Aufenthalt war alles in allem gut. Lage und Ausstattung der FeWo waren sehr gut. Da es im Oktober schon recht kühl war, hätten wir uns eine individuelle Einstellung der Heizung auf unsere Bedürfnisse gewünscht.

Kann man mal machen, KEIN Parkplatz vor ORT!!

ACHTUNG!! KEIN Parkplatz vor Ort!! Parkplatz war im Inserat angegeben, was sich auf Nachfrage als Irrtum herausstellt. War für uns ein Buchungsgrund. Nun 20 Minuten Fußweg zum nächsten öffentliche /kostenlosen Parkplatz. Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Küchengriffe verklebt und Haare im Bad und Schlafzimmer. Kommunikation mit dem Belgischen Vermieter auf Englisch. Schlüssel kommt per Post und muss auch aus Belgien zurückgeschickt werden. Kein Office vor Ort!!

L'appartement est très bien situé, à 5 minutes à pieds de la plage. Il y a toujours une place pour se garer à proximité du logement. L'électroménager ainsi que les meubles s'y trouvant sont de très bonne qualité et l'appartement contient tout le nécessaire pour y passer un agréable séjour.

Zentrale ruhige Lage mit der besten Ausstattung, welche wir jemals gehabt haben. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war sehr gut. Die Wohnung war gut geschnitten und gut eingerichtet, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden diese sofort wieder buchen.

Zentrale Lage und kurze Wege zu den Geschäften und Restaurants

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem netten Haus mit 5 Stockwerken und ausgebautem Dach. Nicht zu vergleichen mit den Bettenburgen, die direkt an die Strandpromenade gebaut wurden. Wohnung und Haus sind gepflegt. Der Fahrstuhl im Haus war ein echtes Plus nachdem ich gerade eine Knie OP hinter mir hatte. Die Wohnung entsprach der Beschreibung und befand sich im 1. Stock. Für uns als deutsche war es etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, dass es in der Wohnung keine Gardinen gab. Für die Nacht gab es allerdings Vorhänge die man zuziehen konnte. Nachteilig empfand ich, dass wir die Bettbezüge/-Laken nicht leihen konnten und uns extra für die belgischen Betten welche Kaufen mussten. Ich hoffe dass wir diese Bettbezüge/-Laken dann auch für weitere Aufenthalte in Belgien und Frankreich nutzen können. Der Zugang zur Dusche ist durch einen Heizkörper und das Waschbecken etwas verbaut und beengt, stellt aber kein Problem dar, wenn man keine Handicaps hat. Was wir uns noch gewünscht hätten, wäre eine Badematte vor der Dusche. Das ist aber jammern auf hohem Niveau. Insgesamt haben wir uns in der Wohnung sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Daher auch überall 5 Sterne.

super schöne Wohnung im Stadtzentrum und trotzdem in paar Minuten am Strand

die Wohnung war einfach nur perfekt. Nur die Arbeit der Reinigungskräfte lässt zu Wünschen übrig (der Backofen war sehr verschmutzt und im Kaffeeautomat befand sich noch ein gebrachter und inzwischen verschimmelter Filter). Ansonsten gibt es zu 100% nur Positives zu berichten. Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder.

Agréable séjour

Notre séjour d'une semaine a été très agréable et l'appartement est conforme à la description. Il est effectivement très spacieux, lumineux, d'une propreté irréprochable et la cuisine est très bien équipée. Sa situation géographique est idéale. En effet l'endroit est à la fois très calme et non éloigné des commerces et de la mer. Nous avons enfin apprécié la disponibilité des propriétaires. C'est un appartement à retenir pour de prochains séjours.

appartement splendide, meublé avec beaucoup de goût, très propre. Le propriétaire a fourni toutes les informations nécessaires à un séjour sans interrogations inutiles et s'est montré très disponible. Je recommande chaudement cette location! Tous les plaisirs de la mer du nord sont concentrés à Coxyde: les traiteurs poissons/ boucherie, les plages splendides, les gaufres et les glaces succulentes, les locations de vélo et autres engins roulants : que du bonheur!!

Excellent séjour, très agréable

C'est un appartement pratique, fonctionnel, moderne, meublé et décoré avec goût et avec tout le confort. On s'y sent bien! Le séjour est une belle pièce spacieuse, lumineuse et agréable à vivre. Tout était impeccable à notre arrivée. De plus, la résidence est bien située, proche des commerces et à 10 min à pied de la plage. La description de la location est bien faite, les indications du propriétaires, claires et précises. A recommander vraiment car toutes les conditions sont requises pour passer de bonnes vacances.
