About this property

Your Luxury Condo On The Ocean - Where The Sun Sets In San Diego - Central Air

This is an ocean front condo. We also own the property, in the same building, that is right next door (VRBO/Home Away # 572846). We initially bought this property so we would have a place on the ocean to come with our children and grandchildren. Each property has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths as well as an adjoining hallway in between. What is unique to this property is, along with the 300 sq. ft. exclusive use ocean front patio, it has a private garden terrace to the back with barbecue. Two of the bedrooms have doors to access the terrace. These two bedrooms can be closed off from the rest of the condo for privacy. This property is perfect for two couples or family of four with grandma and grandpa.

We have just completed a remodel of the kitchen and bathrooms as of May 2024. There are two masters, each with king beds and a third bedroom with twin beds.

Our place is located just minutes from SeaWorld, San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, Downtown San Diego, Seaport Village and the airport. It is a short drive to Legoland and Safari Park.

The condo has a fully-equipped kitchen, central A/C, wireless high speed internet.Washer and dryer inside the unit. There is an exclusive parking space for one car and guest parking.

It is a southern CA classic....cliffs, rocks, beach and pier. Walk to all or view from your condo.

Totally awesome! Luxury accommodation. Spotlessly clean. Ocean views, surf, sandy coves. Tidal pools to explore. Easy walk to Ocean Beach, lots of cafes, bars, restaurants. The Wednesday farmer’s market is the best I’ve seen. . The owner is quick to respond to questions. The property is maintained to a very high standard. The oceanfront condo was perfect for our group of 2 grandparents, 2 parents and kids aged 3 and 6. The two suites offer complete privacy for couples and the condo is outfitted with everything you could possibly want. We all loved the view, the sunsets, and the sound of the surf.

We enjoyed our stay, super clean and the kitchen is well stocked. Great view, loved the sound of crashing waves and the beautiful sunsets. Patio off the master is more private than the main patio. Amazing Thanksgiving for Family
As soon as we walked into the place, we were all excited. The ocean is literally right there!! We could hear the waves all day and night from the family room and master bedroom. Kitchen was stocked perfect for our needs: spaghetti, breakfasts, pizza, taco night. We could not ask for a better place. We walked everyday and really enjoyed going down the coast (away from OB) and were in walking distance to restaurants and bars heading into OB. We saw dolphins about every other day. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful Views
The photos don't do justice to the beautiful view from the back patio. The condo was newly updated, so everything was pristine and appliances were all new. Check in was very easy and it was great having a parking spot. The unit is within easy walking distance of restaurants and shops in OB. While it may seem private at times, the back patio is shared with 3 other units and the path to beach access runs through here as well. There is no separating fence/divider between the other ground floor unit. Not sure if the upstairs unit is rented out as well, because it was quiet until the last two days of our trip. The last two days we could hear footsteps, furniture scraping across the floor, music, TV, and conversations late at night from upstairs.

The view from the condo was awesome! We most enjoyed sitting in the back looking over the ocean. Although I didn’t swim, there is a great little beach just down the stairs from the condo. The unit was well stocked with bedding, pots, pans, etc.

We had a great time! The ocean front condo was fantastic - beautiful views of the ocean, easy walk to restaurants and beaches. Beautiful views. Comfortable stay. Lovely furnishings, quality bathroom spaces. Twin bed frames need locks when adults sleep in the beds to prevent movement on tile floors. Perfect Setting
The property was nestled on a cliff overlooking the ocean and a small, intimate beach. The backyard patio furniture, including a table and four chairs with umbrella and two rocking chairs and small accent table, allowed the group to spend time on the patio enjoying the views and beautiful sunsets. The property was very clean and well maintained. Views were spectacular from the living room and master bedroom. All rooms were spacious. The master bedroom had a nice walk in closet with dresser and en-suite bathroom was spacious and offered a nice shower, jetted tub, and double vanity. The beds were especially comfortable. Overall a great experience.
