Formentera
Erholsam, sehr aufmerksame zugewandte Vermieter. Hilfreiche Tipps für Strände und Ausflüge. Die Küche war perfekt ausgestattet. Es ist sehr rustikal, aber auch mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet. Liebevolle Details ohne Kitsch. Ein besonderer Platz an dem alles was einen guten Urlaub ausmacht sein kann. Es ist zwar abgelegen, aber wird von anderen Ruhesuchenden, Wanderern und dem Fischer und Geckos besucht. Das Rauschen des Meeres, der Ausblick auf die Bucht und Klippen sind einzigartig. Durch das Seegras und die Steine ist das Schwimmen direkt vor dem Haus anders, aber reizvoll die Bucht für sich allein zu haben. Besonderen Dank an die reizende Art von Concha und Santi, sie sind ein gutes Team und schaffen zusammen die Urlaubsunterkunft zu einem unvergesslichen Ziel zu machen. Die Insel und Menschen sind sehr entspannt und trotz einiger Touristen ist es nie zu hektisch oder überfüllt. Die Gelassenheit ist sehr erholsam, die Gerüche und der Rhythmus der Natur und der Insel entschleunigen.

Der beste Urlaub seit langem!
Wer einen ruhigen Urlaub sucht und eine Auszeit sucht, ist hier goldrichtig. Das Fischerhaus ist einfach, aber liebevoll ausgestattet und man hat direkten Zugang zum Meer. Ganz besonders hervorheben möchte ich, dass Concha und Santi wahnsinnig tolle Menschen sind und uns den Aufenthalt mit ihrer Herzenswärme zusätzlich verschönert haben. Danke an Euch beide!!!!!

Han sido unos días espectaculares. La ubicación es perfecta para desconectar, escuchando el mar. Y la casita es mágica. Sin duda, el año que viene cuando vengamos intentaremos volver a repetir. Une semaine de rêve dans cette petite maison de pêcheur a l'emplacement exceptionnel sur Formentera : près de tout et isolé a la fois comme au bout du monde ! Wir hatten das Vergnügen 1 Woche an diesem schönen Ort zu verbringen. Diese Ruhe und die Nähe zum Meer einfach traumhaft. Concha und Santi sind ganz herzliche und aufmerksame Vermieter, die sich sofort um alles bemühen, falls man evtl. auch mal Sonderwünsche hat. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Für Ruhesuchende für mich die beste Adresse auf Formentera. Wir haben beim Abschied ein paar Tränchen vergossen… vielen lieben Dank nochmal an Conchy y Santi 😘

Paradise isn't a place. It's a feeling ...
...und dieses Gefühl will ich versuchen in Worte zu fassen. Denn nur zu berichten wie liebevoll eingerichtet, blitzsauber und einzigartig gelegen diese Casita ist, würde nicht ausreichen. Wir, mein Mann und ich, kamen am 6. Juli am Hafen von Formentera an. Dort wurden wir herzlich von Santi in Empfang genommen und zur Casita gefahren. Wir fuhren über die Insel und irgendwann wurden die Strassen schmaler und die Häuser weniger und obwohl ich schon an vielen schönen Orten war, werde ich niemals diesen Moment vergessen, als wir nach der letzten Kurve auf dieser Klippe am Torrent de s'Alga ankamen und vor „unserem“ Häuschen standen. Ich hatte Gänsehaut und war angesichts der Schönheit der Landschaft fast zu Tränen gerührt. Man ist ja immer etwas aufgeregt, wenn man zum ersten Mal irgendwo ankommt ...ist es wirklich so hübsch wie auf den Bildern? ...hier kann ich sagen ja! Und noch viel mehr. Bei der Ankunft am Haus wurden wir dann auch von Concha mit einer Umarmung, super leckeren gefüllten Teigtaschen und kühlem Bier willkommen geheissen und man konnte garnicht anders, als sich vom ersten Moment an glücklich zu entspannen. Die Lage der Casita ist wirklich einzigartig, mehr Formentera und weiter weg vom Alltag geht nicht. Wenn du morgens, mit einem Kaffee, oder abends, mit einem Glas Wein, auf der wunderbaren Terrasse vor dem Haus sitzt und dem Rauschen des Meeres zuhörst spürst du Glück. Die Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer sorgt für angenehme Kühle und erholsamen Schlaf. Alternativ sind wir auch manchmal gerne bei geöffnetem Fenster mit dem Geräusch der Brandung des Meeres eingeschlafen …Balsam für Ohren und Seele. Für Menschen wie uns, die weit weg von Stress, Hektik oder Partylärm Urlaub machen wollen, gibt es keinen schöneren Ort. Formentera ist magisch und dieser Ort ist der Inbegriff dessen was die Insel ausmacht. Concha und Santi, die Vermieter, sind liebevolle, fröhliche und warmherzige Menschen, die sich bestens um ihre Gäste kümmern und immer erreichbar sind falls man Fragen hat. Es fällt immer schwer wenn der Urlaub zu Ende geht, aber hier war es als würde man aus einem wunderschönen Traum aufwachen. Ich kann „nur“ 5 Sterne geben, sonst würde ich es Sterne regnen lassen ...und den hellsten Stern gebe ich für Concha und Santi, die mit ganz viel Herz und ihrem wunderbaren Wesen diesen Ort für die Zeit deiner Ferien zu deinem Zuhause machen. Ein dickes Dankeschön und einen noch dickeren Kuss von Melli und Rolli

La miglior casa di Formentera!
La casa di Santi è UNICA in Formentera. La tranquillità, la pulizia, la posizione(ogni giorno sembra di essere dentro ad un documentario di National geografic channel. La consiglio a tutte quelle coppie che vogliono vivere una vacanza all’insegna dei colori, dei sapori e dei paesaggi più sensazionali di Formentera!

La Esencia de Formentera
Estuve con una amiga en la casita de Santi en el mes de mayo, disfrutando de la paz de Formentera en un momento seguramente muy inspirador del año. La casita es un pequeño espacio perfecto para dos personas, muy cuidado en sus detalles y equipado con todo lo que se pueda necesitar en una estancia vacacional. Santi es una persona encantadora y desde la reserva hasta el día en el que nos fuimos el trato fue exquisito, un anfitrión realmente excepcional. Hay que tener presente que esta casa se disfruta sobre todo en el exterior: nosotras desayunábamos afuera viendo el mar y por la noche cenábamos con la luna llena subiendo justo en frente de nuestros ojos. Magia al estado puro. Del entorno destacaría sobre todo el silencio (la casa está muy aislada y desde la cama se escucha el ruido del mar), la sensación de intimidad y la belleza de las vistas. Estuvimos muy felices allí durante 10 días pero volvimos al mundo real como si hubieramos desaparecido durante meses. Se lo aconsejo encarecidamente a toda persona que tenga un espíritu romántico y que busque disfrutar de la verdadera esencia de Formentera. Marina y Silvia.

"Cuando buscas unas vacaciones de descanso en un sitio maravilloso la casita de Santi y Concha es la primera elección! La casita es habilitada con mucho estilo y amor al detalle y da demasiado espacio para una pequena familia. No puedes estar mas cerca al mar. Al fin y al cabo es perfecto! Tambien con los propietarios nosotros todos estaban a gusto. Es un ambiente familial y amistoso. El cuidado de las dos es cojudo y Concha sabe hablar aleman perfecto así hay no problema de entretenerse. 5 de 5 puntos! por cierto... no hemos obtenido dinero por este evaluacion;) nochmal auf Deutsch: Wenn Sie Ferien der Ruhe an einem zauberhaften Ort suchen, ist das Haus von Santi und Concha die erste Wahl. Das Häuschen ist mit viel Stil und Detailliebe ausgestattet und bietet genügend Platz für eine kleine Familie. Näher am Meer geht nicht! Mit einen Wort es ist perfekt. Auch mit den Besitzern haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Zusammensein war sehr familiär und freundschaftlich. Die Betreuung der beiden ist toll und Concha kann perfekt deutsch sprechen, es gibt also kein Problem sich zu verständigen. 5 von 5 Punkten! und übrigens...wir haben kein Geld für diese Bewertung erhalten;) Ps. Santi und Concha haben 5 Häuschen in der Nähe, die sind zwar 100m weiter weg vom Meer aber ein bisschen größer - wer mehr Platz braucht..."

"La nuestra vacacion a Formentera fue muy agradable sea porque l'isla es un sitio encantador,sea porque los propietarios de la casa onde habitamos, Santi y Concha, son una pareja maravillosa, dos personas amables y disponibles a todas necesitades. Si que la casa es pequena, pero es muy linda, bonita y tranquilla, colocada en una enclave unica con una maravillosa vista al golfo y tiene todas comodidades y todo lo que necesita por pasar vacaciones inolvidables. Por cierto tenemos que volver a Formentera en la casita de Santi y Concha, la cual recomandamos a todas las personas que queren la naturaleza, la simplicidad, la cortesia."
