Lovely little gite for two

Perfect little gite for two with a most attractive garden surrounded by fields of sunflowers. The spacious garden offers both sunny and shady spots and lots of privacy. The house is simply furnished and reasonably well-equipped. The rooms are spacious and offer both sunny and cool spaces with large picture windows upstairs overlooking the garden. The host, Giliam could not have been more friendly, welcoming and helpful and always respected our privacy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in July and are already thinking of booking again.

Fantastisch!

Wij zijn hier met onze hond een week geweest. Echt een geweldige plek om tot rust te komen. Een ruim en authentiek huis dat van alles is voorzien zonder overbodige luxe. Alles is met zorg gedaan. De tuin is prachtig en heeft verschillende zitjes zodat je kunt kiezen voor zon of schaduw. Veel privacy en stilte. Het privézwembad is heerlijk voor verkoeling, Vanuit huis zijn prachtige wandelingen te maken. Chiel, de eigenaar is bijzonder gastvrij, behulpzaam en gunt je alle privacy. Un havre de paix et de repos

Ce gîte est une petite merveille de paix ! Guillaume est d'une gentillesse, d'une discrétion et d'une bienveillance absolues qui font du bien. Guillaume a très bien aménagé le jardin et y a disposé stratégiquement des sièges très propices à la lecture et à la contemplation du paysage vallonné environnant. Nous y avons passé des vacances très reposantes et nous recommandons absolument.

Belle tranquillité

Un excellent séjour dans un cadre magnifique et paisible. Dommage qu’il ait fait si chaud la première semaine nous empêchant de vadrouiller MAIS grâce au magnifique jardin, au gîte fonctionnel, confortable et très joliment décoré , et à la piscine privée nous nous sommes reposés au calme. Guillaume est adorable, aux petits soins mais très discret . Il est plein de prévenance et d’attention. Merci beaucoup ! Le gîte est proche de tout ( commerces/marchés/ visites touristiques / producteurs divers ) je recommande vivement !

Spectacular property in a stunning location

Gite Ducel is like no other one bedroom gite that we have stayed in. We were there for one week and loved every minute. It has so much character and is so spacious, not only inside but outside too. Beautiful sunflower fields surround you which you can view from your private swimming pool! Everything that we required was provided and Giliam was the perfect host and made our stay even better. We have already started making plans to visit again next year!

idéal pour se reposer

Le gîte est vraiment agréable, spacieux, très joliment décoré; très propre. Un grand jardin est à notre disposition, arboré avec jolie vue sur la campagne. Le soir, on peut apercevoir des chevreuils au loin, admirer le ciel étoilé...Sans oublier un petit mot pour Guillaume, notre hôte, disponible, discret, qui a vraiment à coeur que tout se passe bien pour ses locataires. Merci encore pour toutes les petites attentions. Nous avons vraiment passé un bon séjour.

Beautiful gitte set in a peaceful tranquil setting that would be very hard to beat!.

Guilliam is the perfect host, every detail had been thought through. His home and gitte stunning! We were looking for peace and quiet and a relaxing holiday and it was everything we wanted. Although theres plenty to do just a short drive in any direction. We would highly recommend Ducel.

Merveilleux

Un séjour reposant, au sein d'un gîte très bien situé, isolé de la route, au jardin extraordinaire et arboré. Le gîte est très beau et agencé avec goût. L'hôte, Guillaume, a pensé à tout et il ne manque rien pour rendre le séjour merveilleux. Guillaume est très accueillant, très gentil, ouvert et à l'écoute tout en respectant l'intimité des vacanciers. Nous y retournerons sans faute.

Willkommen im Paradies!

Wer einmal im Paradies leben möchte, sollte hierher kommen! Die gîte liegt inmitten von wunderschönen Sonnenblumenfeldern und einem herrlich gepflegten Grundstück samt eigenem Pool. Liebhaber architektonischer Besonderheiten kommen in der gîte auf Ihre Kosten. Diese hat der Vermieter nämlich selbst mit aller Liebe zum Detail umgebaut. Hier bleiben tatsächlich keine Wünsche offen! Der Gastgeber steht jederzeit mit Tipps zur Seite, wenn Fragen aufkommen. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

A beautiful hideaway

What a lovely, romantic location. We had a fantastic, relaxing stay. Gilliam is a first class host (and makes wonderful jam!), and the gite has everything anyone could need. Sitting in the garden, with stunning views over the sunflower fields, real life seemed a very long way away. Thanks, Gilliam! We shall be back!

Grande qualité d'accueil

Ce gîte est un véritable havre de repos au milieu des champs de tournesols, spacieux, lumineux, très belle déco, bien entretenu ; grand jardin arboré, fleuri dans un environnement très calme. Vélos à disposition. Prospectus sur la région, rando à pied, à vélo à faire. Notre hôte est quelqu'un d'attentionné et un amoureux de la nature. A recommander sans modération…!
