Lovely property and ideal for larger groups

My family and I had a great couple of nights here while visiting Sete. It's an ideal location with beautiful sea views and has the feeling of a Hollywood Hills property! Communication with the owner via Vrbo and the lady who greeted us at the property were brilliant, they were most helpful. Cleanliness and maintenance are the only things that could be improved. For example some of the outdoor seating was dusty, the pool hadn't been cleaned upon arrival, dishwasher hadn't been emptied, locks on most of the glass doors didn't work so the shutters had to be pulled down whenever we left the house for security and the handle on the kitchen tap was broken. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location but lack of maintenance

Nice located house but more negative experiences than positive! For example: The house was not clean when we arrived Broken furnitures Beds were dirty and broken Broken porcelain (left-overs on the plates) Not enough hotwater for shower for all (9 pers) Several were locked in the toilet Handles release doors Bad empathy from landlord. Internet disappeared last day I will not recomend this rental at all, the high rent does not meet expectations!

Schöner Urlaub

Wir hatten wirklich eine schöne Zeit. Aber ein paar Infos würde ich gerne noch mitteilen. Es gibt keinen Whirlpool, ich denke, es ist ein Übersetzungsfehler. Das Haus liegt hoch am Hang, Fahrräder kann man wirklich zuhause lassen. Im Haus ist einiges kaputt, aber man kann dort trotzdem gut wohnen. Der Pool hat einen Warner, der piept, wenn jemand reinfällt. Leider hat er das bei uns bis zu 10 mal die Nacht gemacht. Er hatte wohl einen Fehler. Das Haus hat ein Haupthaus mit Nebenhaus, in dem 2 Zimmer und ein sehr altes, schimmeliges Bad sind. Der Pool hat einen kaputten Skimmer, dadurch ist er wirklich sehr dreckig. Das Hauptgaus ist sehr groß. Wohnzimmer, Flur unten und ein Schlafzimmer haben Klimaanlage. Es gibt ein Bad mit einer Stehdusche und eines mit Badewanne im Haupthaus und das besagte Bad im Nebengebäude. Davon abgesehen hatten wir eine wirklich tolle Zeit dort.

Villa vraiment adaptée à nos besoins. La baraquette permet d avoir un lieu un peu à l écart et calme. Le jardin est très sympa même si à la Toussaint nous n en n avons pas trop profité. Les plages ne sont pas très loin en voiture et le centre ville est facilement accessible à pied ( mais attention il y a quand même du dénivelé). L accueil est très sympa avec Blandine ou son mari. C est une maison où on reviendra sûrement. Corinne

Villa spacieuse et calme situé au sommet de la colline avec vue sur mer. Nous étions 10 personnes et chacune a pu avoir son intimité. Maison idéale pour familles ou groupe d'amis; Inconvénients : on est tellement bien que l'on a guère envie de bouger !

Rare...

Une vue de haut imprenable sur la Méditerranée, une villa contemporaine spacieuse sous les pins, confortable, très bien pensée et équipée. La terrasse centrale en est le lieu de vie et de vue, mais il y a de nombreux recoins au calme pour chacun. Pour famille nombreuse ou bande de copains, tout le monde y trouvera son compte pour une escale à Sète. Le parking intérieur est très appréciable, il vaut mieux avoir un véhicule : le Mont St Clair domine la ville et la mer, et ça grimpe ! Accueil chaleureux et sympathique, à l'image de cette ville méditérranéenne. Il faut aller aux halles le matin pour fournir le barbecue du midi, la table est grande, profitez en. C'est le seul côté négatif de cette maison, on y est tellement bien qu'elle invite au farniente, il faut alors se forcer un peu pour en bouger et profiter aussi du reste de la ville.
