Una casa per meditare
Casa incantevole, proprietaria amabilissima. In mezzo al verde, vicino al lago, un po' isolato. Per chi ama la meditazione e il silenzio.

Una dimora dove sogni di ritornare
L'abbiamo appena lasciata la bella casa di Marina e già ci mancano la sua atmosfera serena e rilassante, il magnifico giardino, l'antico uliveto, le stanze accoglienti, l'ottimo collegamento a internet e... il lago a due passi dalla villa. Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza perfetta anche grazie alla gentilezza e disponibilità della nostra ospite- Grazie, Marina! Anche i nostri cani- Artu, Nina e Salvone- sottoscrivono.

Un sogno di tranquillità a Trevignano Romano
Abbiamo passato una piacevolissima vacanza in questo villino vicinissimo al lago e abbiamo dimenticato l'auto per due settimane, un sogno! La casa è ben arredata e fornita di tutto ciò che è necessario, la proprietaria gentilissima ci ha anche lasciato asciugamani e saponi per tutta la durata del nostro soggiorno e si è resa disponibile per indicarci i luoghi migliori da visitare nei dintorni, Il giardino è curato ed arredato con tavoli e sedie e abbiamo potuto spesso pranzare e cenare all'aperto in totale tranquillità e quiete durante le belle giornate non essendoci rumori molesti o locali nelle vicinanze, ci è piaciuto tantissimo e lo consiglieremo ai nostri amici! Mi mancherà la passeggiata lungolago la mattina presto per andare a far colazione al nostro bar preferito fronte lago, ma torneremo senz'altro!

Beautiful Setting 3 Minutes from Lake
Marina is so sweet and thoughtful. She greeted us on arrival and explained everything about the house. The gardens were in bloom and fruit was on the trees - magnificent. House was clean and easy to manage. The days were hot but with fans and the shade of the home and large trees the temperature was fine. The outdoor gazebo was perfect for breakfast and dinner. There was seating and tables in many nooks throughout the gardens. The house is spacious for two bedrooms, with a large porch and common areas. It has WiFi and a washing machine. Marina was so helpful with advice and recommendations - it was like having a perfect travel agent. The town of Trevignano is about a 20 minute walk away, or 6-8 minutes by bicycle. She has two bikes available for use. We loved it and would return if possible. Large freshwater Bracciano Lake has ferry boats between towns, swimming, sailing, kayaking, etc. Lovely and romantic. Maybe we can return tomorrow!

Bella casa, con un bel giardino. Marina è stata molto gentile. Ci ha fatto trovare frutta fresca e pane. In più su nostra richiesta, ci ha procurato anche delle biciclette con le quali abbiamo fatto delle belle passeggiate

Lovely relaxing holidays.
This year we really needed to rest and this is not always easy when you have to manage also the time of two children (1 child + 1 teen) and a young dog...but we did it! The house of Marina was perfect for our needs: very close to the lake where the children where attending sailing classes or other water sport activities, a huge garden ideal for us to rest and read in peace in full contact with the nature, and for the dog to do its life included not so bad relation with the neighbour dog. Very close to the lovely village of Trevignano where you find everything you may need, in 1 or 2 Km., ideal by bike, or nice to walk in the evening. In August everything was very quite and pleasant, no crowds at all. The house is well cared and fully equipped as a house where somebody lives regularly, but I think is used for holidays only. It has a simple typical italian country taste that makes me feel the freedom of holiday time. the area, is rich of places to visit in a half day: different villages or etruscan time sites, other lakes and loads of places where to buy delicious local products or eat. Everything works properly in the house (even wi-fi connection and TV if needed!). The owner is really nice and helpful. We've had very nice time and we hope to come back again.

Wunderbar!
Wir verbrachten 2 wunderbare Wochen in diesem schönen Haus. Der tolle Garten mit Nussbaum, Orangenbaum, Rosen, Palmen und vielem mehr stand uns zur freien Nutzung zur Verfügung. Lauschige Sitzecken luden zum Entspannen ein und auch unser Hund fühlte sich pudelwohl, da er sich überall frei bewegen konnte. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und man spürt in jedem Raum die Liebe zum Detail. Da wir den kleinen Strand des Segelclubs mit nutzen durften, waren es zum glasklaren See nur 5 Fußminuten. Die Vermieterin stand uns mit Rat und Tat und interessanten Ausflugstipps zur Seite. Die Übergabe etc. verlief völlig problemlos und italienisch entspannt. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder und danken Marina für die schöne Zeit!

Un piccolo angolo di paradiso
Ho soggiornato in questa graziosa villetta con la mia famiglia. La casa si è rilevata perfetta: dispone di due camere da letto molto comode equipaggiate di tutto il necessario, (la notte si dorme molto bene perchè la zona è tranquilla), un bagno appena ristrutturato con doccia, anch'esso equipaggiato di tutto, una cucina con tutti gli utensili necessari, un ampio salone ed una luminosa e spaziosa veranda. Dispone di un ampio giardino molto bello e curato, attrezzato con gazebo, dondolo, tavolino, sedie e sdraio, ottimo per godersi in pieno relax le giornate primaverili ed estive. La villetta è ubicata a pochi passi dal Lago di Bracciano e dal paese di Trevignano, insomma la consiglio vivamente! Marina, la poprietaria, è davvero gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi necessità. Se soggiornerete in questa villetta non ve ne pentirete di sicuro!

Un lago di bellezza e tranquillità
Conoscevamo già Trevignano Romano ed avevamo già soggiornato in altre strutture ma siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi da questo villino e speriamo di tornarci in futuro. La posizione ottimale vicino alla spiaggia, il giardino e l'attenzione nell'arredo e nella fornitura di tutto cio' che serve sono gli aspetti da sottolineare. Tutto perfetto! Grazie ancora

Vacanza stupenda sul lago di Bracciano!
Stupenda vacanza sul lago di Bracciano , ottima posizione, veramente comoda sia per arrivare in spiaggia che per gli spazi a nostra disposizione. abbiamo avuto la possibilità di portare anche il nostro cagnolino che ha gradito molto il giardino spazioso a sua disposizione! Arredato con cura, ogni cosa che possa servire a portata di mano, biancheria pulita e grande disponibilità della proprietaria che si è prodigata anche per darci indicazione dei luoghi interessanti da visitare della zona che sono davvero tanti. Vorremmo sicuramente tornare in questo alloggio che consigliamo a tutti gli amanti della natura e del lago.

La nostra vacanza a due minuti dalla spiaggia !
Abbiamo passato una bellissima settimana di vacanza all'insegna del relax più totale. La villa è ben arredata e provvista di tutto ciò che può essere necessario . La proprietaria sempre gentile e disponibile ci ha suggerito dei luoghi incantevoli da visitare nelle vicinanze e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti e mi sento di consigliare a tutti di prenotare questo alloggio, sopratutto se siete amanti della natura e avete animali, infatti il nostro cane si è divertito molto a correre e giocare nel grande giardino tutto a nostra disposizione! Ottimo

Relax e spiaggia vicina
Abbiamo passato una splendida settimana di relax soggiornando in questo villino provvisto di tutto e vicino alle spiagge. Le biciclette messe a nostra disposizione dalla proprietaria ci hanno permesso di lasciare l'auto in giardino e girare in libertà per Trevignano anche la sera. Molto bello il giardino e gradevoli le serate passate a cenare fuori sotto gli alberi. Ritorneremo sicuramente!

Unforgettable holiday!
This house is the most wonderfull place we have ever spent our holiday in Trevignano Romano. The house and the area are so beautifull, you have a lot of space around the house, very nice garden with olive tree and flowers; near by is the lake. The house is quite well equipped We have stay here for 2 weeks and it was to short, we miss this place.

"Nice house with a beautiful garden. The house was situated close to the lake (about 2 min walk) lake has various beach areas, with sun loungers available for hire at around 5 euros each a day, with umbrellas at 5 euros as well. The lake itself is lovely and clear and great for swimming or relax. Marina was great and great, helped in every arising question I would definitely recommend this house to anyone."
