Large shoreline property, great for kids to play. Great location for lake access. Everything was very clean. Owners were accessible and helpful in response to our questions. The furnishings were a bit dated but in good order. We might rent again due to the location to friends in the area.
I was really impressed with how nice and clean the rental was. It had towels , wash cloths, cook ware, and all else you would need in kitchen. I loved how quiet & peaceful it was. It’s got a beautiful view of the lake. The beds are very comfy.I was born raised in Gadsden Al , but now live in Ms and this was just perfect for me & my small family. I spent lots of time in Guntersville as a child growing up. I have found us a little gem for us to stay when I travel back to my home state. I will be staying again soon. We loved the property & it was a much needed visit back to my home state.
My buddy and I take a yearly fishing trip and this year it was to Lake Guntersville. We decided to stay here and we were not disappointed. It is close to the lake and the boat ramp. The accommodations were very adequate for what we needed. It was everything it was advertised to be. Easy communications with the property manager. The only thing we needed was a pier to tie the boat up while we came in to eat some lunch! Will we stay again.....absolutely!
good stay a little hard to find no mailbox with number phone showes you there about half a mile up the road, pillars smelled like they ben stored need replacing.
We enjoyed our stay. The location was very quiet but close to the public boat launch. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and down by the water. We appreciated that there were plenty of towels and also all the little things you forget to pack. It is a pet friendly location so expect some pet odors. There are cats around the area so be mindful of that if you have dogs. Our puppies enjoyed barking at them through the glass door. Overall it was peaceful and we would go back.
We really enjoyed our stay there, one problem which the bathroom in the tub should have a handicap rail my husband is totally disabled it would have helped with a handicap rail
I love to kayak fish and this place is great for that. Clean and doesn't break the budget when I want to get a few days of fishing in. Maybe the only small complaint I have is they don't have any seasonings. Not even salt and pepper. I know its small but would be nice to have that. I will absolutely stay here again.
The property is fantastic. It has an unobstructed view of the lake with a set of chairs right on the water, a bench swing between the trailer and the water, and a lovely deck connected to the trailer. There are houses on either side, but you would never know it from the view out the back door. It was clean and comfortable inside. Large backyard where our son enjoyed playing a little soccer. Plenty of parking. We highly recommend this great getaway for a small family or couple.

No thank you
This unit smelled heavily of dog. There was dog hair all over the furniture and some of the walls were dirty from dogs evidently rubbing against them. We went to a hotel when half of the unit lost power, therefore, losing heat. Cut trip short bc unit never did get warm again.
Only place we stay
Our vacation to the lake depends on availability of this place
We live it
Perfect location near the boat ramp but away from town you get much peace and quiet
Only few mjn to get to shops and restaurants
Perfect place to spend a vacation
Cute little mobile home in a great location. It’s nothing fancy but has everything you need. Zero complaints! We already planned another trip. We will definitely be regulars. Thanks for a great weekend getaway! Can’t wait to go back in a few weeks!

Why they chose this property
This little part of South Sauty has been a part of my husband's life since childhood. My husband recalls learning to ski here and spending afternoons floating and swimming around in the lake. South Sauty is beautiful! Bring your camera. There is just no better view in my opinion than the view from our deck. I hope you fall in love with this little part of Alabama and come back year after year.
What makes this property unique
This property has been a source of fun for our family for many years. We have enjoyed playing baseball in the yard, having picnics, and jet skiing. There are lots of memories here. We hope you enjoy your time at our little place on the lake.
