Affordable Stay Minutes Away from Disney

Spacious bedrooms for all parties that comfortably fit two families of 3. Great amenities available including a little water park. However, our condo was a bit dusty in the cracks and crevices with a bit of an unusual odor that greeted us whenever we reentered and our water also had a bit of a sulfur smell to it. We also did not have access to a broom, but did have our choice of vacuums and were otherwise well equipped with all that we needed for our stay. Check-in and check-out was made to be very easy. Overall, I can say we would stay again.

Amazing Stay!

We love Windsor Hills resort and were so happy with our stay. The unit itself was clean, large, and perfect for our family. The items for kids came in handy (double stroller was perfect for Disney days) and the management team made sure check in and our stay was smooth and enjoyable. Would recommend and definitely would stay again!

Quality Stay

The property has many good qualities: -close to the pool area and mini-restaurant -first condo on the 2nd floor with easy access -close to all Disney parks, within 15 minutes -easy drive to reach both Tampa and Cocoa areas In addition, the response to questions about the condo and area were sent in quick order. The property manager was also very responsive to questions we had.

Simply perfect

Space was just as advertised. Easy travel to WDW. Nice pool and water play area. Apartment was clean, and check in and checkout were fast and easy. Just what we wanted.

Budget Friendly Family Condo

This is our second stay at Windsor Hills but first time at this condo. Overall our stay was wonderful. It was a nice surprise to see a “starter kit” (dish soap, 2 dishwasher picks, extra garbage, 3 extra rolls of toilet paper, 4 laundry pucks and 1 roll of paper towels) when we first arrived at the condo. The photos are accurate and the overall feel is homie. The condo was VERY CLEAN. The location of the condo is great for accessing the pool. It was a quick little walk. Only issue which was quickly resolved was the checkout time. On VRBO it’s listed as 11am. Our welcome email stated that checkout was for 10am. After sending an email to the host and property manager the 11am checkout time was honoured which was greatly appreciated. If you are a family looking for an affordable place to stay then this is the location and condo for you. If you are seeking something a little more up to date that feels more like a hotel then this place is not for you. Would stay at this condo again! Thanks for hosting us.

Great Little Home Away from Home

We had a wonderful experience staying at this property. We had a few unexpected changes to our travel plans, but the location of this property and all of its amenities made it easy to adapt to those changes. Highly Recommend!

Great place to stay for disney

This property was exactly what we were looking for while visiting Disney and legoland. It is on the second floor which was not an issue for us. It’s within walking distance to the pool and a quick drive over to the playground on your rest day. The owners of the property were in communication with us before our stay and quick to answer our questions.

Exceptional

We have stayed in 4 different Windsor Hills condos over the last 10 Years. They all were great but this time was excellent! The condo was spotless, had everything we needed, and the host started us off with helpful items such as dish soap and laundry pods. My son is very sensitive and he found the space home like, safe, and welcoming. We will definitely book again. Thank you to the host for going above and beyond to care for the space you rent out. The Mickey room was so special. Looking forward to our next trip!

Great place

First stay off site for Disney and enjoyed it. Hiccup w the washer not working when we arrived but they promptly the very next day (even on a holiday), got someone out who fixed it! The A/C auto system that would revert back to 72 degrees at 10pm and 6am wasn’t my favorite, but we could manually put it back down to 70 once we figured that out.

Location, Location, Location

If you are looking to visit the Disney Parks and prefer to not stay at the resorts, this location is great! The parks are minutes away and you are close to everything thing else that you could possibly need. The unit itself was just as it was pictured. The kids loved the pool and waterslides. Connie was awesome. She responded immediately with any questions/concerns we had. We would definitely stay here again.

This is my first VRBO stay for our daughter’s 16th birthday celebration.

We could not be more happy with the accommodations. We found the place to be clean and large enough for our family of 5. The parks are so close. Walmart right on the corner and anything else you would need. We came for the Disney parks but we took a peek at the clubhouse and and it’s amenities. We said we will be back to make time for that. The master bedroom mattress was perfect for our backs. The owner was available when we called. Overall it was a home away from home and an awesome experience. Thank you Connie and Matt! We will be back.

Amazing stay!

We loved this VRBO, we are hoping to become regulars! The owner was attentive and kind. The place itself made us feel like we were at home. Our kids had their own rooms (that really helped their introverted parents to regroup every day, haha.) The Walmart is very close and Publix isn't too far. The kiddos loved the pool area and the splash pad. I liked that the pool wasn't too deep so I didn't have to constantly worry about my kids (up to 4ft in just one spot.) I love that they provided beach towels in the condo to use. We enjoyed our stay so much and we are thankful for the nice owner ! We also appreciate the Kerug machine! Thank you for a great stay Connie! I hope we will be back next year! :).

Nice stay for Disney

My family and I really enjoyed the stay at this condo. The pics are exactly what you get. It was 4 adults and 2 kids in our party and we had more than enough room. There were toys for the kids to play with and they even provided stuff for the pool. I have never stayed anywhere where they have an abundance of towels for you to be able to use for your stay and I liked being able to wash clothes before we left so I wouldn’t have any laundry to tend to once home. My kids liked the Disney themed room and the splash pad/water slides. The pool was relaxing and the kids had fun there too and we were really close to the parks. Walmart is a short distance to go buy groceries to stock up. I suggest going early as that Walmart is really busy in the evening time and it has a lot of Disney souvenirs that you can buy.

Rough start

After an 8-hour drive, it took over an hour to get into the gate because there was no record of my reservation. It was difficult to find the number of the host/owner of the property. When I did reach her, she was very helpful, and she and her daughter got everything straightened out. The condo was fine. However, there were several problems with what was advertised. There were no shuttles to Disney available. I don't know where the 1.5 miles to Disneyworld was measured from, but the drive to each park was no less than 20 minutes for the nearest one. We were never able to connect to WiFi. The password provided in their guide did not work. When I went to the office, they told me to call the homeowner for the password, which I did not want to do AGAIN. Their guide in the condo had obviously not been updaated in a very long time. The instructions for using the TV were wrong - several remotes in the living area did not work for anything. Strollers provided were in different states of disrepair; it looks like everyone who's stayed there has left their unwanted toys, strollers, linens, dinnerware, etc. We won't stay offsite again.
