Propriété bien entretenue, bien située qui nous a permis de faire de nombreuses balades en partant de la maison. La maison est bien équipée pour une famille de 4 personnes. Nous disposions de tout le nécessaire de cuisine.

we had a very relaxing and pleasant stay in this beautiful house. Françoise gave us a heartly welcome and wonderful recomandations about the surrounding. There is a lot to see but it is also a perfect place to enjoy nature by exploring the „sentier douaniers“ which leads you along the coast right and left of the bay of Launay. The beach is close - just grab a towel and have a swim. We felt in love with the Bretagne - Thank you so much, merçi Françoise

Maison familiale décorée avec attention. Cuisine avec tout ce qu'il faut comme matériel.

Endroit super bien situé. On peut laisser la voiture et faire énormément à pied. Le GR qui longe la côte est varié et vraiment adaptable pour les possibilités de chacun. Une plage de galet tranquille est accessible à 300m de la maison. On a beaucoup, aimé l'île de Bréhat ... peu de monde car nous avons pris le 1er bateau, Paimpol, le bateau à Lézardrieux, Le château de La Roche Jagu et ses superbes jardins. Nous avons passé une chouette semaine et avons bien profité des conseils et de la documentation fournis par Françoise. Merci à elle.

Sehr ruhige Umgebung, schöne Landschaft, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten mit dem Auto (2-10 Minuten) , gute Creperie im Ort, schöner Garten, Haus gut ausgestattet, einziger Wermutstropfen: Steinstrand.

Schöner Urlaub in herrlicher Umgebung

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt. Nette und zuvorkommende Vermieterin. Leider gab es die schönen im Inserat abgebildeten Terrassenmöbel gar nicht, stattdessen standen dort vier verrostete Stühle und ein kleiner verrosteter Tisch.

Das Haus und Grundstück war ok

Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt in Ordnung, nur der Strand war nur ein kies Strand für Sandstrand mussten wir ca 4 Kilometer fahren. Deutsches Fernsehen gab es nur bedingt.

Well presented but with expensive cash 'caution'

The property was well presented and situated as advertised with a lovely garden. Before we arrived but after we had paid the full rental and could not cancel without forfeit we were requested to sign a 2 page contract written in French, not our first language. It stated that we agreed to a very large cash deposit against any future costs, electric, breakages, etc. We spoke to Nermean at Vrbo for a complete translation, which they could not provide. We told them that we would not be signing any contract in French only, nor would we carry a large amount of cash to and from France as a 'caution'. This was far more than we had ever been requested to pay before in our many years of travelling to France. On arrival, Mme reluctantly agreed that a much smaller amount of cash was acceptable. This unfortunate discussion was embarrassing to us and should not have been necessary. While our stay was fine, we are very dissatisfied with the way that Vrbo handled this matter.

très agréable

Le gîte est très agréable. Au calme. La cuisine très vitrée donne une vue lumineuse sur le jardin ( magnifique camélia fleuri lors de notre séjour ). l'accueil, les infos données par Françoise nous ont bien aidés à la découverte de la région. La situation est idéale, à quelques minutes de la plage, entre Paimpol et l'embarcadère vers l'île de Bréhat. Partir nous a été difficile. Location, région vivement conseillées.

een heel fijn huisje, op 5 minuutjes stappen van een leuk, kindvriendelijk en rustig strand. Leuke wandelmogelijkheden in de buurt (je bent direct op de GR), kwartier wandelen naar de overzet voor het eiland van Brehat. Bakker op wandelafstand. Het huisje zelf is heel comfortabel, van alle gemakken voorzien, supergoede bedden, het voelde als thuis. Ook de tuin is heel fijn. Het is er superrustig. Françoise is een heel lieve en vriendelijke gastvrouw. Bedankt!

Malgré une météo maussade, avons apprécié notre semaine dans cette charmante location décorée avec goût et où rien ne manquait. La plage juste à côté est un plus. Merci à Francoise pour son accueil et sa gentillesse.

Très bon séjour

Maison agréable, propre, pratique et décorée de façon chaleureuse, bien située. Donc super séjour. Pour ce qui est des (rares) défauts : La chambre de l'étage est basse de plafond mais ça n'a pas posé de problème avec nos enfants de 5 et 8 ans. L'escalier aurait posé problème avec des enfants plus jeunes (18 mois ou 3 ans par exemple) car il est raide avec des marches à claire voie L'électricité n'est pas inclue (environ 45 euros pour une semaine en avril). Merci !

Sommerurlaub am Meer

Wir haben eine schöne Woche in der Umgebung von Paimpol verbracht. Dafür ist das Ferienhaus gut gelegen. Strand und Boulangerie sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Umgebung bietet viel für Naturfreunde, wie die Steilküste oder die nahe Ile der Brehat. Das Häuschen ist gemütlich, aber schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Badezimmer ist neu, die übrigen Räume könnten mal eine Renovierung gebrauchen. Der Garten ist schön und mit alten Bäumen bewachsen. Wir hatten Glück mit dem Wetter und waren viel draußen.

Proche de tout

Un accueil très sympathique par la propriétaire de cette maison simple mais bien équipée pour passer de bonnes vacances. La propriétaire nous a également de bonnes adresses et de nombreux conseils pour faire un maximum de visites, le sentier côtier est tout proche et permet de faire de jolies balades, mais une semaine c’est trop court, nous reviendrons c’est sûr.

Beautiful house in a perfect location

We spent two weeks in the comfortably furnished holiday home. The house is equipped with everything you need. It is a pleasure to cook in the bright kitchen, which is also equipped with enough crockery and cooking utensils. The terrace, which is directly adjacent to the kitchen, is beautiful. The sea is only a stone's throw away, but excursions into the surrounding area are also possible within a short drive. We really enjoyed our stay, the reception and contact with Françoise was really nice. If we ever end up in Brittany again, we can imagine spending our vacation here again. Many thanks for everything and best regards.
