Pro: great locationCon: uncomfortable bed, heater in living room does not work, impossible to use shower without leaking onto the floor, door to bathroom is only 1.5 meters high, leading to head injuries.

manque de précisions sur l'agencement du gîte. il est dommage qu'il faille traverser une chambre pour se rendre dans la salle de bain et les toilettes et une autre chambre pour aller dans la cuisine.sinon idéalement situé pour le marché de noël.

Appartement au deuxième. Escalier à éviter (marches à géometrie variable, propreté approximative, odeur déplaisante). De l'escalier directement dans le séjour. Du séjour entrée dans deux chambres à coucher. De l'une des chambre on passe dans la cuisine, de l'autre dans la salle de bain par une porte pour les nains. En soi chaque pièce est acceptable (sauf le manque chronique de rangements - il faut s'étaler par terre). Nous sommes restés juste le temps pour trouver une solution alternatives (une nuit sur 4 payées). En plus à l'agencement de l'appartement, l'absence du Wifi et la température dans l'appartement ont contribués à ce choix.

Les Escaliers ne sont pas adaptés à toutes personnes, manque de couverts dans la cuisine, manque d'ustensiles pour faire le ménage, aucune place dans les armoires pour vider nos valises, absence de wifi, difficultés pour se garer. J'avais signalé que nous avions un chien et apparemment ça c'est effacé au moment de ma demande Cordialement

Appartement fonctionnel, chaleureux et très bien situé dans le centre de Colmar tout en restant au calme et à la tranquillité grâce aux fenêtres double vitrage et aux chambres qui donnent dans une cour intérieure. Mention spéciale pour la personne qui accueille, très dévouée et investie.

Gîte bien situé et relativement spacieux, mais organisation des pièces désagréable. Il faut traverser une chambre pour accéder à la salle de bain avec les toilettes, et une autre pour aller dans la cuisine.

Erg leuke plek, leuk huis.

Colmar is superleuk, bijzonder appartement midden in het centrum. Goed contact van tevoren en goed ontvangst en welkom door Aurore. Fijne douche, frisse lakens en handdoeken. Het meubilair en keukenapparatuur kan wel wat onderhoud gebruiken. Wat wij graag van tevoren hadden willen weten was dat er alleen betaald parkeren was en dat was niet goedkoop. Gelukkig hadden wij fietsen mee en hebben we de auto bij de supermarkt op 10 min rijden wel gratis kunnen parkeren. Verder een supervakantie gehad en veel leuke plaatsen kunnen bezoeken.

location et localisation idéale

Dans une jolie maison typique, appartement très bien situé, permettant de visiter Colmar à pieds. Accueil très sympathique par Aurore. Idéal pour un long week-end familial (2 adultes et 3 ados) comme ce fut notre cas.

Appartement très bien situé en plein cœur de la ville historique, propre et calme. La personne qui nous a accueilli (Aurore) pour la remise des clefs était agréable et ne nous a pas fait attendre du tout car échanges par sms sur l’heure d’arrivée et le propriétaire très agréable car toujours dispo pour répondre à mes questions avant le séjour. L’équipement était très bien ( ustensiles, casseroles, produits de 1ère nécessité, produits ménagers... ) le seul reproche c’est qu’il manquait un sèche cheveux et qu’un des brûleurs de la gaziniere est à changer car est tout fondu. C’est une très bonne adresse et un contact humain charmant.

Wohnung liegt toll direkt in der Altstadt von Colmar, die Wohnung ist sehr schlicht und einfach ausgestattet aber ok, die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und der Frau die die Übergabe der Schlüssel und Wohnung macht war total reibungslos und beide sind sehr flexibel auf unsere An- und Abreisewünsche eingegangen, nicht zufrieden waren wir mit der Sauberkeit und Ordnung in der Küche, das Geschirr und die Töpfe und Pfannen waren zum Teil verschmutzt in den Schränken, die Schränke voll chaotisch, verklebte und verstaubte Ablageflächen... das war echt ein Manko- deshalb nur 3 Sterne!

Le top pour les marchés de Noël

Nous venons de passer un séjour de rêve chez MR Wiss qui est un propriétaire très à l écoute de ses locataires et vite réactif si besoin. L apparemment est top , tant pour son équipement, sa superficie, son emplacement , mais surtout, c est le meilleur rapport qualité de Colmar et on sait de quoi on parle car nous venons depuis 6 ans, pour les marchés de Noël . Pour Nous c’est sûr, nous avons trouvé notre petit cocon pour l année prochaine. Merci aussi à à Sylvie et à son mari, qui nous ont reçu sur place, pour leur gentillesse. Juste une petite amélioration, pensez à mettre un petit sapin dans le salon pour prolonger la magie,comme nous l avons souvent dans d autres locations. Merci encore

Bel appartement mais quelques menus travaux seraient à prévoir pour permettre d'être mieux lotis

Bon accueil fait par Alexandra. Bel appartement (qui meriterait un petit rafraîchissement) bien situé. Salle de bain pratique mais très froide contrairement aux autres pièces et petits problèmes d'eau chaude. Manque d'isolation phonique car le matin à 6-7h on était déjà réveillé par des passants qu'on entendait parler comme si la fenêtre était ouverte, peut être dû à la vitre qui était déjà cassée.

Appartement idéalement situé, chaleureux, bien aménagé et confortable. Parfait pour un séjour dans cette jolie ville de Colmar. A noter aussi en positif : l'accueil, le calme de l'immeuble et un parking gratuit à 2 mn. Cette location nous a permis de passer un séjour très agréable.

Top Lage - gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Wenn man sich nicht von dem ungepflegten Eingang und Treppenhaus des malerischen Fachwerkhauses 7, rue du Chasseur abschrecken lässt, findet man im 2. Stock eine einfache, aber gemütliche und saubere Wohnung mit Salon (mit Fernseher), 2 Zimmern, Küche (komplett eingerichtet) und Bad (Toilette, Dusche, Waschmaschine) vor. Die Lage mitten in Colmars Altstadt ist ideal, der Blick aus den Salon-Fenstern geht direkt auf die Kirche St. Matthieu (in der ich von 1983 - 2006 Orgelkonzerte gab); gleich um die Ecke ist ein kostenloser Parkplatz. Das Peis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist optimal, und wer die Wohnung so gereinigt hinterlässt, wie er sie vorgefunden hat, erhält auch die beim Einzug zu zahlenden 500 € Kaution zurück. Great location

Excellent location. Two beds broken, lamps not working so the apartment was not in excellent shape and needs better attention between the renters. Good apartment but with a bit odd planning as you need to pass one bedroom to get to the only toilet and another bedroom to the kitchen. Only French speaking host. Owner very friendly and service minded.

Es gibt bessere Ferienwohnungen

Der total zerbrochene Lattenrost in einem Bett war anscheinend dem Vermieter bekannt. Das große Bett war futonmäßig hart. Viele Lichtschalter ohne Funktion, kein Licht über dem Esstisch in der Küche. Alle Gläser blind vorgefunden wegen des fehlenden Klarspülers im Geschirrspüler. Türsturz zum Badezimmer nur ca. 1,60 m hoch, Richtung Küche mit ca 1,83 m viel gefährlicher für einen großen Menschen. Der Mieter der darunterliegenden Wohnung fragte an, ob wir geduscht hätten, bei ihm lief Wasser an der Wand herab. Die mangelnde Sauberkeit in der Wohnung und die Endreinigungspauschale von 50 Euro stehen in keinem Verhältnis zueinander. Positiv ist die Lage am Rande der Altstadt, insbesondere für Besucher des Festivals. Im TV sind 10 deutsche Sender zu finden von 802 bis 811, ein guter Service des Vermieters.

Bon rapport qualité prix. Emplacement idéal pour profiter des magnifiques marchés de Noël de Colmar. Appartement très complet. Propriétaire disponible, très bon accueil. Je recommande fortement et pense même à y retourner pourquoi pas l'été prochain ?

UNE INCOMMODITÉ, très mal aménagé, avec des manques élémentaires.

DÉCEVANT. Un très mauvais soin. Il n'y a pas de draps, ide housses d'oreillers, , de serviettes (payer pour user), pour annoncer un prix et pour toucher l'autre. Une caution en espèces : porqué ?. Presque obliger à faire le lessivage de l'utilisé. Nettoyer un appartement avant de partir.

Very happy - Tres bien

Very nice flat in the centre of Colmar near all the shops. Very clean, lots of room and well furnished. Ski resorts are only 30 to 40 minutes away. We are delighted with our stay. Don't hesitate to book. Merci.
