The house is organized and offers comfortable well-divided spaces, bright and fresh interior decorated with taste and functionality.

EQUIPMENT: Refrigerator, Freezer, 1 Electric oven, TV, Barbecue, External shower, Cot (on request), Bed linen and towels included.
The house is located near the main attractions of the place. On the beach of fine golden sand, there are bathing establishments equipped with umbrellas, deck chairs, bars and equipment for the sea (bicycles, skates, etc..) becoming the holiday destination of tourists. Several bars, restaurants with seafood specialties and pizza along the avenue to the beach.

The house is 5 km from the town of Noto, the capital of Sicilian baroque; its streets are interspersed by beautiful squares and imposing stairways that connected the terraces and slopes. Numerous monuments, churches, palaces to visit in the predominantly baroque style. Possibility of excursions and private transfer service to reach the structure.

Oltre l'aspettativa.

La nostra vacanza è andata come avevamo previsto. Come da descrizione la casa è posta in una zona tranquilla e non c'è traffico veicolare. La distanza dal mare è di circa 400 metri, c'è da dire che per quanto riguarda le spiagge c'è solo l'imbarazzo della scelta. La casa è disposta su due livelli, al piano terra c'è la cucina/salone una camera da letto ed il bagno, mentre al primo piano ci sono due camere da letto di cui una con terrazzo, e un bagno. Le camere sono climatizzate. Lo spazio esterno è molto fruibile, vi è una doccia un barbecue un dondolo dei lettini, delle poltroncine con tavolino, un tavolo dove è possibile cenare o pranzare perché è coperto da una pergola/gazebo e all'interno del giardino c'è un posto auto. Bruno il proprietario della casa si è rivelato una persona squisita, ricco di consigli, dalle spiagge ai luoghi dove andare a cena o dove acquistare le varie cose che possono servire durante il soggiorno. Insomma, tutto bene!

Accogliente casetta per 6 persone

Con piacere abbiamo soggiornato nella casetta di Bruno, dove ci siamo trovati benissimo! La casa era pulita, accessoriata, climatizzata, confortevole, sicura e silenziosa. Ha 3 stanze da 2 letti ciascuna, ideale per la nostra famiglia di 6 persone, due bagni con doccia, la lavatrice praticissima, una spaziosa sala-cucina, una bella veranda dove mangiare all'ombra, un grande ombrellone, sdraio, tavolino con sedie e dondolo per momenti di relax, la doccia in giardino per togliersi la sabbia rimasta, un parcheggio per l'auto chiuso dal cancello. Insomma, tutto quello che serve per una vacanza sicura e rilassante! Forse l'unica pecca è il tragitto fino al mare, un po' lunghetto sotto il sole (10/15 minuti a piedi), che si potrebbe accorciare se il Comune mettesse a posto una stradina chiusa da rovi, sassi e sterpaglie. SOLEIL DE SICILE

Villa pratique pour famille. Le propriétaire est très accueillant et disponible si problème. Plage en 10 mn à pieds. Un super sable fin et surtout on a pied très long.Du 9au 20 septembre 2019 , 5 adultes, toujours mangé en extérieur, cuisine pratique. je recommande cette villa très bien entretenue. Nous avons apprécié la super clim dans toute les chambres

Vacanza al lido di Noto

Bella casa, completa di tutto, vicinissima al mare. Padrone di casa gentile e premuroso. Siano stati con 3 bambini senza alcun problema. Il lido di Noto non ha molto, per mangiare bisogna obbligatoriamente muoversi però posti carini e belle spiagge sono a pochi passi. Da consigliare.

Vacanza in famiglia

Abbiamo soggiornato presso questa struttura dal 16 al 23 giugno 2019 in occasione di una settimana di "revival" di vacanza con i figli ormai ....grandicelli. La villetta di Bruno è molto pulita, accogliente, ben arredata e con un ampio e godibile spazio esterno, soprattutto nelle serate al rientro dalle giornate di mare o di visite turistiche nelle meravigliose mete che questa zona della Sicilia offre. E' consigliatissima per essere utilizzata come base per le escursioni di cui sopra...la sua distanza dal mare del lido di Noto è invece abbastanza notevole per poter essere raggiunto a piedi. Siamo stati contentissimi della scelta fatta in base alle nostre esigenze di turismo itinerante ...e la consiglio senza alcun dubbio.

stupenda!!

Sono stato in questa bellissima casa la prima settimana di Luglio con la mia famiglia e una famiglia di amici...che dire!!!tutto perfetto!! La casa è tenuta benissimo e con cura dai proprietari...in una zona molto tranquilla e a cinque minuti a piedi da un mare stupendo!! Un ringraziamento speciale ai proprietari, Laura e Bruno, gentilissimi e sempre disponibili. Torneremo sicuramente!!

The house was perfect for our holiday to Sicily. Inside was clean and the garden was lovely!

Bruno was a great host and was so helpful and informative. The location of the house was lovely, there is a small shop nearby that sells pretty much anything. There are several beaches to choose from, some with beds, umbrellas, bar/restaurant or the public beaches. Along the beach road there are plenty of restaurants. We had a great time and really enjoyed our holiday in Sicily. Grazie Bruno!

ein tolles Ferienhaus

Wir waren zu fünft eine Woche in diesem Ferienhaus. Es hat uns sehr sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus hat 3 Schlafzimmer jedes mit Klimaanlage, zudem noch 2 Badezimmer und eine große Wohnküche. Am besten ist aber die riesige Terrasse mit großem Esstisch, Lounge-Möbeln, Liegestühle und einer Hollywood-Schaukel. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden. Bruno war super nett und hat uns einen super schönen Urlaub ermöglicht. Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen.
