чудесный отпуск!

Мы провели в аппартаментах почти месяц и очень довольны нашим замечательным отпуском. Для семьи с двумя детьми в аппартаментах есть всё необходимое, а кухня укоплектована всем, что может пригодиться для приготовления еды. Хозяйка аппартаментов всегда на связи и решит любые вопросы. Месторасположение очень удобное- рядом супермаркет, мясной магазин, кафе (можно купить хлеб, выпечку и мороженое) и лавка с овощами и фруктами. Пляжная линия достаточно протяженная, есть и песок и галька и пологий вход в море для детей. В отзывах ранее писали про шум из бара по соседству с аппартаментами, да он есть, но есть закрыть окна и включить кондиционер, то это не беспокоит. Самое ценное в аппартаментах, что создается ощущение, что вы приехали не в гостиницу, а в гости к друзьям, которые в отъезде. Спасибо Lucilla за наш чудесный отдых!

Casa confortevole, fronte mare, spiaggia molto bella e vicina s spiaggie incantevoli. Bella passeggiata serale. Ottimi ristoranti. Padrona di casa e costumi eccezionali. Nella vada tutto il necessario, perfetta per single e famiglie. Pulizia ottima.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit allem was man braucht in einer sehr schönen Bucht.

Wir waren über die Lage und die Größe der Wohnung positiv überrascht. Die Wohnung hat einen großen Balkon mit direkter Sicht auf den Sandstrand und das Meer (Markise, auch seitlich, vorhanden). In der Wohnung ist alles da, was man braucht (Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, etc.) Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Größe der Wohnung genossen. Von hier aus konnten wir schöne Ausflüge im Osten Kretas unternehmen. Auch im Ort ist alles vorhanden (Bäcker, Super-Markt, Mini-Markt, Metzger, Obst- und Gemüseladen, kleine Andenken-Geschäfte usw.) Tavernen gibt es auch genug, uns hat vor allen Dingen die Taverne Petra Bay zugesagt. Einzige Minuspunkte: Kein WLAN und eine Bar in der Nachbarschaft, die leider ab und zu bis in die frühen Morgenstunden laute Musik laufen lässt. Wenn man einen leichten Schlaf hat, kann das schon stören. Alles in allem können wir aber dieses Objekt nur empfehlen. Wir bedanken uns bei Frau Luzzi für die Vermietung dieser Wohnung und bei Gheorghia für ihre Hilfsbereitschaft und für die Beantwortung unserer Fragen. Karin und Bernhard, September 2018

Casa molto accogliente con tutte le dotazioni e in ottima posizione.

Soggiornato dal 22/8 al 5/9/2017, famiglia con 2 bimbe di 5 e 7 anni. La casa è molto accogliente, con tutte le dotazioni di base e i plus di lavatrice, lavastoviglie e condizionatore, molto utili nell'organizzazione della vacanza. La posizione è ideale, a soli 10' di passeggiata dalla zona pedonale del porto (molto carina), ideale anche per i bambini: le ns bimbe di 5 e 7 anni erano contente della passeggiata serale. La spiaggia davanti a casa ha qualche sasso, ma è prevalentemente di sabbia (ideale x i giochi in spiaggia dei bimbi) e il fondo degrada lentamente, il che la rende sicura per i più piccoli. Inoltre, la spiaggia e il mare sono più puliti rispetto al centro del paese (comunque davvero vicino), grazie a questa posizione defilata. Un altro plus della casa è il balcone, attrezzato con tavolo e sedie e tende da sole...ogni pasto, dalla colazione alla cena, aveva un sapore particolare con la vista di quel mare. Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti della soluzione scelta e volentieri ci torneremo.

Schöne Wohnung, super Lage direkt am Meer.

Die Wohnung hat 2 getrennte Räume. Die auch als Schlafräume genutzt werden können. Eine offene Küche im Wohnzimmer und ein schönes Bad mit Dusche, Bidett und Waschmaschine. In der Küche waren bereits bei unserer Ankunft Grundnahrungsmittel wie Öl, Zucker, Kaffee, Essig und Gewürze vorhanden zudem gab es auch Teigwaren. Die Wohnung verfügt über Kliaanlagen in beiden Wohnräumen und einen schönen mit Tischen und Stühlen ausgestatteten Balkon mit Aussicht aufs Meer und die Bucht von Makri gialos. Wöchentlich wird die Wohnung gereinigt, Bett und Frotteewäsche gewechselt. Die Wohnung liegt direkt an einem wunderschönen Sandstrand der optimal für Kinder flach ins Kristallklare Wasser übergeht. Die nächsten Lebensmittelgeschäfte und eine Bäckerei befinden sich in der Nähe und können gut zu Fuss erreicht werden. Das Dorf Makri gialos verfügt über diverse Geschäfte und einige schöne direkt am Strand liegenden Tavernen. Zu Fuss in 20 Minuten erreichbar. Die nächste grössere Stadt ist Ierapetra die mit dem Bus gut in 30 Minuten erreicht werden kann. Die Wohnung ist sehr empfehlenswert auch mit Kindern.

Excelente departamento sobre el mar

El departamento está totalmente equipado: utensilios de cocina, lavaplatos, lavarropas, aire acondicionado en los dos ambientes, televisor, video, etc. Z todo muy limpio. Pero lo mejor: el balcón, en el que se puede desayunar y comer mirando el mar. El mar está tan cerca que se oye toda la noche incluso desde el dormitorio, que no da al mar. La playa es muy angosta pero el mar es ideal para nadar. Para ir a una playa más ancha es bueno tener auto o de lo contrario hay que caminar unos 15/20 minutos: después de pasar unos hoteles que dificultan el acceso al mar se llega a unas playas anchas y muy poco concurridas. Departamento ideal para vacaciones tranquilas y para el que le guste pasar horas nadando en el mar. A pocos metros del departamento hay tavernas, supermercados, panadería, etc. La propietaria es muy atenta, se ocupa de que todo esté en orden y de aclarar todas las dudas. Si bien recomienda un auto para conocer otras playas y lugares nosotros hemos pasado muy buenas vacaciones sin auto.

Tolle Wohnung mit Balkon direkt am Meer

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub und fühlten uns gleich von Anfang an in der super ausgestatteten Wohnung herzlich Willkommen, in der uns bei Ankunft eine Flasche Wasser erwartete! Und noch Vieles mehr, wie Nudeln, Salz, Kaffee, Zucker... und auch Spülmaschinenpulver! Ja, denn es gibt nicht nur eine Waschmaschine in der Wohnung, nein, man darf sich auch über eine Spülmaschine freuen! In den kleinen nahegelegenen Supermärkten findet man alles zu erschwinglichen Preisen, was man so braucht. Die Wohnung war außerdem sauber und voll ausgestattet. Aber das Tollste ist, dass man von der Wohnung nur ein paar ganz wenige Schritte zum Meer braucht. Und wenn man sich einmal vom Plantschen im taumhaft glasklaren Wasser trennen muss, dann kann man vom Balkon der Wohnung aus weiter das Meer im Blick haben und Meeresrauschen genießen. Nur der eine breite Strand möchte, der sollte ein Auto mieten, oder 15 Minuten zu Fuß zu der nächsten Strand laufen.

Casa pulita,accogliente e comoda in un posto deliz

La casa è davvero comoda di fronte ad una bella spiaggia con un mare limpido. È pulita e fornita di tutto il necessario, anzi di più! Non manca davvero nulla! È arredata con gusto e questo la rende molto accogliente. Inoltre mangiare sul terrazzo fronte mare è stato decisamente piacevole. Nel paese si trova ogni tipo di negozio: piccoli market, macelleria, fruttivendolo, farmacia, banca, ristoranti... A pochi chilometri si trovano altre belle spiagge e calette, sia attrezzate che libere ed il mare è bellissimo in ogni spiaggia della zona. I proprietari sono stati gentili e disponibili e ci hanno fornito ogni tipo di informazione utile prima della partenza. Esperienza quindi decisamente positiva! Consigliata!

L'appartamento è carino, dotato di tutti i comfort. Il mare di fronte è bellissimo, adatto anche a bambini piccoli. A poca distanza ci sono comunque altre bellissime spiaggie da visitare. Consigliato vivamente a tutti.

"Appartamento fantastico, con ogni tipo di confort. Lucilla e Roberto hanno fatto un vero affare a comprare questo gioiellino!! E un vero affare lo fa anche chi decide di trascorrere qui le proprie vacanze. Vacanze di relax ovviamente perchè il paesino anche in agosto non è mai affollato! Il mare di fronte a casa è molto bello, mai vista un''alga in 15 giorni! Se amate la tranquillità e il mare questo appartamento fa sicuramente al caso vostro! E mi raccomando...non portate nulla (a parte il caffè macinato per gli italiani :-))perchè Lucilla ha davvero pensato a tutto!!"

"la casa è accogliente e situata in un posto fantastico si possono fare gite nei siti archeologici, spiagge nuove e mare pulitissimo, vicino a casa ci sono taverne economiche, molto tipiche e a un prezzo ragionevole consiglierei sia a famiglie con figli piccoli, la comodità di accesso al mare, ma anche con ragazzi più grandi, ci sono vicino a casa locali dove si sente musica e si balla alla sera inoltre affittare un auto senza grosse spese aggiuntive e si va in giro facilmente al prossimo viaggio Letizia, Guido e Paola "

Un comodo terrazzino fronte mare permette di consumare i pasti godendo di una bella vista panoramica. "consiglio questo appartamento perche'' ha tutto quello che puo'' servire: e'' direttamente sul mare e c''e'' la possibilita'' di mangiare sul terrazzo che affacccia sul mare. "Un nuovo appartamento tenuto in maniera ineccepibile, dotato di tutti i confort descritti, a circa 10 mt dal mare, con ottime taverne raggiungibili a piedi. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è ottimo. Simpatica l'idea di un diario di bordo sul quale trovi consigli da parte di chi ti ha preceduto. Consigliatissimo. It’s a new apartment in a flawless, with all the comforts described, about 10 meters from the sea with a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea where you can eat. Also there are excellent tavernas within walking distance. The price / quality ratio is excellent. Nice idea of a diary on which you can find advice from those who preceded you. Recommended"
