We are Southern California residents from Northern San Diego County, and our family of four loves spending time at our vacation home in PGA WEST whenever we can. We enjoy hours of fun riding cruiser bikes, playing golf, swimming, relaxing on the patio, and exploring the Coachella Valley. Our kids love capturing the valley's beauty on film. We also enjoy shopping at the unique stores in Old Town La Quinta and taking day trips to Palm Springs.
Why they chose this property
This property boasts an ideal location with a view across the lake to the 11th green of the PGA WEST Stadium Course and proximity to a community pool and spa. Featuring the largest floorplan available, it offers 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The Santa Fe-style remodel enhances its appeal, making it highly desirable. It feels like a detached home, and with over 40 pools in PGA West, there’s always one available. In the evening, take a short walk across the double fairway to explore #17 Alcatraz or #16 San Andreas, two of Pete Dye's finest creations.

We put in the effort to make our home a place we would love to rent ourselves. This involves hiring a meticulous professional cleaner who takes personal responsibility for maintaining our home's cleanliness and condition between guests. We promptly replace any items showing signs of wear and regularly update our sheets and towels. We encourage guests to inform us of anything that needs replacement or was damaged during their stay. We understand the importance of a great experience and are committed to providing that for our guests. You won't be disappointed!
