In an ideal geographical context, in a splendid panoramic position in the woods of the Carnic Pre-Alps with a beautiful view over the woods and the Tagliamento plain to the sea, very quiet, every comfort, well-finished furnishings. Even in autumn and winter this is a place of peace and quiet. The house is a place of absolute peace, perfect for periods of reflection, remote work, and rest. Beautiful walks in the woods branch off from the house and there is the possibility of practicing various sports, mountain biking, climbing at the Masarach wall in Val d'Arzino, paragliding at Valinis, canoeing on Lake Redona and kayaking on the Arzino river, birdwatching ( at home!), canyoning with guide on the river what orienteering on Monte Pala, trekking .... or just relaxing in the garden. It is a perfect place for nature lovers or as a retreat for writers, musicians or anyone who wishes to immerse themselves in the absolute silence of nature. Sometimes, at dawn, the fawns graze on the lawn in front of the house. Each room has an independent bathroom and walk-in closet. The house, which is in an isolated position in the middle of the mountain, can also be a base for visiting some art places in Friuli Spilimbergo, Sesto al Reghena, Udine, or exploring the area for wines and local specialties (San Daniele del Friuli is about 20 minutes by car). At about 30 km there is a golf course. The area is full of corners to discover, walks in the woods, trips in streams, trekking in the mountains and is famous for the opportunities it offers to bicycle lovers. A stay can offer the possibility of discovering a secret area of Friuli as well as the places of art and culture in the surrounding area.

Clauzetto vacanze 2014

ottima sotto ogni punto di vista nonostante il tempo non sia stato dei migliori. Gli spazi dell'edificio hanno, comunque, permesso ai bambini di giocare con tranquillità. lI luoghi visitati nei dintorni non hanno mai annoiato sia i bambini che gli adulti .

A quiet place to relax with a beautiful view of the valley

Eleven of us were in the area to ride motorcycles. The sleeping space and the four bathrooms in the house left us wanting for nothing. We felt very comfortable in the house and will definitely come back here again sometime. The pizzeria L'Ortal in nearby Vito d'Asio is also highly recommended. Nice service, good pizzas, reasonably priced with a great view of the valley and the Tagliamento.

Sehr angenehm!

Wir, 8 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder, haben die Woche sehr genossen. Das Haus ist in einem tadellosen Zustand und die Betten sind sehr bequem (die besten, die wir bisher in einem italienischen Ferienhaus hatten). Jedes Doppelzimmer hat sein eigenes Bad - super bei so vielen Parteien. Die Küche ist zwar klein, reicht aber völlig aus. Während unserem Aufenthalt wurde es ziemlich frisch. Durch die sehr gut funktionierende Heizung wurde das Haus aber angenehm warm und auch das Warmwasser kam zu jeder Zeit in allen Stockwerken sehr schnell an. Das Haus ist in sehr gutem Schuss und wird gut in Stand gehalten. Es gibt genügend Stühle innen und aussen, und für heisse Tage gibt's eine Aussendusche. Die Stille rund um das Haus ist beruhigend. Wir verbrachten viel Zeit im Garten und entspannten uns in der wunderschönen Nachmittagssonne. Alles in allem war der Urlaub in dem Haus ein wunderschönes Erlebnis und wir haben die Woche sehr genossen.

Splendide demeure au coeur du Frioul

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la belle et spacieuse maison d'Anna, entourée de nature et sans vis à vis immédiats, pourvue de tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner, un jeu d'extérieur pour nos petits, 4 salles de bains et de nombreuses chambres. La vue plongeante sur la vallée permet de voir très loin. Il y a plusieurs promenades à faire à proximité et même au départ de la maison. Nous recommandons la visite de Spilimbergo et d'aller nager dans les rivières avoisinantes en été. Laiterie à 2km qui vend des délicieux fromages! Nous en gardons tous en excellent souvenir.

Memorable stay in Clauzetto

This was a home away from home! We had everything we needed in the house. For 2 families - 4 adults and 4 children - this was perfect with its 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. It is ideally for families who want a break from the city life, surrounded by trees and streams, and offering opportunities for breathtaking views and walks in the country. Anna was available whenever we needed, a very helpful host! Must say that we loved the fireplace for a warm and cozy evening indoors. Thank you for an unforgettable holiday and a perfect opportunity to create precious memories!

Sfeervol huis in een natuurrijke omgeving

Een heel sfeervol huis met een prima prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Bedden zijn niet allemaal geschikt voor lange mensen. Voor grote familie met meerdere gezinnen goed te verdelen in eigen plek met badkamers. Je moet wel beschikken over een auto omdat het wel een stukje bij grotere plaatsen vandaan ligt. Voor rust ben je hier aan het goede adres, met s nachts een fantastisch mooie sterrenhemel indien het onbewolkt is.

Belle maison de famille au calme

Très grande maison, très bien organisée, meublée et équipée pour 4 familles avec enfants en bas age (4 grandes chambres avec chacune une belle sdb). Au calme complet (dans un coin de forêt mais à qq km de Clauzetto), vue dégagée sur la plaine, un espace devant la maison sympa avec pelouse et grands arbres puis ça descend assez raide ensuite. Le salon est un peu humide pour les gens sensibles aux allergies. Accueil adorable et disponibilité totale de Mara et de Ana. La région est splendide: jolis coins baignades.

Comme prévu en Août 2010, nous sommes revenus et nous reviendrons. Belle cousinade à 4 couples dans une maison très agréable, spacieuse et confortable pour un pèlerinage sur la terre de nos aïeux. L'accueil de Mara est formidable et ses conseils pour visiter la région et dénicher des restaurants typiques sont précieux. Superbes ballades à Longarone, lac de Barcis, Refuge de Mela, Ceconi, Chellante, Almadis, Manazzon, grottes de Pradis, Redona, Grado, Aquilea, Palmanova, Gemona, Cremone

Une location idéale pour les familles et les amis

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans la très grande maison d'Anna. Nous avons été accueilli de manière très sympathique par Mara qui s'est montrée très disponible durant tout le séjour. La maison est très propre et ses abords (jardin, terrasse, ...) sont très bien entretenus. La maison offre aux familles un confort exceptionnel avec ses très grandes chambres + salle de bains privatives + dressing. La terrasse est très agréable et le matériel mis à notre disposition (barbecue, chaises, grande table de jardin, ...) a été très utile et très apprécié. Quelques petites réparations et aménagements utiles ont été signalés à Anna qui est très soucieuse de la qualité de sa location. Une location que nous recommandons vivement même si sa situation oblige a des trajets de voiture qui peuvent être longs.

Vacances dans le Friul

Ne pas hésiter et osez vos vacances dans cette région trop méconnue qu'est le Friuli. Porte de la Slovénie, Croatie ou Autriche, elle recèle de véritables trésors, et une gastronomie rafinée (jambon de San Daniele ou le fromage Montasio). Venise est a une heure de route !! La maison est grande et accueillante, idéale pour une famille nombreuse ou plusieurs couples: 4 chambres complètement indépendantes sur deux niveaux, avec chacune son dressing et sa salle de bain. Le RDC comprend la cuisine, le salon et la salle à manger. Tout l'équipement nécessaire est sur place, et Mara n'hésitera pas à venir vous dépanner si quelque chose venait à manquer. Au calme, dans la montagne, vous passerez des nuits calmes et fraîches !! Nous vous la conseillons sans hésitation. Note: 5/5

Tranquillità - Natura pura - Casa Signorile

Abbiamo passato due settimane molto belle nel mezzo del Friuli. La casa è molto più bella e molto più grande di quel che ci aspettavamo. La cucina era adatta per cucinare bene per otto persone adulte. Ogni giorno facevavamo colazione all'aperto e ogni sera mangiavamo la cena all'aperto cercando l'ombra, a parte due sere, dove faceva freddolino e piovigginava un po'. Tutte le attrezzature elenacate, non solo c'erano, ma erano funzionanti e in parte anche di alta qualità. La casa è molto isolata, e per questo molto tranquilla, è quello che cercavamo. È così tranquilla che i telefoni cellulari non funzionano molto bene all'ìnterno della casa. In compenso cerano cerbiatti che ogni mattina verso le 6 passavano nel giardino. Chi cerca tranquillità e pace trova qui un posto meraviglioso. I posti migliori per fare la spesa sono a Lestrans (10 km) o a Spilimbergo(16 km), a noi ci sono piaciti i supermercati COOP. Anche a Clauzetto si trova quasi tutto.. senza molta scelta. Ogni giorno abbiamo scoperto il Friuli poco conosciuto, da Venzone a Sauris, da Spilimbergo a Cividale del Friuli. Abbiamo mangiato in trattorie deliziose, assaggiato vini eccezzionali, incontrato persone cordiali, abbiamo visto paesaggi di favola (Grotte di Pradis, Sauris di Sopra), abbiamo visto monumenti fantastici (San Danile - Affreschi; Cividale del Friuli - Il Museo del Duomo). Non siamo riusciti ad andare al mare, era troppo affascinante scoprire questo pezzo di terra.

Excellent sejour

Nous avons passé un sejour agréable.La maison est tres confortable.Le paysage et la région sont tres remarquables. Nous avons tres bien été acceuilli par notre hôte Mara et par les habitants du village en bas. Nous envisageons un futur séjour en famille tellement nous nous plus a cet endroit. Le papy a fait un retour aux sources pour son anniversaire: il en parle encore tous les jours. Merci a Mara et à la proprietaire pour leur gentillesse. Amicalement Famille ALB. et COLL.

"Abbiamo dato l''arrivederci a questa splendida casa portandola nel cuore con sorridente nostalgia. Si percepisce davvero che è stata ed è molto amata: ha un''"aura" speciale, benevola e accogliente, che si avverte appena varcata la soglia. Il mio ragazzo ha piacevolmente riscoperto i profumi della casa di campagna dove soggiornava da bambino, profumi di tempi andati e genuini; in generale il tripudio di animali e piante che la circondano ci ha regalato 2 settimane gradevolissime. Le voci del bosco adiacente, il vento tra le fronde, i canti dei più svariati selvatici che festeggiavano gli ultimi scampoli della stagione verde, hanno meravigliosamente soppiantato i clangori della città a cui purtroppo, nella vita quotidiana, siamo avvezzi. Ci auguriamo di aver modo di tornare presto, sia in Estate, che magari in qualche weekend invernale coi nostri amici."

"Maison très agréable dan...

"Maison très agréable dans la verdure, dominant la plaine. Chaque chambre comporte son dressing et sa salle de bains : cette intimité est très appréciable.. La biche était bien au rendez-vous en contrebas. Grâce à la télévision, nous avons pu suivre les jeux olympiques. Nous avons profité de la terrasse matin, midi et soir (en juillet,août 2012). Les commerces de Clauzetto, la petite épicerie bar et la maison de la presse nous ont été bien utiles. Nous recommandons particulièrement la laiterie fromagerie de Pradis, l''osteria Fra le ombre de la grotte de Pradis et le restaurant plus chic Ai mulinaris. Nous avons eu la chance de participer à la Fiesta da la Balote de Clauzetto (soufflé de polenta au fromage) : une soirée mémorable, populaire, avec homme-orchestre et petit vin local bien gouleyant. Pour les visites, alternance de plaine et de montagne : immersion au pays de la chèvre,au Monte Pala, descente aux grottes de Pradis, montée à Lussari, incursion en Slovénie,à Kobarid, bain de mer à Grado, sorties culturelles,à Udine, Trieste, Aquileia, Villa Manin et Cividale. Coup de cœur pour Spilimbergo ! Même si nous ne sommes pas en montagne, les routes tournicotent pas mal et il faut compter une bonne vingtaine de minutes avant de rejoindre des axes routiers plus rectilignes! Un séjour très varié et très différent de nos autres séjours en Toscane, Ombrie, Pouilles, Sardaigne... Merci pour l''accueil sur place et à Anna Gerometta pour son attention bienveillante et ses petits présents à l''arrivée. "

"Soggiorno e casa hanno s...

"Soggiorno e casa hanno superato le nostre aspettative! Io e la mia famiglia siamo stati davvero bene. La casa è confortevole per una famiglia, le stoviglie che servono ci sono tutte e sono tutte funzionanti. I proprietari sono disponibilissimi e la signora che cura la casa sempre gentile e pronta a rispondere alle richieste degli ospiti. Il soggiorno è stato rilassante, davvero!"

Es war sauber, ruhig,schöne Umgebung, die Aussicht wunderschön,das Haus ist sehr individuell und geschmackvoll eingerichtet.Wir hatten auf Grund des Angebots allerdings nicht erwartet, dass es so weit ab liegt und die An- und Abfahrt ziemlich mühsam ist!(Berg mit vielen Kurven)Die Betreuung vor Ort war freundlich, aber schwierig, weil nur Italienisch gesprochen wurde.Dies konnte durch Telefongespräche mit Frau G. aber geklärt werden. Ideal ist das Haus für Urlauber, die in der Gegend wandern wollen!Dann muss man nicht jeden Tag mit dem Auto den Berg rauf und runter!

" Il nostro soggiorno ne...

" Il nostro soggiorno nella sua bella e confortevole casa è stato felice. Abbiamo trovato una casa con i confort di cui avevamo bisogno. In particolare le camere così ampie e isolate l'una dall'altra, permettono la privacy a tutti i componenti del gruppo. La zona giorno è dotata di spazi adeguati per la convivialità di parecchi ospiti e il camino ha riscaldato e rallegrato le nostre serate. La cucina è ben attrezzata anche per dei buoni cuochi e la zona pranzo è altrettanto comoda. La rimessa ci ha permesso di stipare tutte le scorte alimentari in luogo freddo e asciutto. E'una zona molto tranquilla per chi cerca un completo relax ."
