Wonderful

We had a lovely stay. The balcony is perfect, we had many breakfasts and dinners out there. Great location everything is virtually a 10-minute walk away. The hosts are lovely too and very helpful. 10 out 10 :)

Un agréable studio idéalement situé

Studio petit mais très fonctionnel, on ne s’y sent pas à l’étroit et beaucoup de rangements sont disponibles. Cuisine qui contient le nécessaire, canapé lit très pratique et de bonne qualité (il grince juste un peu). Pour ceux qui ont le sommeil fragile : bruit du frigo la nuit... mais ceci est bien normal pour un studio ! En été, la clim efficace et silencieuse a été un petit luxe très apprécié :) La petite terrasse est un vrai plus, avec sa superbe vue. Emplacement absolument parfait : nous avons tous fait à pied ! (Moins de 10 min de la gare Nice-ville, 10-15 min pour le vieux Nice et la plage, 20 min pour le musée Chagall...). Communication aisée et agréable avec les propriétaires, qui ont pu résoudre immédiatement les minis problèmes rencontrés. En résumé, excellent rapport qualité-prix, nous recommandons ++ !

The apartment is very nice. The bed and sofa seemed to be new.

This apartment, on the top floor, is very nice and is well situated in Nice. Close to both the city center and the see.

Petite and Mignon

Very cute bachelor apartment with a a pullout bed. Very comfortable. Kitchen equipped with essentials to make stay very comfortable. View off balcony is to die for. Gets hot in late afternoon. Luckily there’s a very efficient air conditioning unit. Great location.

Sehr ruhige und gemütliche Wohnung

Die Unterkunft hat eine super stadtnahe aber dennoch ruhige Lage. Mit dem kleinen Balkon sehr gemütlich und für ein paar Tage die perfekte Unterkunft. Auch die Kommunikation mit Daniel hat sehr gut geklappt.

Studio très agréable et très bien situé

Ce studio correspond parfaitement au descriptif (calme, avec petite terrasse fleurie et ensoleillée, idéalement situé (Gare/Mer/Centre ville, Commerces... ) etc.... J'y rajouterai également la gentillesse et disponibilité du propriétaire et de son épouse (Très arrangeants concernant les dates/horaires Arrivée et départ) . L'année dernière j'y avais déjà séjourné 15 jours et en étais revenue plus que contente/très satisfaite. Cette année, à l'occasion de mon nouveau séjour à Nice, je l'ai donc reloué. J'espère d'ailleurs pouvoir le relouer à l'occasion de mes prochains séjours à Nice. Je ne peux donc que recommander ce studio (très bonne adresse pour visiter/profiter de Nice et sa région, profiter de la plage et mer, etc... ou juste se reposer au calme et cela sans tracas et/ou mauvaise surprise).

Apartment at 10 rue Verdi, Nice

The apartment is very clean in a very handy residential area of Nice called Musiciens with cafes and shops, including a bakery and grocery store close by. It is a 10 minute walk to the waterfront at Promenade des Anglais. The apartment has a refrigerator, microwave/convection oven and two burner stove. I had a very lovely stay at the apartment. The building is very quiet, and the landlord, who is very helpful, lives next door. I would visit again.

A great time in Nice

The property is cosy but had all the space and comforts we needed. It's location is quiet and peaceful, but also close to the railway station, the beach and many restaurants. The apartment was clean and the bed comfortable. The district view from the balcony is lovely. We enjoyed our stay. Communication with the host was easy.

A beautiful and covenient home

Daniel was such a great host. Not only was he prompt about responding to my emails but he was also very considerate and helpful as well. He was kind enough to let us check out a little later since our train was departing later in the day. His home is in a GREAT location between the Nice Ville train station and the beach. We were able to walk around in a safe and convient area of Nice. This was a great first visit for us and Daniel made it even more special. Thank you!

Fantastic stay

My daughter and I stayed in the studio for 4 nights. We were very impressed with the accommodation and location. Although we did not do any cooking, the small kitchen was well equipped. The beds were comfortable, their is a lovely sunny balcony with views over the hills of Nice. Superb patisserie just outside the entrance - which sells the most delicious cakes. We will certainly stay here again. Daniel and his wife, were very helpful and made us feel welcome.

Bel appartement au centre-ville

L'emplacement du studio est très pratique. On n'a pas besoin d'avoir une voiture si vous voulez visiter Nice. Tous commerce et restaurants sont à proximité. L'appartement lui-même est petite mais bien équipée. Il peut accueillir quatre personnes, mais il est parfait pour 2. Le propriétaire est très gentil et il vit à proximité. Nous avons eu un très bon week-end. Merci encore G.S.
