Vue magnifique, calme relatif.

Propriétaire sympa mais peu d information et de communication . Vue et coucher de soleil magnifique. Tres belle piscine. Appartemment très propre Aboiement de chien et route proche, ainsi que lit peu confortable . Dans l ensemble bon séjour.

Un coup de cœur avec une vue de rêve sur l’Ile Rousse.

Magnifique propriété idéalement située, vue extraordinaire sur l’Ile Rousse . Appartement très joli, fonctionnel et propre, avec très grande terrasse, et superbe piscine disponible tous les matins ; place de parc privée. Propriétaires d’une extrême gentillesse et de bons conseils ! Merci 🥰

appartement séparé bien sympa pour 2 personnes en bas de Monticello, grande terrasse, très belle vue sur l'île Rousse et le soleil couchant, bon pour les randonnées en montagne ainsi que pour les visites des plages et des villes de la côte. La piscine est réservée aux propriétaires l'après-midi. Propre et parfait.

Panoramisch uitzicht!

Bij de villa van de eigenaren, die zeer royaal is, valt het aangrenzende vakantie-appartement bijna in het niet. Het mini-appartement heeft weliswaar bijna alles wat je nodig hebt voor een verblijf, maar jammer is dat er standaard geen föhn, afwasborstel en afwasmiddel aanwezig is. Voor bagage is nauwelijks bergruimte aanwezig. Hoewel het terras/balkon ruim is, kun je van het uitzicht alleen genieten als je staat. Het toilet (tevens opslag voor schoonmaakartikelen) en de badkamer hadden een muffe geur. Het zwembad van de eigenaren, waarvan op gezette tijden gebruik gemaakt mag worden, is groot, goed onderhouden en met een schitterend uitzicht. Hier moet je zeker naar toe gaan. De locatie is zeer geschikt voor uitstapjes naar het mooie bergachtige achterland (Balagne), maar ook voor een bezoek aan de diverse stranden en Calvi. De eigenaren komen zakelijk over en stellen zich gereserveerd op.

Mooi appartement, op prima lokatie

Prachtig gelegen appartement met zwembad en vanaf groot balkon uitzicht op zee. Enige nadeel is ontbreken van airco. Houd rekening met een borgsom van 400euro, contant te voldoen.

Le gite est parfait, terrasse avec vue directe sur le port de l'Ile Rousse et sur la mer, le temps merveilleux a contribué également à la réussite de cette semaine; par contre, la literie n'est pas du tout à la hauteur du site, lit trop petit et de mauvaise qualité...

Location extrêmement bien située à proximité de l 'Ile Rousse et des plages . Point de départ idéal pour visiter la Balagne , le Cap Corse , les gorges de l 'Asco et prendre le bateau à Calvi pour la splendide réserve de Scandola . Appartement soigné et bien équipé . Terrasse exceptionnelle semi couverte avec une vue imprenable sur la mer et le port de l' Ile Rousse . Couchers de soleil à couper le souffle ! N' hésitez pas à profiter de la piscine avec une magnifique vue sur la mer . Propriétaires charmants et discrets . Un petit coup de coeur pour les apéros sous les platanes de la terrasse de l ' A Pasturella ,unique bar /restaurant / hôtel de Monticello .
