Ampissimo appartamento ma 1 solo bagno
La casa è in una posizione fantastica, la vista dal terrazzo ripaga delle molte mancanze. Purtroppo nell annuncio c era scritto chiaramente 2 bagni, invece ce n è soltanto 1, questo ci ha creato parecchi disagi essendo in 8. Altra cosa importante, nell' annuncio c'è scritto che c'è il parcheggio, purtroppo non esiste nessun parcheggio libero, ma solo i parcheggi comunali a pagamento che costano 15—20€ al giorno. Oltretutto al nostro arrivo ci sono stati richiesti 100€ di cauzione per le pulizie finali, niente di male, è giusto, ma nell annuncio non è scritto. La nostra vacanza è stata bella per i posti stupendi, ma sapendo di queste mancanze avrei sicuramente scelto un' altra casa.

Appartement très sale à l’arrivée! Appartement bien agencé mais pas du tout entretenu!
Appartement très sale à l’arrivée. Du verre au sol et le sol noir de poussière. Climatisation que au salon. Pas assez efficace pour le reste de la surface. Frigo dégoûtant! Et toute la vaisselle était sale. Boîte de nuit en bas de l’immeuble! Nous avons du désinfecter les toilettes et la salle de bain. Vraiment dommage car cet appartement est idéalement situé!!!

Bel appartement,spacieux ...
Bel appartement,spacieux et clair, bien agencé et bien décoré avec une vue superbe sur le port. Proche de tout mer, commerce,citadelle. Par contre il manque de propreté & d'entretien. Appareils ménagers annoncés qui ne fonctionnent pas (machine à laver, aspirateur, chauffe-eau) Les parkings de proximité sont payants. La caution de 3000 € est disproportionnée

"This apartment was reall...
"This apartment was really great. The view is UNBELIEVABLE, and took my breath away every time I looked out the window even after being there for a week. The inside of the place is very nice as well, very comfortable couch, multiple tables at which to eat, beds very comfortable, large shower, great kitchen in which we were able to cook lots of great meals. Well furnished with dishes, pans, soap, etc. Everything extremely clean and very new. The balcony was perfect for a cup of tea every morning while watching Calvi come alive down below. We were there the first week of April and the weather was beautiful, 17-20 every day, we were even able to lay on the beach in bathing suits and swim in the Mediterranean. Walking distance to ferry, which was great. Absolutely best location in Calvi for shopping, restaurants, views, etc. I have nothing negative to say about this rental. It was really really great!!! (and not expensive at all for what we got)."

"Splendid view from the b...
"Splendid view from the balcony in the 3.rd floor viewing all the harbour. Sitting there in the evenings looking at the dawn and people down under really was meditation. Just 5 minutes walk to one of the longest sandy beaches on the island and about the same distance to the nearest supermarket. The apartment was clean and definately matched our expectations. Good sofa and good beds!"
