Beautiful holiday home on the coast

We really enjoyed our holiday with only minutes from the beach. We stayed out of season at the end of October and had very easy access to lots of beautiful local beaches. The house has a well equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The hosts are really friendly and very helpful.

Beautiful house with large garden with seaview and next to the sea with a sandy beach.

We enjoyed this beautiful house with just a very short walk to the sea. The three bedrooms were very convenient for us: grandparents daughter and three young (grand)children. If possible we come back next year.

Wunderbare Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist traumhaft gelegen an einer Art Privatstrand, wobei im Umkreis mehrere andere Strände sind. Es war alles vorhanden, sie ist schön groß mit zwei Bädern und Waschmaschine - alles tippi toppi! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Wunderbarer Urlaub in einer traumhaften Ferienwohnung direkt am Meer

Die Ferienwohnung ist topp ausgestattet, mit allem, was man brauchen könnte. Besonders hervorzuheben ist auch die sehr gute Ausstattung der Küche und das schöne Geschirr, Besteck und Design-Trinkgläser sowie die geschmackvolle Deko. Man fühlt sich wirklich sehr wohl. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut geschnitten, mit geräumigem Wohnzimmer und Essbereich, offener Küche, drei Schlafzimmern und zwei geräumigen Badezimmern. Der Garten ist ein Traum!!! Und der Strand und das Meer direkt vor der Haustüre. Es ist alles wirklich so schön wie auf den Fotos zu sehen. :-) Da wir in der Vorsaison da waren, war kaum jemand am Strand. Manchmal hatten wir ihn für uns alleine. Alles in allem war es wirklich ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt.

Strandurlaub im September

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr schön in einem privaten Wohngebiet. Der Strand ist nur 50 Meter entfernt und sehr schön zum schnorcheln und baden. Da der Strand in einem privaten Bereich liegt, waren nur wenige Personen am Strand und es war sehr ruhig.

bella esperienza, posizione ottimale, qualche neo tipo ventilatori (un po rumorosi) al posto dell'aria condizionata, funghi (non commestibili) di varie dimensioni che spuntano sul prato e il cane di qualche vicino che cirdola liberamnete sul prato (e dentro casa) lasciando qualche ricordino, ma per il resto tuoo ok

COMODA, TRANQUILLA, A DUE PASSI DAL MARE

Vacanza perfetta in una proprietà ideale: ben attrezzata, comoda, a due passi da un mare d’incanto. Consigliatissimo

Abbiamo passato una splendida settimana a due passi da una spiaggetta tranquilla e rilassante. Ottimo punto di partenza per visitare le spiagge più rinomate. Casa pulitissima e Fabrizio è stato molto disponibile e gentile.

Toller Urlaub in super schöner Lage

Wir haben einen tollen Urlaub verbracht. Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Check in war professionell und trotz sprachlicher Barriere sehr herzlich. Wir haben die Lage direkt am Meer sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Sehr sehr tolle Wohnung mit direktem Zugang zum Privatstrand.

Wir waren als Paar im Mai 2023 im Appartement. Man muss dazu sagen, dass wir vom Gastgeber netterweise ein Upgrade erhalten haben und die obere, zu der Zeit freie Wohnung ohne Preiserhöhung nutzen durften. Die Bewertung bezieht sich daher auf das Inserat #6266448. Die Lage des Apartments ist wirklich einmalig. Man ist in einer Art Gated Community, die nur durch eine 24h bewachte Schranke zugänglich ist. Den Öffner dafür erhält man mit dem Schlüssel am Tor. Dort angekommen zeigt einem der Security dann auch den Parkplatz und die Wohnung. Dementsprechend fühlt man sich sehr sicher und das in der gesamten Anlage. Die beiden Wohnungen bilden quasi eine Doppelhaus-Hälfte und sind aufgeteilt in ein Souterrain und in die obere Wohnung. Beide haben eine eigene Terrasse und teilen sich den großen Garten. Im Mai hat dort alles geblüht und es war wunderschön, die ganzen verschiedenen Pflanzen zu fotografieren. In nur wenigen Schritten durch den Garten erreicht man direkt den kleinen Privatstrand. Der Strand ist ebenfalls nur für Bewohner der Anlage zugänglich. Da im Mai hier nur etwa jedes 4e Haus belegt war, war der Strand bei unserem Besuch täglich menschenleer. So hatten wir in der Tat unseren eigenen Privatstrand. Das machte für uns die Unterkunft wirklich einmalig. Das Wasser ist türkisblau und an der linken Seite auch zum Baden gut zugänglich. Ansonsten bräuchte man eher Badeschuhe. Da es leider in diesem Mai kein besonders gutes Wetter in ganz Italien gab, hatten wir nur ca. 3 Tage wirklich tolles Wetter und konnten den Strand aktiv nutzen. Das Wasser war noch sehr kalt aber für uns als kurze Abkühlung ideal. Sicherlich wäre die felsige Bucht auch zum Schnorcheln optimal, was wir aber aufgrund der Kälte und dem Wellengang (Man ist am Ende eines kleinen Caps) nicht machten. Durch starke Sturmböen an einigen Tagen und vor allem in den Nächten war das Haus zeitweise etwas kühl und hellhörig. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgerüstet und es gab sehr viele Pfannen, Töpfe und Geschirr. Der Geschirrspüler war für uns ein angenehmer Bonus. Man muss allerdings Basissachen wie bspw. Olivenöl, Essig und Seife kaufen. Salz und Spülmittel + Tabs waren da. In 5 Autominuten gibt es einen Minimart in der Marina, sowie Restaurants. Die Zufahrt ist etwas holprig durch die Pflastersteine - war aber ok. Wer die wilde Natur Südsardiniens liebt und gerne täglich mit Meerblick wach werden will, der ist hier super aufgehoben. Wir waren es in der Tat. Vielen Dank Fabrizio!

Tolle Unterkunft in super Lage

Schöne Unterkunft mit tollem Privatstrand direkt vorm gut gepflegten Garten. Leider keine Klimaanlage und laute Ventilatoren und Heizkessel. Gesamt gesehen jedoch eine schöne Unterkunft die weiterempfohlen werden kann.

Tranquillità e relax

La proprietà è inserita in un contesto riservato, in posizione esclusiva e silenziosa..si sente solo il piacevole rumore delle onde! La casa è confortevole e dispone di una cucina ben attrezzata, con un comodissimo piano cottura a induzione e una lavastoviglie che a mio avviso, oltre a rappresentare un'indubbia praticità, è anche sinonimo di igiene e disinfezione. Forse sarebbe comodo un piccolo microonde (io per esempio lo utilizzo per scaldare il biberon). Sono presenti almeno tre tavoli e tantissime sedie. Le camere si presentano ordinate con un arredamento tipico da casa vacanza e sono dotate di un comodo ventilatore a soffitto. Sono presenti due ampi bagni, uno cieco e uno finestrato, quest'ultimo dotato di lavatrice. Tutte le camere affacciano in un cortiletto privato nel quale è possibile stendere asciugamani e bucato al coperto. I pranzi e le cene li abbiamo consumati in veranda con vista sul meraviglioso prato, dove le bambine hanno potuto giocare in assoluta tranquillità. Nel giardino sono presenti un piccolo barbecue e una comodissima doccia esterna. Conoscendo già la zona, abbiamo preferito trascorrere tutti i giorni nella spiaggia che si trova a pochissimi passi dal giardino, ma nel raggio di 2-5 km si trovano delle meravigliose spiagge. L'assenza dell'aria condizionata (almeno nella zona living) si è fatta sentire nelle caldissime giornate. In ogni caso, ci tornerei anche domani!

Lovely place to stay

My family and I had a lovely stay. The apartment has plenty of space and is well equipped. You will spend most time outside anyway. Wonderful view from the garden and a very nice beach. Everything worked well.

Bel appartement juste en face de la plage

Propriété très agréable en bord de mer (~50m). Plage privée au domaine qui est parfaite pour relaxer. L'appartement est Bien équipé au niveau de la cuisine. À noter qu'à partir des chambres à coucher, on entend un peu trop bien les voisins du dessus lorsqu'ils sont en terrasse. C'est donc un peu moins pratique lorsqu'on voyage avec des jeunes enfants qui se couchent plus tôt. Les ventilateurs aux plafonds des chambres sont appréciés, mais ça ne remplace pas une clim lorsqu'il fait plus de 30°C. Mais malgré ces petits désagréments, on a beaucoup apprécié notre séjour à cet endroits de Villasimius. :)

Schöne ruhige Lage

Räumlichkeiten typisch italienisch - einfach eingerichtet Bei voller Belegung (6 Personen) wird es mit den Koffern eng Leider keine Kaffemaschine, keine Mikrowelle Abfalltrennung gewöhnungsbedürftig Lage zu weit außerhalb gelegen Auto ist ein unbedingtes Muss Strandzugang und Nähe durch den Garten sehr schön

Fabuleux sejour

Une maison dans un cadre idyllique, quartier privé gardé dans un coin magnifique, villas aux façades en chaux où rampent des glycines on se croirait en Grèce. La mer à 50 pas du jardin, vue exceptionnelle, plage privée avec eau cristalline truffée de poissons multicolore, oursin étoiles de mer. A 1 km d'une des plus belles plages sardes, porto Giunco, entre mer turquoise et lagon de flamants rosés...un paradis!!

Posizione fantastica. Consigliatissima.

Comprensorio privato, con accesso a due spiagge poco frequentate, una delle quali a 10 metri dal giardino, perfetta per un bagno al volo o con bimbi piccolissimi. Tutte le spiagge più belle della zona sono a max 15-20min di macchina. Parcheggio riservato molto vicino (si può comunque arrivare davanti a casa per scaricare bagagli e spesa). Giardino con posizione e vista bellissima. La casa è effettivamente un "seminterrato" come chiaramente specificato. Tutte le stanze però hanno accesso esterno al corridoio esterno e la casa rimane molto fresca, anche solo con i ventilatori. I cellulari prendono poco, ma cè la wifi. Se volete la vista mare anche dalla casa, potete affittare la casa di sopra, degli stessi proprietari. Noi li abbiamo conosciuti, sono super-gentili, vi aiuteranno sicuramente in qualunque cosa vi serva.
