Ein wunderschönes Haus, ganz privat in traumhafter Umgebung. Tolle Zimmer, sehr gut ausgestattet. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Vacances inoubliables !

Une reservation facile et un très bon contact avec Philippe. Une villa exceptionnelle par son architecture et son emplacement au top sur Palombaggia ! Ideal pour un séjour en famille avec des enfants. 10 minutes a pied d une des plus belles plages et a 15 min de Porto Vecchio ! Un calme absolu pour profiter de la piscine avec vue sur mer et toutes les sécurités pour les jeunes enfants. Merci infiniment a Philippe pour sa disponibilité après nos péripéties de voiture .... Nous reviendrons a coup sur avec grand plaisir ! A bientot Alexandra et Vincent

Séjour inoubliable

Accueil parfait , Vue Epoustouflante , Maison chaleureuse parfaitement équipée et décorée avec soin et gout , magnifique piscine a parfaite température, chambres et literie impeccable , ménage nickel , quoi dire de plus .... la plus belle plage a pied , un des plus beaux supermarché bio a 15mn .... bref 2 semaines ou nous nous sommes sentis privilégiés . Beautiful villa overlooking Palombaggia beach

We loved this villa. The view is exceptional, the house is wonderful and beautifully furnished and well equipped . The swimming pool is fantastic and one can walk to the beach in 10 minutes. Philippe is a good host. The access drive to the villa is very steep and narrow so needs care when driving . Overall a fabulous villa , ideal for a group of friends and family.

Très belle maison à Palombaggia

La maison est grande et très confortable, joliment décorée. La vue est magnifique avec un accès à la plage facile en 10mn à peine à pied. Il y a air conditionné dans toutes les chambres mais pas dans le séjour/cuisine ou il peut vite faire très chaud sans beaucoup d’air même quand on ouvre toutes les baies vitrées… Je recommande vivement cette location qui fut très agréable.

Perfect Villa for a relax holiday

The Villa is perefct to spend a nice relaxed vaccation. The equipment of the Villa is more than sufficient, you will miss nothing. You can decide to go to the palombaggia beach by walking (15min) or to stay in the huge pool. Restaurants and shopping loactions are reachable by car in 15-20min. The view from the Villa to the beach is super nice, we will miss it! Philippe did realy a gread job, - we will come again!

Séjour mémorable

Séjour de rêve dans une maison propre, chaleureuse, bien équipée, et tellement bien située. Vue mer et montagne, proche commerces et restaurants. Mer accessible à pied. Séjour trop court mais qu'on refera. Propriétaire et gestionnaire très disponibles.

Le paradis sur terre !

Maison très bien équipée, la piscine est merveilleuse. Permet de faire un saut à la plage le matin avant que le monde arrive, puis à nouveau en fin de journée quand les gens s’en vont. Entre-temps on profite de la vue depuis la maison (se munir de jumelles !), de la piscine et de tout le confort que la maison a à offrir. À la nuit tombée, on admire les phares, les cardinales et la superbe nuit étoilée depuis la grande terrasse !

10/10 Magnificent villa

This is an excellent villa, the best I have ever had the pleasure of staying in. The view over Palombaggia beach is amazing, it only took us five to ten minutes to walk to the beach where there is crystal clear water and white sand. The design of the villa is perfect, with great views from all of the bedrooms and an open plan kitchen/living/dining area that opens out onto the elevated terrace. Weber barbecue and Siemens oven, it really is the best of the best making cooking and dining at the villa a great option in the evening. The beautiful infiity pool is also perfect, very clean and well maintained and of course the spectacular view. Dealing with Philippe and Laurent who is the property manager was a pleasure from booking through to departure, Philippe answered all of my questions prior to my visit - he is a great guy, very trustworthy and dependable - I have no hesitation in recommending Philippe as a great host. I would recommend taking a car with you to get to the shops, and also to explore some of the amazing areas nearby. We were celebrating my Mothers 60th Birthday - a great holiday had by all, and we would love to go back again. Thank you Philippe & Family Nick Allen

Excellent!

The house is great, very clean, spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the breathtaking, beautiful view over palombaggia. Perfect matching decoration and furniture with lots of character makes you feel like at home from the first moment you arrive. It´s only a 15 min walk down to the beach. Great pool area and wooden terrace. The owner Philippe is very nice, friendly and reliable. Thank you Philippe! We will be back!

Maison idéalement placée avec une vue magnifique

Nous avons passé 2 semaines parfaites dans la villa Casuccia. Nos hôtes Philippe et Laurent sont très disponibles et nous ont parfaitement accueillis. La plage est a 10 minutes à pieds, un peu plus au retour, mais elle est aussi accessible en voiture avec un parking gratuit limité en place mais nous avons pu nous y garer tous les jours. La piscine ravit petits et grands avec ses nombreux transats et sa vue à couper le souffle. La maison est très bien équipée et n’a aucun vis à vis, on s’y sent chez soi très vite. Porto Vecchio est a 20 minutes en voiture avec ses commerces et supermarchés. Nous recommandons sans hésiter cette location pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis, et nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

RAS au paradis...

Deuxième fois pour ma famille, mes amis et moi à la Casuccia, après notre séjour de 2016. Là encore, des vacances dont il est difficile de revenir tant la maison est agréable , la vue magnifique, le coin paradisiaque , et enfin tout cela à 2 min de la plus belle plage de Corse. Philippe ( Propriétaire) et Laurent (Intendant) sont adorables et disponibles pour les locataires. Merci encore à tous les 2. Autant dire que je ne peux QUE recommander la CASUCCIA.... mais pas début juin....car cette semaine est pour moi !! :)

Paradise!

Arriving at night after quite an adventurous trip, we woke up to the most beautiful sunrise and breathtaking views from the patio over lush macchia, glistening ocean and pool. The villa is so tastefully decorated and thoughtfully equipped we were reluctant to leave the house! It had the perfect size and layout for 2 families, offering privacy as well as enough room to sit together and have a nice barbecue (Weber gas BBQ ready to use!) with a view you won't forget. While you can walk to the closest beach, a car is recommended to get to other places (e.g. Bonifacio, other beaches, supermarket). We fell in love with La Casuccia and will be back!

Au top !

Nous ne regrettons qu'une seule chose ... N'avoir pu profiter de la Casuccia que pendant les deux premières semaines du mois d’août. La villa est très fonctionnelle, décorée avec goût et offre une très grande terrasse propice à partager des moments inoubliables. La vue est tout bonnement exceptionnelle. C'était un véritable régal de se réveiller tous les matins devant la baie de Palombaggia, une des plus belles plage de Corse qui n'est qu'à un tout petit quart d'heure à pied. Encore une fois, un grand merci à Laurent qui a su nous accueillir d'une manière très professionnelle et conviviale et à M. HUBBEN, propriétaire des plus sympathiques. Nous souhaitons à tous les futurs vacanciers d'avoir la chance de pouvoir séjourner à la Casuccia !

Superbe villa à Palombaggia

Avec toujours autant de plaisir, c'est le deuxième séjour de 15 jours à 8 personnes que nous avons effectué à la Casuccia. Superbe villa bien équipée à la décoration raffinée. Très belle vue sur Palombaggia de toutes les terrasses y compris de la piscine. L'accueil par Laurent est très professionnel et Monsieur Hubben charmant propriétaire reste toujours disponible. A y séjourner sans hésiter.

Excellente

Nous revenons à peine d'une semaine passée à la Villa Casuccia et c'était parfait! La situation est top, la vue est extraordinaire, la maison est très belle, décorée avec soin et bon goût, bien équipée, etc... . L'accès à la piscine à débordement est parfaitement sécurisée, ce qui était très important pour nous avec des enfants en bas âge. Nous étions 4 couples avec 3 bébés et 2 enfants de moins de 10 ans, et nous y étions parfaitement à l'aise. Nous partons depuis 5 ans tous les ans, à la même période autour de Porto-Vecchio, et jusqu'à présent nous changeons de maison chaque année; mais pour 2017, nous avons été unanimes sur le fait de vouloir retourner dans cette maison. Le plus dur sera de patienter jusqu'à l'année prochaine.... En résumé, surtout sur Palombaggia, qualité, prestation et prix. Je pense que c'est difficile de trouver un niveau équivalent ( et j'en ai fait des sites de location !!) .

Un séjour exceptionnel

Quelle semaine de rêve... la villa est magnifique, décorée avec goût, chaque objet et matériaux est soigneusement choisi. La vue est à couper le souffle tant de la maison que de la piscine (chauffée à 30°, idéal hors saison). La situation est idéale, à moins 10' à pied de la plage.
