My apartment is on mountain side and allows you to exit the building skis. Rates are decreasing by duration.

**AVOID IF POSSIBLE**
Our stay began by being sent to the wrong side of the town, the apartment is located 30 minutes walk from where is said on Vrbo. While walking around the town it was impossible to get in contact with the host, and we ended up having to ring the sports shop you are required to go to to get the keys. While we knew there would be no bed sheets, we did not realize there would be no towels, toilet paper, etc. Also, when we arrived at the door we had to fight with the door handle to get in! Before our stay we were told we would there is an €80 cleaning charge if left unclean which is fair, however I have since woken up to a €120 charge and a further €150 charge. I have had to get in contact with Vrbo to amend these. I would avoid this place at all costs personally!

Great Apartment in perfect location in Val Tho
Apartment was perfect for our group. There was a double bed, a set of bunk beds and a couch bed so we all had separate sleeping spaces. Shower was great and the apartment itself while a bit old fashioned was very clean and in good condition. Apartment was advertised on Rue Slalom but is actually just off Rue de soliel but it has a ski locker and access straight onto the piste which is excellent. Its very close to bus station and you can get access to a car space for extra fee which is also very close by. Be sure to ask the shop for the car parking keys because even though my contract said it the shop did not give me the set of keys so I had to go back the next day to get them to have access to the car space. Also make sure to organise rental of bed linen - only criticism was that the linen could not be orngaised so it meant we had to drop it back when we left rather than leaving in the apartment. Otherwise, excellent location and very easy process, clean and would suit 6 people if needed.

Second Time Skiing at Les 3 Vallees Renting an Apartment at Val Thorens
The property we rented here is in an excellent location. It offers a true ski-in and ski-out convenience. This property does not provide bed linens or towels. You can bring them yourselves, or you can rent them from a local laundry shop called Loc Linge which is located in the other side of the town about 12 minutes walk away. The laundry shop's employees do not speak English. Fortunately the host of this property Mrs. Theresa Benoit was kind enough to help me call the shop to reserve linens and towels. In fact, I communicated with Mrs. Benoit often via Vrbo's website. She was very responsive and was helpful. The property is old. When we checked in, the light on the living room's ceiling was not working. It took a couple days to get Mr. Ludo to come to fix it. Mr. Ludo is the manager working at Sports 2000 ski shop near the bus station. I picked up the house keys from him when I checked in. The door knob on the entrance door was loose making it difficult to lock the door using the house key. I contacted Mr. Ludo for getting it repaired, but it was not completely fixed after the repair. The posting of this unit's info is not always accurate. It shows there is Spa Whirlpool. I checked with Mrs. Benoit and found out it does not have this facility. No internet is offered as the contract stated. You can buy it from one of the public WiFi links. But no one is reliable. I ended up buying a sim card. You will have to bring your own soaps and shampoos, plus buy toilet papers.

Appartement très bien placé et fonctionnel
L'appartement est très bien situé, ski aux pieds et jolie vue. Immeuble proche de toutes commodités et calme. A quelques minutes de l'ESF. Très bonne literie (avec un vrai lit 2 places), eau bien chaude avec bonne pression (très appréciable après une journée de ski). Appartement fonctionnel avec tout le nécessaire (peut être un peu trop serait le seul léger point négatif). Propriétaire très réactive et récupération des clés très facile. Super semaine !

Erg goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding.
Het is welliswaar een klein en eenvoudig appartement, maar de voortreffelijke ligging (ski in, ski out) en prima prijs compenseren dit volledig. Toen iets kapot bleek te zijn werd het dezelfde dag nog gerepareerd. Zowel de eigenaresse als de lokale contactpersoon waren erg aardig. We hebben een geweldige week gehad.

Au top ! Les pieds dans la neige…
Appartement sympa et bien entretenu. L’emplacement est idéal pour partir ski au pied… La vue sur les pistes est extra ! Le quartier et l’immeuble sont plutôt calme et la place de stationnement à 500m incluse dans la location est un vrai plus. La récupération et le dépôt de font très facilement même à 4h du matin. Bref nous avons passé un très bon séjour…

Apartamento tranquilo y muy bien situado, llegada y salida con esquís en los pies.
El apartamento es pequeño, pero muy completo y estaría bien un poquito de reforma y algo más de espacio para guardar equipaje, pero está super bien situado para el esquí, sales a la pista y la zona es muy tranquila. Está también muy cerca del centro y de todos los comercios. La propietaria tiene una plaza de parking pagando un suplemento, que no está en el mismo inmueble, pero está cerca. Nosotros hemos estado muy a gusto en el apartamento, esperamos repetir.

Fantastic location, great apartment
Right in VT with amazing access to the slopes, makes like so easy. Everything you need in the apartment for a great value self catering ski holiday, just a few minutes walk away to the commercial centre of VT. A real sun trap spot with a fabulous view from the balcony. Two sets of keys were great, a second key for the ski locker would have been perfect. Merci beaucoup Mme Benoit d'avoir été un hôte aussi arrangeant et serviable, votre flexibilité et votre communication rapide ont été très appréciées. Nous avons passé des vacances incroyables.

Perfect apartment for our family with two bedrooms. Easy access to the ski area and when you get to know the surroundings we really appreciated the location of the apartment. Appartement très fonctionnel et bien placé
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement, très bien disposé et bien équipé. Nous étions une famille avec deux enfants. Simplement, une petite remarque concernant la lecture de l'annonce. En effet, consultée depuis un téléphone mobile, celle-ci fait apparaître: - la présence d'une place de parking, sans autre précision. En réalité, il y a bien une place de parking, mais après interrogation du locataire, celle-ci est partagée entre plusieurs appartements et donc pas systématiquement disponible. Aussi, elle est octroyée moyennant un supplément, ce qui est précisé plus bas dans l'annonce, visible en ligne uniquement (et non depuis un mobile). Ceci étant, la propriétaire a été très avenante à ce sujet avec nous et nous avons pu bénéficier d'une place de parking. - L'annonce fait aussi état d'une piscine. Je pense qu'il doit s'agir de la piscine municipale car la résidence n'est pas équipée. Ces deux remarques par souci de clarté car tout le reste était impeccable et nous recommandons fortement ce logement.

Super séjour, appartement idéalement situé !
L'appartement est très bien placé : vue sur les montagnes sans vis-à-vis, tout près des commerces mais au calme, couloir extérieur fermé (quand il neige c’est très appréciable), très bien équipé (ustensiles de cuisine et vaisselle au complet, nombreux petits équipements ménagers, produits ménagers…) et surtout avec un accès direct aux pistes, skis au pied et retour idem. Le seul petit inconvénient que nous avons trouvé c’est de n’avoir d’une seule clé pour le local à ski car nous étions 4 et mes grands garçons n’avaient pas vraiment le même rythme que leurs parents 😊. Mais c’est un petit détail très facilement modifiable et là ça serait parfait !
