Old farmhouse, completely renovated, very quiet and no vis-à-vis. Large garden of 5000 m² without neighborhood. Tastefully decorated, the house can accommodate up to 10 persons: 8 adults / children + 2 babies. The bicycle you will discover the coast and its beautiful beaches. Access to the beaches by farm tracks. The village and shops are located 2 km. Many walks are available nearby.

Magnifique séjour
C’était la seconde fois que nous venions passer quelques jours dans cette magnifique maison et nous avons à nouveau été charmés par cette demeure chaleureuse et où il fait bon vivre !La piscine est parfaite, la maison est très bien agencée, super bien équipée et très bien située, elle est juste parfaite ! On a déjà hâte d’y revenir très bientôt !

Dés l'arrivée, nous nous sommes sentis comme "chez nous".La maison est très agréable, on sent à la fois l'origine ancienne et les équipements plus récents, le tout dans une parfaite harmonie. L'espace à vivre est très spacieux.Chacun avait sa chambre et les 2 salles de bain ont été bien utiles.Par ailleurs, la piscine fut très utilisée (environ 3 fois par jour pour les jeunes) et une fois pour les moins jeunes...En bref, nous recommandons fortement ce merveilleux endroit, non loin de la mer et de ses superbes paysages.

Nous avons bien profité avec nos 3 petits enfants de la maison qui a tout ce qu'il faut pour un super séjour. La maison est vraiment très belle et a du cachet avec un son espace extérieur dépaysant.Les enfants ont adoré la piscine et les ballades en vélo dans une région de toute beauté.Nous espérons y retourner et merci pour l accueil qui nous a été réservé par Thierry.

Séjour d'automne en Bretagne (3 couples)
Gîte de qualité, au calme, à la campagne. Proximité des commerces et des plages. Nombreuses promenades ou randonnées possibles. La piscine couverte et chauffée et le practice de golf ont été utilisés tous les jours. Cuisine bien équipée. Chambres confortables avec une bonne literie. Logis parfait pour deux familles avec enfants.

Ein schönes großes Haus, ganz für uns allein. Etwas schwer zu finden weil die Adresse mit der Anreisebeschreibung nicht übereinstimmt. Letzterer folgen! Der Pool ist etwas klein, um darin richtig zu schwimmen, aber ein tägliches Erfrischungsbad in 28°C warmen Wasser tut immer gut. Ein guter Ausgangsort für Fahrten nach Roscoff, Morlaix und an die Aber-Küste ganz um Westen.

Wirklich ein Traum
Das Haus ist tatsächlich noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Die Lage ist top, Strand ist in der Nähe. Die Fahrräder waren in gutem Zustand, Küche war gut ausgestattet, es hat nichts gefehlt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Repos assuré grâce au grand jardin calme et à la piscine
Nous avons passé une belle semaine en famille dans la maison. L'immense jardin au calme avec vue sur les champs était top pour notre chienne. Grâce à la piscine chauffée nous avons bien profité de la baignage pour ce mois de mai avec tout de même de belles éclaircies. L'accès à la mer et au GR par les chemins à travers champs se fait en 15 min à pied sans difficulté et la maison est vraiment belle. Nous recommandons cette location !

Superbe maison.
Très belle maison, qui offre de très belle prestations. La piscine couverte est un atout indéniable. De plus les plages sauvages à quelques minutes sont sublime. Un dépaysement total. Le propriétaire est très agréable et très réactif à la moindre questions. Je recommande fortement cette maison pour tout ceux qui souhaitent prendre un grand bol d’air.

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub in einem sehr liebevoll eingerichteten und charmanten Landhaus
Das wunderschöne Landhaus ist sehr geschmack- und liebevoll eingerichtet. Dank des gemütlichen Wohnzimmers, der großen Wohnküche sowie des wunderbar warmen Pools hat uns das unbeständige Wetter auch rein gar nichts ausgemacht. Auch ist das Haus für ein Ferienhaus hervorragend ausgestattet. Es fehlt eigentlich an nichts. Die Betten sind bei Ankunft bereits bezogen, Handtücher sind ausreichend da und selbst Holz für den kleinen Kaminofen im Wohnzimmer liegt bereit. Hier wurde wirklich an alles gedacht. Der riesige Garten ist wunderschön angelegt und sehr gepflegt. Das Grundstück selbst ist sehr ruhig gelegen und nicht einsehbar. Vom Küchentisch aus kann man morgens die Bussarde beim Jagen im angrenzenden Feld beobachten. Für Ausflüge nach Plouescat und die nähere Nachbarschaft stehen reichlich sehr gute Fahrräder zur Verfügung. Weitere wunderbare Strände, Küstenwanderwege und Städte sind unter 30 Min. Fahrzeit mit dem Auto erreichbar. Die Anmietung und Übergabe war ganz unkompliziert. Vorab beantwortete Herr Nedelec geduldig alle unseren Fragen und vor Ort wurden wir herzlich von Thierry im Empfang genommen, der uns auch jederzeit während unseres Aufenthaltes zur Verfügung stand. Für Naturliebhaber und diejenigen, die einen ruhigen Urlaub genießen möchten, ist dieses herrliche Ferienhaus genau das Richtige. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können es nur weiterempfehlen! Merci beaucoup, famille Nedelec. Nous aimerions revenir!

Maison spacieuse et lumineuse
Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en famille et entre amis dans cette maison spacieuse, très bien équipée et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. La piscine a été très appréciée, tant par les ados que par les adultes, pour partager des moments de gaité et de fous rires ! Malgré un temps mitigé, nous avons apprécié les randonnées sur le GR 34, l'ïle de Batz et l'île Callot. Merci aux propriétaires pour les échanges et à Florent pour l'accueil.

Nous avons été parfaitement accueillis. La maison était très propre et bien équipé. La communication était très simple et rapide. Nous y avons séjourné durant la tempête et Thierry s’est montré très disponible et à tout fait pour nous faciliter ce moment. A quiet two weeks on the northern coasts of brittany
The property was exceptionally clean for a rental, we did not need to do any additional cleaning on our arrival, as is necessary often with rental properties. The house is well equipped, everything needed was provided. Surely much appreciated by families will be the washing machine and the dryer. The pool is a little smaller than what we expected from the pictures, it was nice for a dip but is otherwise probably more interesting for children. A jaccuzzi would be a great addition to the pool-area, since the view from it across the large garden is really nice. You can see so much of the horizon. We didn't use them, but the owners provide guests with 5-6 bikes, that looked really proper, which is a great idea. The center of Plouescat is 5 minutes by car, probably 10 minutes by bike. The supermarket is also 5 minutes away. Otherwise we made little trips to the surroundings every other day and had a good time discovering Brest, Roscoff, Morlaix and we especially liked the couastline west of Brignogan-Plage. Thierry, who took care of the handover, was easy to reach and always replied very timely. All in all we had a wonderful two weeks here. Thank you!
