Very recent 100 m2 flat, well furnished and nicely decorated , overlooking the sea in a charming harbour city, in the east of Crete, far from "mass tourism"
Located in a quiet area of the city, 100 m from the small harbour, its restaurants and coffees and a 10 minutes walk from the big white sand beach.

Appartement magnifique avec une vue époustouflante
L'appartement est conforme aux photos et à la description faite sur le site. J'ai adoré la terrasse qui donne une vue magnifique à 180 degrés sur la mer...les pièces de l'appartement sont joliment décorées et la cuisine est très bien équipée. Super lejlighed med fantastisk terrasse
En virkelig god lejlighed med byens bedste terrasse med udsigt over havnen. Perfekt beliggende i forhold til byen. 200 m og så er du nede ved de dejlige græske tavernaer. Soveværelserne vender bort fra vejen, perfekt. Vi kommer tilbage til byen og lejligheden næste år.

Tres bel appartement, idéalement situé
L'appartement est charmant et en assez bon état , il est surtout idéalement situé sur le port de Sitia. Très calme , on entend tres peu voire pas du tout la vie nocturne du port . Seuls les bagarres de chats peuvent venir perturber les nuits :-) Si vous voyagez en voiture , il est facile de se garer dans la rue en bas du logement . Il y a tout dans l'appartement, et le propriétaire est facilement joignable et fera tout en son pouvoir pour vous faciliter votre séjour . Malgré nos petits désagréments à l'arrivée , il a su réagir très positivement et très rapidement . Sitia est assez calme la journée pour se réveiller vers 19h . C'est assez familial et convivial . Je recommande cet appartement sans aucun soucis .

Appartement très spacieux agréable climatisé très très bien équipé. tout à fait conforme aux photos. Splendide terrasse avec vue sur la baie. Situé dans Sitia mais très calme. Tout se fait à pied : plage, commerces, restaurants. Parking facile. Contacts très agréables avec le propriétaire. une bonne adresse !!

Fantastic
A really lovely, spacious and well equipped apartment with fantastic views. Restaurants and bars - plenty of choice within a short walk. Supermarket within walking distance and also Lidl near the petrol station on the approach to Sitia (car required). Only very minor comment would be the lack of a shower screen or curtain made it slightly awkward having a shower without drowning the floor but this was a minor detail and we would still rate this apartment as excellent!

Belle vue pour cet appartement confortable
Appartement confortable, (très) bien équipé, climatisé et proposant une vue dégagée et très agréable sur la baie de Sitia. Immeuble calme durant notre séjour. La grande terrasse est agréable dès que l'ombre la couvre suffisamment (c'est à dire à partir de 14h en juillet. Un store permettrait d'optimiser son utilisation, notamment pour prendre le petit déjeuner dehors !! La facilité de contact du propriétaire ainsi que sa disponibilité sont également très appréciables. Sitia, constitue un point de départ intéressant pour visiter la partie Est de la Crète.

L'appartement de Sitia es...
L'appartement de Sitia est tout à fait conforme à la description. L'équipement est partait et la localisation idéale: à la fois une vue imprenable sur la baie incluant le port, la ville et la plage. La terrasse de belle dimension, permet de profiter plseinement de cette vue. Le centre ville et la plage sont accessibles à pied mais suffisament eloignés pour préserver notre sommeil (les grecs sont un peu noctambules). En résumé,idéal pour se ressourcer après de magnifiques journées de soleil et de découvertes.

"My friend and I stayed a...
"My friend and I stayed at this apartment for 16 days in October. The apartment is spacious with 2 good sized bedrooms, bathroom with bath and shower and a large lounge/kitchen with a separate toilet off this room. There is an extremely large balcony with beautiful views over the bay and the harbour where it is very pleasant to sit watching the movement in the harbour of the fishing boats and the arrival and departure of the ferries. The apartment is well equipped and has a TV but you are only able to access the Greek channels. There are 2 flights of stairs up to the lift but we eventually discovered that you can access the lift through the garage and then only have to negotiate one flight of stairs but unfortunately these do not have a hand rail. There is also an entrance/exit on the 2nd floor which enables you to go directly into the old town without the climb and we enjoyed an evening stroll around this area. Overall the apartment is spacious, comfortable, light and airy and I would not hesitate to recommend it."

"Pour notre 1er séjour en Crète, nous avons été agréablement surpris de trouver une location saisonnière digne de ce nom. Un appartement spacieux, d''une propreté impeccable, bien équipé, climatisation dans le séjour et les chambres un plus par grande chaleur, une grande terrasse avec une vue splendide sur la ville, la mer et les collines. L''appartement est situé à proximité du centre dans une calme près du port. Les conseils donnés par M. Dubouis avant le départ ont été extrêmement precieux pour les touristes que nous étions. Un lieu de vacances idéal pour ceux qui aiment cotoyer et partager la vraie vie des Crétois, des personnes très accueillantes et généreuses notamment dans les restaurants et les commerces."

"Appartamento molto bello e ottimamente attrezzato con tutto quello che serve. Il proprietario anche se lontano è stato molto disponibile a fornire tutte le indicazioni richieste e a dare consigli su ristoranti e spiagge da visitare. Il contesto è magnifico...una terrazza grandissima sulla baia di Sitia dove si puó assistere allo spettacolo indimenticabile del sorgere del sole. Vacanza consigliati a chi non ama la confusione e l''affollamento. Si trovano spiagge nelle vicinanze e dove il turismo di massa non è ancora arrivato. il cibo nelle taverne dei paesini intorno a Sitia è ottimo, specialmente la carne e le specialità locali. La popolazione è gentilissima e simpatica. Vacanza da ripetere!"

"Appartement vraiment parfait, grand, confortable, très bien équipé, calme, idéalement situé au-dessus du port avec une vue magnifique sur la baie de Sitia, le stationnement dans la rue ne pose pas de problème. Depuis la vaste terrasse, les levers de soleil sur la mer sont fabuleux, en soirée ce sont les montagnes au fond de la baie qui rougeoient au soleil couchant et dès la nuit tombée, les lumières du bord de mer qui se reflètent dans la baie….Inoubliable! Par ailleurs, bien que non présent sur place, Olivier est très attentionné et fournit toutes les informations nécessaires pour rendre votre séjour agréable et intéressant. "

Part of my family comes from Sitia, so We bought this flat to go back to our origins and spend wonderfull hollydays.

Why they chose this property

We rent this flat when we don't live in it as it helps us to cover charges but alos because we want to give to other people the opportunity to discover this great part of Grece and enjoy wonderfull time just as we do .

What makes this property unique

With a panoramic view on the Sitia gulf, nicely decorated, our flat allows to rest in a calm aera whilst enjoying the charming city . The harbour, the shops and the beach are all situated at a 5 to 10 minutes walk distance.
