nous avons passé un excellent séjour avec nos petits enfants la location est idéalement située pour profiter de la plage et des commerces en centre ville. le propriétaire est très agréable.

Bon séjour

Quand nous sommes arrivés dans l'appartement, cela sentait la moisissure mais en laissant les fenêtres ouvertes cela s'est estompée. Sinon l'appartement est bien équipé et surtout la vue sur la baie est imprenable.

Wunderschöner Ausblick.

Das Appartement ist schön groß, liegt zentral, alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen . Man hat einen wunderschönen Ausblick vom vierten Stock aus, leider ohne Aufzug. Das Appartement ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber es ist sehr sauber. Im grossen Bett war eine neue Matratze, allerdings die Matratzen im Kinderzimmer sind schon durchgelegen. Wir werden es nochmal buchen, für den Preis und Grösse absolut gerechtfertigt.

Vraiment une bonne semaine aux Sables L'appartement est lumineux ,bien équipé, spacieux avec une très belle vue sur la mer Il est situé juste en face la "pendule" pour ceux qui connaissent déjà un peu les Sables d'Olonne . C'est a dire à 20 mètres de la grande plage et tout près également du centre avec son marché et ses magasins. Donc, pas besoin de voiture Nous gardons l'adresse pour un autre séjour ...

Très bonnes vacances les pieds dans l'eau.

La décoration est ancienne mais l'appartement est fonctionnel, parfait pour une famille avec 2 enfants. Superbe vu sur la mer pour en profiter du matin au soir ! Très bon contact avec le propriétaire. Location à recommander.

Ideally situated sea view apartment.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment was ideally located near "La Pendule" and had all the facilities we needed. You could not get a better view in Les sables. Pierre and Elodie responded to all our queries promptly and we would be happy to recommend this apartment to anyone who welcomes a climb to the fourth floor. Sheets and towels not provided; also good to escape from wifi. We look forward to returning!

Agréable séjour face à la mer

Idéalement placé face à la mer et à proximité des commerces. 1 semaine sans utiliser l'automobile, courses au marché à 10 mn à pied, balades au centre ville, port, à fort St Nicolas, dans le quartier des Charmes, le tout à pied avec 1 jeune enfant. Utilisation d'un bus pour aller visiter le parc zoologique. L'appartement est propre, bien disposé et correctement et plaisamment équipé. Les informations sont parfaites, l’office du tourisme fourni les horaires de bus et le plan des balades. L'indication de l'entrée de l'immeuble, pour l'arrivée, doit bien préciser les détails de la localisation car je ne suis pas sûr que le N° soit affiché et que la porte se confond avec les entrées de magasins. C'est un très bon souvenir que je conseillerai à mes amis.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour et profité au maximum du beau temps et de la super vue sur la mer. L'appartement est idéalement placé en front de mer, calme, fonctionnel et conforme à la description. Equipement complet. Bonne literie.Tout peut se faire à pied. Idéal pour une famille avec deux enfants. Ne manque que le WIFI pour les ados ... Trés bon rapport qualité/prix

L'immeuble est surprenant...

L'immeuble est surprenant (année 50),mais l'appartement est très agréable avec une vue magnifique et malgré la situation en bord de mer il est très calme. Le confort est suffisant. La literie est très bonne. Pour 4 personnes, il est spacieux. Je le conseille pour des vacances où tout est à proximité. Il n'y a pas d'ascenseur mais le logement est seulement au 4ième

"L''appartement est très ...

"L''appartement est très bien situé, face à la mer, sur le remblai. Il est bien entretenu et l''agencement qui place les chambres sur l''arrière garantit le calme en soirée. Il est très bien équipé. Les propriétaires sont arrangeants et à l''écoute de toutes les bonnes idées qui pourraient rendre le séjour encore meilleur ! Une location qui nous a enchantés. "
