Fantastic place !!

We loved our stay and Pietro the host was very accommodating and helpful in every way. The place was immaculately clean, great air con and within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Highly recommend!!

Logement très agréable et bien situé pour visiter Venise. Les 2 salles de douche sont très bien, la literie est très confortable. Le quartier est calme. Nous y retournerons pour un prochain séjour.

Bel appartement très confortable

L’appartement entièrement rénové est très bien situé si on souhaite profiter de Venise hors des sentiers battus et touristes. Très bien desservi depuis l’aéroport (30mn de bateau bus), proche du quartier sympa pour sortir le soir etc... Environnement très calme. Il semble excentré mais on est très rapidement à pied à Rialto, Santi Giovanni e Paolo, ghetto etc... L’intérieur est très confortable, belle hauteur sous plafond avec poutres. On y retournera avec plaisir !

Pied a terre perfetto per una gita a Venezia

Insieme ad altri 5 amici, abbiamo trascorso il fine settimana a Venezia e l'appartamento di Pietro è stato perfetto per noi: 3 stanze da letto e 2 bagni, con spazio per tutti! La zona è tranquilla e silenziosa, perfetta per dormire, e ad un passo da Fondamenta Misericordia, piena di localini tipici per pranzo, aperitivo e cena. Pietro e la sua famiglia sono stati molto disponibili, sia nelle informazioni date che nel farci lasciare le valigie in un locale apposito anche dopo il check-out. Consigliato :)

Appartement calme et spacieux

Appartement spacieux, très confortable et très bien équipé. Trois belles chambres et le petit plus, lorsqu'on est en famille avec de grands enfants, c'est la présence de deux salles de bain.

Grand et bel appartement ...

Grand et bel appartement rénové très confortable, propre , bonne situation ds un quartier calme et typique ;seul petit problème : 1 seule salle de bain au lieu de 2 prévues , ainsi que le lave vaisselle ! De + malgré de multiples demandes ... sur les 6 lampes de chevet des chambres , 1 seule marchait sur 2 par manque de raccordement ( simple rallonge !)Dommage ! mais nous y reviendrons car très bon rapport qualité/prix ! Surtout pour Venise !

"Great apartment, perfect...

"Great apartment, perfect for visit Venice! The near vaporeto station is Orto but you have the Ca''Doro at 10 minutes (for line 1). The restaurants prices in Canaregio zone are ok. Due to its position, you can walk up to the appartment at any night hour, from San Marco, Rialto etc., whithout danger. I reccomend this appartment for 4-6 people because is spacious! The owner is very fast in emails replys, thing uncommon on homelidays!"

"The Tintoretto apartment...

"The Tintoretto apartment is very thoughtfully designed with beautiful large rooms, very well chosen furnishings and appliances and a great kitchen. The location is superb: extremely quiet, but very convenient for getting around Venice by Vaporetto or by foot, as well as for grocery shopping. However, best of all were the owner and his family. Never have I dealt with an owner who so readily answered all questions about the apartment and offered such valuable insight for traveling to Venice and in Venice - well above and beyond ordinary correspondance with an owner. When we arrived earlier than scheduled, the owner's mother immediately made arrangements, so that we had no waiting time for someone to meet us".

"Eine wunderbare Wohnung ...

"Eine wunderbare Wohnung um Venedig zu erkunden: ab von den Touristenströmen in einer Gegend, in der es noch ursprünglicher ist. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig, sie ist sauber und schön eingerichtet. Mit zwei Bädern und drei Schlafräumen ist sie großzügig und dafür auch preiswert. Gerne kommen wir wieder!! - This is a wonderful flat to explore Venice: in a part of Venice that's still original - not a lot of tourists. The aparment is very quiet, spacious and has nice views over the roofs. It's clean, well equipped and well furnished. We would love to come once more to this place."

"Wir haben uns in der Woh...

"Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt. Sie ist sauber, sehr gut und geschmackvoll ausgestattet und ruhig gelegen. Eine Vaporettohaltestelle ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt, so dass man leicht alle wichtigen Punkte und Sehenswürdigkeiten Venedigs erreichen kann. Wir sind aber auch zu Fuß von dort bis zur Rialtobrücke gegangen (ca. 20 min). Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen!!"
