    Perfect Sausalito experience!

    We loved this amazing houseboat and location! We used the kayaks every day at sunset to explore the bay. We’ll be back for sure!

    Loving our Untraditional Thanksgiving

    After a very tough year, my husband and I decided to dump the Turkey and do something different to eliminate stress from the holidays. It has always been on my "bucket list" to stay on a houseboat (floating home). We had rain, wind, sunshine and the ever changing tides. I would not have changed any of it. The sunsets and watching the wildlife around us were breathtaking. Beautiful, relaxing, and fun! To be on the water when it rains is amazing. Fresh crab for Thanksgiving is our new tradition. Returning to this floating home........... absolutely YES. Anna, the host, incredibly easy to work with. You have to try this!!!! Memories of a lifetime.

    Amazing houseboat!!! Great host!!!

    We had an amazing time. Anna, the host, was so easy to communicate with and gave us all the privacy we needed too. The home is beautifully decorated and very complete. The bathroom and bedroom were both very spacious. We really enjoyed ourselves. Location too was awesome. We made a trip to the city one day and we visited Golden Gate Park on another day. Only a twenty minute drive across the Golden Gate Bridge. So convenient. We hope to visit again in the near future.

    We really enjoyed our time on the houseboat. It was a great experience. We had one little problem and as soon as we let the owner know she addressed it and fixed it. The location was great as in 10 minutes you can be in the heart of San Francisco. The boat was plenty big for the two of us and everything was great. We would stay here again.

    Fun and relaxing Marin County experience!

    This is a lovely houseboat! The owners have put a lot of attention into the finishes and decor, including a well-stocked kitchen. Everything you need for a relaxing get-away. Better than a beach house with water right outside your door. I would definitely rent this beautiful home again!

    A truly unique experience

    We really enjoyed the Amazing Floating Home. We stayed during the Sausalito Art Festival during Labor Day weekend, and could walk to the festival area. It was great fun to be on the water, the unit is very comfortable and nicely furnished. Highly recommended.

    High standard as advertised, well equipped and very responsive owner to all of our questions.

    Very much appreciated the experience of our one week stay. Our first experience on a floating home, and look forward to returning. Very clean and well equipped unit. location is further from the main part of town than we thought requiring getting in the car to get to main restaurants, etc. However, conveniently located to all major highways and no noise problems. no problem with parking and short walk to the floating home. We have very high standards for our vacation homes and this property did not let us down. Thank you Anna.

    Terrific headquarters for California vacation

    Terrific headquarters for California vacation my wife daughter and I enjoyed staying at this beautifully decorated houseboat. Don't let the outside skew your evaluation of it it felt much larger and was incredibly well designed for function and comfort. From this location we enjoyed the wineries in the forest does salmon fishing out in the Pacific and fly fishing up near Napa we would pick this house for future trips

    Such an awesome place

    My wife, daughter and I stayed here Memorial Day weekend, and had a lovely time. It is even nicer in person. We would love to be able to stay here again in the future. :)

    A delightful quirky boathouse in a great location

    A delightful quirky boathouse in a great location. The exterior does not have as much character as adjoining boathouses but the inside is beautifully decorated and very clean. Very relaxing and sitting on the deck having breakfast or a sundowner watching the birds was perfect. Can't recommend it enough.

    WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE - WILL DEFINITELY DO IT AGAIN!!!

    Floating home is phenomenal! Totally upgraded with high end finishes and quality products! Even better than the pictures and has plenty of space plus a very nicely updated kitchen so you dont have to do all of your meals out. Although, the local cafe just a quick walk away at the entrance to the area has very good breakfasts! Neighborhood is eclectic but quiet with very friendly and welcoming neighbors in the community. The owners were extremely helpful and provided local information in advance of our arrival and checked on us once we arrived to ensure everything was going well. We cannot imagine finding a better houseboat, owners or location for our mini vacation. The rocking of the house is so peaceful and watching the tides go out and come back in was awesome! Activities and good food abound all around Sausalito and throughout the Bay Area but we found ourselves wanting just one more day on the houseboat with nothing to do but relax, watch the water fowl come and go and enjoy our great surroundings..... And to top it all off, quick deposit refund! All in all a perfect 10!!!

    Great experience

    We had a great time on this lovely floating home! The house has been recently redone and is BEAUTIFUL! We found lots of activity in the Sausalito area, enjoying Alcatraz, music, hiking and cycling. Our son also enjoyed the kayak in the harbor. We had rented a car, but found the public transportation quite easy to use. Look forward to coming back!

    A fun and unique experience!

    We really enjoyed our stay in this cozy and charming houseboat. It is very well appointed including a completely updated kitchen with everything you need to fix a wonderful dinner and enjoy it as you look out on the water and watch the birds. The location is quiet, but also not far from shops and restaurants. A fun and unique experience!
