Large brand new house in Saint Pierre Quiberon, Brittany
Recent, spacious (130m2) and ideally located house (500m from the beaches and city center).
Very clear with garden for up to 4 vehicles. Terrace facing west.
The house has a total of 4 bedrooms, 1 bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed, and 3 bedrooms upstairs consisting of one room with 3 single beds, one room with a double bed and one room with a double bed and a sofa bed for two people.
In each room, there is storage for your clothes and personal belongings.
There are 2 bathrooms and 2 separate toilets, one on each level.
The dining room/ living room, very bright , can accommodate 12 guests thanks to its very large table and has a sofa for 3 people and 2 sofas.
The kitchen is open to the dining room and is equipped with an electric stove with 4 hotplates and its oven, a microwave, 2 large fridges, a dishwasher and electrical accessories like coffee maker nespresso, filter coffee maker, kettle and toaster.
Finally the house has a garage at your disposal with adult and children’s bikes, washing machine and several outdoor mobilliers (barbecue, sun loungers, umbrellas, tables and garden chairs).
Around the house, you can access in a few minutes walk to the city center with shops (pharmacy, bakeries, butcher and fish shop, 2 suppers, a press house/ tobacco) but also a media library, several restaurants, glaciers, the market present on Thursday morning.
and finally ..... The beach!
You can reach the wild coast in 10 minutes walk. With its breathtaking views of the cliffs and the ocean.
