Séjour sympathique au Pouliguen

L’appartement offre un bon rapport qualité-prix et est agréable dans l’ensemble. Cependant, il y a quelques points à améliorer. La communication avec l’hôte pourrait être meilleure, car nous avons eu du mal à obtenir des réponses. De plus, l’insonorisation laisse à désirer, ce qui n’était pas mentionné dans l’annonce. Malgré ces inconvénients, le séjour était globalement satisfaisant.

Appartement très bien situé,( tout à pieds y compris plage), structure simple mais aménagée avec goût et où rien ne manque, notamment, en ce qui concerne la cuisine et la vaisselle.... Bel endroit au calme, très fonctionnel, agréable à vivre et sans vis à vis.

Appartement très fonctionnel entre la plage et le centre ville.... tout se fait à pieds!!

Appartement très agréable à vivre..Situé au 2 eme étage, sans vis à vis... couleur et deco contemporaines, aménagement et ustensiles de cuisine complets et de bonne qualité. ...À 100 m du centre et du port, à environ 400 m de la plage. Parfait pour un séjour estival.

Très bien situé et confortable

Nous avons été très bien reçus par la propriétaire : un beau sourire, des mots gentils, des chocolats, des informations utiles. L'appartement décoré en beige et bleu est situé au 1er étage est très confortable (bien chauffé, fauteuils, chaises moelleuses, un très grand lit et tout ce qu'il faut pour la cuisine, le linge), bien que la salle de bains soit plutôt petite, mais fonctionnelle. Pas d'internet, mais nous nous sommes arrangés avec nos téléphones. L'environnement, en ville était parfait pour nous qui cherchions quelque chose de central : à 2 minutes de la superette, juste en face de la boulangerie, à côté d'une pharmacie, de la crêperie, à 20 m du joli port du Pouliguen (mais pas vue sur le port). C'est très calme. Bref un très bon séjour !

"Appartement très bien rénové, comprenant tout le confort moderne, déco très sympa. Le chauffage nous attendait à notre arrivée, ce qui est très appréciable en février ;-) Bien situé dans une rue calme, à 1 minute à pieds des commerces et de la plage. Contact avec les propriétaires très facile et très chaleureux. Une adresse à retenir sans hésiter!"

"Séjour décevant. Immeuble de type HLM bruyant. Propriétaires peu communicatifs et peu accomodants.Il vaut mieux ne pas se fier aux photos de l''annonce car l''appartement manque de charme. L''immeuble rappelle terriblement la banlieue parisienne, un comble pour la Bretagne !"

"Propriétaires très aimables et de bon conseil, appartement très bien situé et très agréable. Malheureusement, des travaux de réfection du balcon nous ont empêchés l''accès à l''extérieur. Beaucoup de bruit et l''odeur très désagréable des produits utilisés ont un peu gâché la fin de notre séjour. C''est cependant une adresse que je retiens."

"Belle location. Tout confort. Proche centre ville, bois, port et mer.A côté de la meilleure pâtisserie boulangerie et de tous commerces. Très propre. Excellente prestation. Le seul bémol est le stationnement : pas de parking lié à la location et au Pouliguen le stationnement est payant en juillet et en août ; heureusement il existe des parkings gratuits mais un peu éloigne de la location."
