Stijlvol ingerichte vakantiewoning, goed geoutilleerd met een mooi zwembad en terras.

Le Nichoir is een bijzondere vakantiewoning gelegen aan de prachtige Linière en het strand, dichtbij het gezellige havendorpje L’Herbaudieres. Het terrein rondom de woning is voorzien van een riant zwembad met lekkere ligstoelen en een aantal Fatboys waarop het lekker loungen is. De woning zelf is voldoende ruim voor drie personen en zeer stijlvol ingericht. Alles is aanwezig om daar een prima zon/zee/strandvakantie te vieren. enig minpuntje zijn de iets te harde matrassen. Maar ja met zo’n mooie omgeving lig je toch niet lang in bed...

Magnifique

Excellente vacances de 15 jours. Ce petit nichoir est très bien équipé. Repos, tranquillité,détente. Rien à dire, sauf un grand merci à Mr BECKER pour le bien être qu'il apporte à sa clientèle.

Séjour délicieux, reposant, charmant

La proximité d'une magnifique plage, du port charmant.. La décoration subtile et adaptée aux vacances et l'aménagement de la maison pratique pour 4.. enfin (surtout ?) : l'ouverture directe sur le jardin et la piscine... tout est là pour se reposer, profiter de l'île en toute quiétude.

Superbe île de Noirmoutier

Exceptionnel magnifique superbe ,il n'y a pas de mot pour décrire le temps que nous avons eu pendant cette semaine à Noirmoutier: vélo, marées , baignades, salicornes rouges.... photos en pagaille. La maison a été facile a trouver. Itinéraires détaillés, clefs reçues comme il faut. La maison comprend tout le confort possible; tout était prévu avec intelligence gentillesse et compétence. Collation, petit déjeuner, cartes , conseils, vraiment parfaits. Piscine très agréable ,entretien fait régulièrement. Le seul gros stress : la maison n'avait pas été ouverte ,ni aérée ....et la déco , certes très tendance, la rendait très très sombre,quasi déprimante, tout étant marron, beige et gris foncé.Si il avait fait un temps de chien, je ne sais ce que j aurais fait! Il faut excuser cette remarque car tout était fait pour un excellent accueil auquel nous avons été très sensibles. Je ne peux que recommander cette location et l attractivité de l ile.

Un séjour très agréable!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans votre maison! Nous étions 2 adultes, 1 enfant et 1 bébé. Le logement est très agréable, bien équipé et propre! La piscine est bien entretenue et très jolie. La maison bénéficie d'une situation remarquable à proximité de la plage, du port, des marais salants et à quelques kilomètres du centre ville de Noirmoutiers Nous recommandons votre maison

What a lovely holiday hom...

What a lovely holiday home! Small, but well equipped with lots of thoughtful touches including a small welcome hamper and bottle of wine. The pool and garden area are tranquil and very relaxing. Some extremely good restaurants and bars are within easy walking distance, particularly around the pretty harbour. This was a real find, and we look forward to coming back again.

"Liebevoll im Vintage-Sti...

"Liebevoll im Vintage-Stil renoviertes Gebäude in schön angelegtem Garten mit beheiztem Pool (28°C). Das Haus ist beheizbar und verfügt über eine Entfeuchungsanlage, wie an der Küste üblich. Ceranfeld mit 2 Kochplatten, Mikrowelle Plus, sehr große Kühl-und Gefrierkombination, Waschmaschine, Flachbildschirmfernseher inkl. DVD Player. WLAN (im Garten) und LAN, bequeme Betten, eingebautes Hochbett für Kinder, das unsere Kinder sehr genossen haben. Durch moderne Technik ist die Anlage praktisch mückenfrei. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt."

"Le logement est parfait ...

"Le logement est parfait pour un couple ou une petite famille. Sa décoration est trés soignée. La piscine est magnifique et les aménagements autour bien pensés (bbq, terrasse, plage, préau)avec un coté "sauvage" charmant. La proximité du port de la Herbaudière permet de faire ses courses à pied. Tout est là pour passer des vacances trés reposantes!"

"C'est un endroit calme, ...

"C'est un endroit calme, la petite maison est très fonctionnelle. Un vrai petit paradis avec la piscine. Vraiment très bien sur tous les points : proximité des commerces, plage, calme (loin de la foule de Noirmoutier en lîle...). Mr et Mme B. sont très discrets."

"Nous avons adoré cet end...

"Nous avons adoré cet endroit. Le gîte est coquet,confortablen ,très propre,pratique,équipement ok( sauf deux tasses en plus ne serait pas un luxe). L''accueil et la communication avec les propriétaires étaient très bons. Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour, bien profité de la piscine et de la terrasse. nous avons eux de très bons contacts avec les locataires voisins. Et les environs du logements offrent beaucoup de possibilités: le port,les commerces, la plage, le maraîcher,les pistes cyclabes,le gratibus,... Endroit calme et agréable."
