Experience the beautiful sunset from this 6th floor beautiful corner unit with nothing between you and the sun but the gulf of Mexico. The balcony extends the entire length of the condominium with exit to the balcony from the living room, guest bedroom and master bedroom. The unit features a complete kitchen, king size bed in master with private bath, 1 double and 1 twin beds in the second bedroom.

A gated community with heated pool, separate community room for private functions, tiki huts and gazebo near pool. As well as several BBQ grills for a perfect sunset dinner.

Moved from Lima, Peru in 1979 to Tampa, FL. Obtained my electrical engineering degree but never stopped loving the water and the sun.
Why they chose this property
Sand key gives you that peace and unspoiled nature feeling that I had growing up on the beaches of Peru.

Close from everything yet far from everything. Nice and hot yet breeze enough to make it comfortable.
