Tolle Anlage, sehr zu empfehlen für größere Gruppen
Wir waren zu 13. eine Woche vor Ort und können die Villa insgesamt weiterempfehlen. Matilde nahm uns beim Check-In sehr herzlich in Empfang und war während der Woche unsere Ansprechpartnerin. Dank ihrer Tipps hatten wir bspw. ein tolles Wine Tasting in der Nähe. Das Grundstück ist riesig und schön angelegt. Besonders der große Pool ist ein Highlight. Dieser wird zudem regelmäßig morgens gesäubert. Außerdem gibt es mindestens 20 Liegen sowie einen großen Tisch unter den Arkaden, an dem wir alle Platz fanden. Die Villa ist, wie die Fotos bereits zeigen, nicht mit den modernsten Sanitäreinrichtungen ausgestattet, aber sauber und Möblierung und Einrichtung sind wirklich besonders. Einziges kleines Manko: Die Toilettenspülungen sind teilweise sehr schwach und es gibt keine Duschen, sondern "nur" Badewannen ohne Duschvorhänge. Wir würden wiederkommen :).

A precious villa LinkedIn with Toscan history
We loved the house and the garden. We were 2 families an enjoyed the space inside, the old furnitures and paintings, the swimming pool and the garden. A perfect place to discover Toscany! The owners are lovely and always available to help

Maison de famille
Maison immense et très belle, chargée d'histoire, piscine superbe dans un cadre de rêve, maison parfaite pour grande famille et amis, idéale pour 12-14 personnes . Présence discrète et efficace de Lorenzo et de Mathilde, uniquement en cas de besoin exprimé. Journées de balade à Arrezo, Cortona, Florence, Sienne notamment, accès facile pour café du matin et courses à Castiglione.

Grande maison !
Immense propriété avec un grand jardin magnifique et une belle piscine. Le propriétaire est hyper réactif. Nous étions 3 familles et avons passé une très belle semaine de vacances.

A great place to spend your holiday!
We had a great time with 12 friends in this beautiful house. It is old but beautiful and clean. Also the pool area is perfect and the communication with the host was very good. I would definitely recommend this place.

This house was drenched in light once we had opened the shutters- and the birdsong unfurled like ribbons overhead, literally all day till dusk. We grew to love the ancient stone sink- the simple beds, the fragranced air, and walked the roads past the fields every night as the sun angled down into sweet light. I cannot remember feeling as relaxed -maybe since childhood. It is a fairly simple place, with charm that takes one over. Lorenzo, our host, and Claudia, who opened the house for us, were kind and welcoming, and let us be, while also being available if needed. We had a lovely week. I will never forget the time spent here. Diane South Carolina, USA

Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour dans cette grande maison
Une grande maison, un jardin immense avec une piscine privative, de quoi passer un séjour fort agréable. Nous étions entre ville et campagne, il nous a été facile de visiter les villes alentours, Florence en train, Arezzo, Castigliona, Corona ... La Toscane avec tout son charme tout en profitant de la nature et du calme en retournant dans la maison. Nous remercions également Davide et Claudia pour leur gentillesse, leurs conseils ainsi que le chat venu d'on ne sait où mais toujours à nos côtés des que nous étions à la maison. Nous gardons tous un tres bon souvenir de nos vacances en Toscane. Au plaisir d'y séjourner à nouveau

Merveilleuse propriété en Toscane
Nous avons passé une extraordinaire semaine dans cette immense maison! Nous étions 11 personnes de trois familles. Les chambres de la maison sont reparties en quatre parties, avec chacune un salon et antichambre, ce qui fait que nous aurions pu être 4 familles avec chacun deux chambres sans probleme. Cette maison a beaucoup de charme avec ses meubles anciens, les murs peints et ses salles de bain retro. Les communs et jardins sont très agreables, et entretenus chaque matin: une vie de nobles toscans des temps anciens! Tres bien accueillis, nous avons beaucoup profité de la piscine, (idéale avec le plongeoir, les transats, l'ombre... ) et de la region (Arrezo, Cortona et Castiglione fiornetino). La cuisine est grande, mais nous avons pris tous nos repas dans les communs. La maison est propre, le linge abondant (serviettes, torchons), Comme cette maison n'avait aucun commentaire, j'étais mefiante, mais nous sommes tous les 11 enchantés de notre séjour et je recommande cette adresse à tous. Les photos parlent d'elles mêmes...
