New house with pool, all modern facilities,very peaceful,large terrace all around,ideally located at 100m from the sea, in luxury résidence, on the famous road of Sanguinaires, sandy beaches/cristal clear water 10 mn walk, very close to best beachside restaurants,all water sports activities,4km from center of Ajaccio, 1km from shops (supermarket, bakery, chemist...). Many possibilities to visit very attractive natural spots a few km away. Owner happy to give full info for unforgetable holidays.

Beautiful home in idyllic location
Jo's beautiful home was a true pleasure. The view of the sea from the terrace is stunning and everything about this home aesthetically pleasing, well thought out and comfortable. Jo was extremely easy to communicate with and very gracious. Staying at Jo's place made our family visit to Corsica even more special.

Très belle villa avec vue imprenable
Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans cette villa très agréable, avec coin repas et apéro devant une vue exceptionnelle, les trois chambres avec salle de bain individuelle au top, très bonne literie, toute la vaisselle nécessaire, machines à laver, petite piscine . Propriétaire super sympa et très serviable. Merci à lui pour cet excellent séjour.

Accueil personnalisé et rassurant, joli panier d’invités, la maison dispose d’une vue spectaculaire (et nous avons déjà loué des biens comparables sur les Sanguinaires), maison très fonctionnelle, chaque chambre avec sa salle de bain et son intimité.

Merveilleux séjour !
Le proprietaire a été chaleureux et nous a accompagné tout au long de notre séjour. Il a été très réactif lorsque nous avions des questions, aimable et à l’écoute de nos besoins et/ou envies. Quant à la maison, elle est exactement comme sur les photos, propre et surtout très proche du centre ville et d’excellents restaurants ( Altru Versu, Côté plage, etc). Le must : la vue mer dont on ne se lasserait jamais. Nous n’avons qu’une seule hâte, c’est d’y retourner l’an prochain !

Après un premier séjour en 2015, nous avons eu beaucoup de plaisir à retrouver cette très belle maison cette année. La maison est conforme à l'annonce, très agréable et bien tenue, avec un accueil du propriétaire à la hauteur des prestations, toujours disponible pour donner les adresses des bonnes tables de la région ou les endroits à ne pas manquer. "Il n''y a rien a redire sur cette magnifique maison, moderne, fonctionnelle et très bien tenue. La vue sur la mer est imprenable et la terrasse avec piscine sont incontestablement les points forts de cette demeure. Plage et restaurants se trouve à proximité mais si il vaudra mieux disposer d''un véhicule pour aller faire ses courses. Les propriétaires sont quant à eux charmants et réservent un très bon accueil. Le moment venu de replier bagages, on regrettera juste de ne pas pouvoir rester plus longtemps."

Deux détails à mentionner: l''accroche centrale au sol du portail qui peut racler le dessous d''une voiture trop basse; le barbecue peu pratique. Mais l''ensemble de la prestation est de haut niveau."
