Nice house on one level 120 m2, inside a property, nicely decorated, very comfortable, with two bedrooms: master bedroom with bed 160, other children with 2 separate beds 90, very large living room of about 50 m2 creating several spaces - dining area - relaxation area with large sofa - games table - other relaxation area with a sofa bed with good quality sleeping two people in 140, large fully equipped American kitchen: American fridge, dishwasher, microwave wave, bathroom two basins and large shower, large terrace with garden furniture, fixed stone barbecue. The 10x5 pool with comfortable sunbeds is located about 50m from the house and is shared (it is not right in front).
The rented house is situated on a large property. This property of 15,000 m² contains a second house, separate entrance with two small apartments that are rented throughout the year. The occupants of two small apartments also have access to the pool. For more details, please contact us.

Rustige locatie in de Var

Een ruime woning met dito terras en bbq midden in de natuur. Toen we in de ochtend vroeg de deur openende zagen we een vos die ons nieuwsgierig aankeek. Het zwembad is prima en gewenst met de temperatuur in de zomer. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaren die op hetzelfde terrein wonen en goed Engelsspreken

Quelques jours à St Paul

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans cette petite maison. Nous avons eu du soleil tout lz long. Les propriétaires sont chaleureux et disponibles, vraiment sympathiques. De manière générale tout était bien, la seule réelle difficulté est l'accessibilité au quartier et à la maison (routes étroites). Nous recommandons volontiers cette maison à de futurs locataires.

Tranquillité

Bel emplacement en lisière de forêt, paisible et calme. La maison n'est pas toute jeune mais beaucoup d'équipements, la connexion Wi-Fi est de bonne qualité, belle piscine à 30m. Beaucoup de belles découvertes autour : petits villages perchés du pays de Fayence, rando nature, un peu plus loin l'abbaye du Thoronet, la fondation Maeght, Grasse, st Paul de Vence etc ..

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Sehr großes Haus, ungestört an einem bewaldeten Hang, so dass man absolut ungestört ist. Pool ist wundervoll, teilen mit einer anderen Partei kein Problem. Vermieter superfreundlich, informieren sehr gut und haben eine sehr informative Broschüre mit allem Wissenswerten auch der Gegend zusammengestellt. Insgesamt einer der besten Ferienhausaufenthalte, die wir in Belle France hatten.

point de départ agréable pour découvrir l'arrière pays et profiter de la piscine

location spacieuse et confortable, au calme piscine propre, à 50m mais très facile d'accès, à partager avec l'autre logement qui est lui juste en face. Planning proposé par le propriétaire pour respecter les normes sanitaires actuelles: on s'est bien arrangé avec nos voisins.

Canelle ou la douceur de vivre !

Notre semaine dans le gite "Canelle" s'est parfaitement déroulée ! Nous avons usé et abusé de la piscine, de la chaleur atténuée par l'ombre généreuse des bois et... du frigo américain !! Nous regrettons déjà nos Mojitos ! L'environnement est également idéal pour les vététistes ! Nous conseillons vivement cette location.

Descrizione abitazione accurata, posto molto tranquillo e rilassante ai confini del bosco. L'immobile e le attrezzature sono pulite ed in ottima efficienza. La casa è situata in modo da garantire una eccellente privacy, ma non distante da St.Paul o Fayance. Caldamente consigliata per un po' di relax. Punto di partenza ottimale per gite al Verdon, alla Costa Azzurra o al Massiccio Esterel. Circondato da paesini medievali e colline con boscose o coltivate ad ulivi e vigna... Un piccolo paradiso.
