Gute Lage, ruhiges Appartement, keine Parkplätze

Die Ferienwohnung liegt schön zentral in der Altstadt Colmars. Alles ist problemlos fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Einrichtung war in Ordnung, wenn auch schon ein bisschen abgenutzt. Die Wohnung liegt oben im 3. Geschoss. Im Sommer wird es sicher sehr warm da oben. Die Größe der Wohnung ist ideal für ein Paar oder eine kleine Familie, für vier Erwachsene würde es wohl zu eng. Aurore, die uns vor Ort empfangen hat, war sehr nett. Sie spricht allerdings nur französisch. Die Lage ist ein bisschen Fluch und Segen zugleich, da es in der Nähe keine/kaum kostenlose Parkplätze gibt und die gebührenpflichtigen auf Dauer teuer werden und auf 2-4h begrenzt sind. Das sollte man ein bisschen besser kommunizieren, da ja extra angegeben ist dass "Parkplätze vorhanden sind". Die Kosten für Bettwäsche, Handtücher und die Endreinigung kommen auf den angebotenen Preis noch drauf.

traumlage- mitten im zentrum-parken um die ecke kostenlos- ruhige nächte-

fast ein Volltreffer - mit ein bisschen mehr Sorgfalt zum Thema Sauberkeit , einer Überprüfung der elektrischen anlage ( kein Beleuchtung im oberen Treppenhaus, Lichtschalter ohne Funktionen ) und der Beseitigung des "bizzaren" Geruchs im Bad - ist das hier ein echter hammer ! und einfach perfekt als Ausgangspunkt für einen elsasstrip - auch unter der woche

Perfect Apartment

I spend 4month in this lovely apartment and it was a great experience... The apartment is perfect located in the middle of the historic center of Colmar with great restaurants just down the stairs. In addition to that, there's a vegetable & fruit market just in the neighbor house. Also the apartment is lovely, everything's there and you got an amazing view. Just a advise, if you have troubles with stairs, i won't recommend you this place, because it's quite hard to reach the apartment in the 3rd floor and the stairs are kind of Amsterdam-Style.

Sympathique, mais...

Situation idéale pour cette location dans maison typique. L'appartement est charmant et bien agencé. Il possède le nécessaire requis, cependant il est dommage d'avoir une paroi de douche cassée qu'il faut maintenir pour pouvoir la fermer et l'ouvrir, de payer un supplément pour du linge de toilette taché et mal odorant et des couettes et oreillers insignifiants car trop usés. Quant au ménage, nous avons rendu un appartement plus propre que nous ne l'avons eu. Dernier point, il serait bien de respecter les horaires de RDV, nous avons eu la chance d'attendre sous le soleil.

Appartement idéalement situé en plein centre-ville

Nous avons loué cet appartement pour un week-end "marché de Noël". Les 5 marchés sont à 5/10 minutes maxi à pieds avec des enfants (celui de la place Jeanne d'Arc est au pied de la maison). L'appartement est fonctionnel, au calme et largement bien équipé pour 4. Très bonne communication avec le propriétaire et son représentant sur place, très bonne disponibilité pour notre arrivée/départ. Seul petit point à améliorer : la paroi de douche est à remplacer car elle a quelque peu souffert du temps et des locations successives mais ce n'est pas rédhibitoire.

La location était conforme au descriptif; l'appartement très bien situé au centre historique de COLMAR (5mm de la petite Venise à pied) dans une bâtisse typique de la région...très fonctionnel et de très bon gout. Bonne situation géographique pour découvrir la région, Strasbourg (60 km), Freiburg (Allemagne 60km) ainsi que la route des vins. Le gite a répondu à toutes nos attentes, une adresse que nous retenons et recommandons sans hésitation.
