Perfect

A beautiful house in a lovely village. Ideal for a couple or a family. Its a high quality house with a beautiful garden too. The owner was lovely and very helpful. There's a cafe, butcher and boulangerie on the doorstep and a reallu useful supermarket just a short walk away. Its only a short drive to the beaches and towns. Would go back again and 100% recommend.

Beautiful house in lovely setting

This property is amazing. It's clean, bright, well decorated and equipped. The welcome from the host was friendly and informative and any queries throughout our stay were answered promptly and efficiently. The garden area is beautiful, a lovely place to relax with a good book and a glass of something. Great being so near to bakers.

Paisible et Confortable

Maison pleine de charme, très propre et joliment décorée. Extérieur arboré très agréable. Emplacement idéal en plein cœur du bourg à proximité des commerces. Accueil chaleureux et propriétaire très arrangeant pour le départ ! Je recommande les yeux fermés +++

Absolut perfekt

Ein bezauberndes Haus, sehr geschmackvoll und sauber. Schöne ruhige Außenbereiche mit wahlweise Sonne oder Schatten und Wintergarten, der an die Küche anschließt. Egal welches Wetter, man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Betten sind ebenfalls sehr bequem. Daniel, der Eigentümer ist super nett und unkompliziert!

Absolument parfait

Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour dans la villa. L’hôte était très prévenant et la communication excellente. La maison est parfaitement bien équipée et sécurisée pour les petits ( nous avons des enfants de 5 et 1 an) le jardin clos est très agréable. La maison est bien située pour découvrir le coin, à quelques mètres des pistes cyclables, proche de la palmyre. Beaucoup de visites à faire avec les enfants à proximité. Nous recommandons vivement

Un merveilleux séjour

Famille de trois, nous avons passés un séjour magnifique dans la maison « La Matheronne ». Très confortable, bien équipé, chaleureuse, rénovée avec sensibilité. L’extérieur aménagé pour toutes les goûts - mini jardins aux épices, la terrasse avec les transats et table Ping pong, jardin fruitier, le crumble de pommes du jardin était délicieux. Les propriétaires adorables. Ils étaient toujours à la disposition si nous avions la moindre requête et demande d’infos. La localisation est proche de tout, le vélo est la locomotion recommandé, grâce à toutes les piste cyclables très agréable même en automne. Un endroit que nous n’avons pas loué pour la dernière fois. Merci pour cette belle expérience ⭐️

Traumhaus zum Entspannen

Wunderschönes kleines Ferienhaus mit liebevoller Einrichtung zum Wohlfühlen, toller Küche und Traumgarten mit Obst und Kräutern für den Eigenbedarf. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in Les Mathes und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Aménagement avec beaucoup de gout

Notre séjour a été facilité et nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis à notre arrivée. Judicieusement située entre La Palmyre, Oléron et Royan. La demeure spacieuse est décorée avec beaucoup de goût se trouve dans un environnement paisible. Les équipements sont modernes. Les ustensiles de cuisine sont rarement aussi abondants dans une location de tourisme. Une ravissante découverte qui nous incitent à revenir

Un beau séjour

La villa est telle que décrite, propre et spacieuse. Daniel nous a très bien accueilli et conseillé. Au coeur du village, à 2 pas de la boulangerie et de la boucherie et à quelques kms de la mer. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour !

Wunderschöner Urlaub 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Wir hatten, leider nur bis gestern, einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Les Mathes mit 2 Teenagern 👭! Das Haus ist mit ganz großem Abstand, welches wir in den letzten Jahren gemietet haben, ( wir mieten seit Jahren in einigen Ländern und Großstädten über Fewo) die allerschönste Unterkunft. Alles ist optimal, die Einrichtung sehr geschmackvoll, direkt zum Wohlfühlen, der Garten und die Terrasse ein Traum. Früchte, Himbeeren, Äpfel, Feigen,Kräutergarten zur Selbstbedienung, alles blüht und duftet und ist top gepflegt. Viel Spaß hatten wir abends mit der Tischtennisplatte auf der hinteren Terrasse. Auf der Terrasse neben der Küche sitzt man mit elektrischer Markise, wind- und sonnengeschützt. In der Küche macht es richtig Laune zu kochen, alles vorhanden, aber wirklich nichts fehlt, schön groß und geräumig. Selbst das Geschirr ist noch stilvoll und nicht zusammengewürfelt. Töpfe und Pfannenin allen Größen. Das Mädelzimmer, bei uns, oben auf der Galerie richtig gemütlich und mit einem kleinen Wohnzimmer, hatten die 👭 einen eigenen Bereich. Allen Betten sehr bequem, genug Stauraum in den Schränken und Fliegengitter vor den Fenster. ( sind aber keine Mücken dort im Dorf unterwegs). Die eigene Dusche und Toilette im Garten ermöglicht und erleichtert auch eine Urlaub zu viert, da sich Teenager ja immer sehr lange in Badezimmern aufhalten. Zum Strand fährt man mit dem Auto oder Fahrrad, typischer Atlantikstrand, toller Sand und Wellen, macht richtig Spass! Überhaupt lässt sich alles gut mit dem Fahrrad erkunden. Ganz leckeren Wein gibt direkt gegenüber, jeden Tag gibt es einen Markt, direkt um die Ecke, mit Fisch, Gemüse, Käse etc.. Jeden Freitagabend findet dort auch ein Dorffest mit ganz leckerem Essen, verschieden Stände, Wein und Band statt. Unbedingt hingehen! Der Kontakt mit Franck, dem Vermieter, ist ganz unkompliziert und nett, sei es die Emails vorher, die Hauseinweisung vor Ort und später die Hausabnahme oder die Tipps vor Ort, ist nicht selbstverständlich und uns sehr gefreut. Das Haus ist super sauber, es wird sogar nach einer Woche das Bettzeug und Handtücher gewechselt! Uns hat so gut gefallen, dass wir NÄCHSTES JAHR WIEDERKOMMEN!

Die Einrichtung und Dekoration besticht mit Liebe zum Detail und es ist absolut alles vorhanden, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Ganz in der Nähe ist ein Fahrradverleih, so dass man rasch an die nächstgelegenen Strände kommt. Auch Ausflüge nach Bordeaux, La Rochelle oder Ile de Ré (unbedingt machen!) sind möglich. Die Vermieter (merci Daniel!!) sind super nett und trotz kleiner Verständigungsprobleme sind wir immer zurecht gekommen. Wir gehören eigentlich nicht zu den Leuten, die mehrmals hintereinander an den selben Ort fahren... Aber La Matheronne und auch die Gegend haben es uns einfach angetan. A bientot!

Très belle maison mais pas que... Un très beau jardin où il est plaisant de se prélasser, un propriétaire charmant plein d'attention. Et ce que l'on attend d' une maison de vacances : propre,fonctionnelle, très bien équipée à côté des commerces. A conseiller vivement et à refaire.

ein Traum

sind sowohl Haus als auch das Grundstück! Daniel ist als Vermieter des Paradieses kein Traum, sondern glücklicherweise sehr real. Wir (Paar 70) haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen und uns in diesem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war unser 18. Urlaub in einem französischen Ferienhaus. Hier stimmte alles, die Angaben sowie der Zustand von Haus und Grundstück, der sehr liebenswürdige Daniel, man kann es wirklich nur weiter empfehlen! Die Austern waren ein absoluter Hochgenuss und sollten unbedingt probiert werden. Auch den Bäcker nicht vergessen mit seinen tollen Leckereien, oder den roten/grünen Käse vom Markt, ach man könnte noch vieles aufzählen. Fahrt einfach hin, es ist einfach nur schön, man fühlt sich rundum wohl, genießt die sonnenwarmen Himbeeren/Erdbeeren und träumt. Entdeckt die wunderschöne Landschaft und wandert mal abseits der üblichen touristischen Pfade, es lohnt sich!

Traumhaftes Ambiente

Wir (2 Erwachsene und 2 jugendliche Kinder) haben einen traumhaften Urlaub am Atlantik im "lamatheronne" genossen. Ein äußerst geschmackvoll und wirklich perfekt ausgestattetes Ferienhaus, ein wunderschön gestalteter Garten sowie ein sehr freundlicher und unkomplizierter Vermieter haben dazu beigetragen. Ein nicht überlaufener toller Strand, schöne Dörfer und Städte sowie das tägliche Dorfleben in Les Mathes (täglicher Markt um die Ecke, Bäckerei, Metzgerei, Bar, Weingut mit sehr freundlichen deutsch sprechenden Besitzern vis à vis ) haben uns einen sehr entspannten Urlaub ermöglicht. Es wird mit Sicherheit nicht unser letzter Besuch gewesen sein!

A superb house!

This house is even better than we had expected. Everything about it is of a very high standard, even down to the kitchen radio! It is a very comfortable house and has everything you need. It is very well located in the village. The lovely smells coming from the Boulangerie in the morning mean it is just a short walk to pick up breakfast! The market ( which was on a Friday while we were there ) is just round the corner from the house....brilliant! The local supermarket is only a stroll away too. We walked to the local cycle hire place, which is reasonably priced, and enjoyed cycling on the very safe cycle paths ( especially through the forest ) which are suitable for cyclists of all ages. A visit to the zoo is a must! Such a variety of animals in cool and relaxed surroundings......and you are so close to them too! The house has a lovely garden, with fruit and herbs available for picking! I would definitely recommend this property, and would love to stay there again myself.
