Sole Apartment in Centola

We had a fabulous stay for a week in Sergio's apartment. I can usually find some suggestion for the host. I am going to have to dig deep to find one here. Maybe a guide to how the cable tv works? Otherwise, the apartment was squeaky clean and the decor was really tasteful. The Sole apartment is not pictured in the ad, but is really cute. Very nice furniture and kitchen equipment. Not the usual mishmash of utensils and pans. Beautiful views of the sea. The communication was great and checkin and checkout were a breeze. The town (Centola-Palinuro)was small enough to get around and large enough to have lots of restaurants and miles of beaches. We hated to leave.

Oltre le aspettative

Abbiamo soggiornato le ultime due settimane di Giugno nell'appartamento "Sole" e tutto ha superato di gran lunga le nostre aspettative. La casa si trova in una posizione davvero invidiabile sia per la vista che offre, sia per la tranquillità che la circonda. L'appartamento, che all'arrivo abbiamo trovato accuratamente pulito, è ampio, luminoso e dotato di tutto il necessario; la vista dal terrazzino poi è impagabile. L'accoglienza dei padroni di casa, Rosa e Sergio, ci ha lasciato senza parole: Rosa ci ha omaggiato con una torta fatta in casa e Sergio oltre a fornirci informazioni base, come ad esempio il market più vicino, ci ha dispensato consigli su luoghi da visitare, indicazioni su come raggiungere le bellissime spiagge e qualche dritta per andare a mangiare bene. Durante il nostro soggiorno Sergio è sempre stato raggiungibile al telefono per qualsiasi necessità, ed anche via WhatsApp ci ha dato informazioni su sagre ed eventi che si svolgevano nelle zone limitrofe. In conclusione posso dire che la casa di suo merita un 10, ma la lode arriva grazie ai proprietari, che sono davvero due persone squisite che ci hanno permesso di passare una piacevolissima vacanza.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit Traumblick

Wir haben die Zeit in der Ferienwohnung sehr genossen, es hat alles gut gepasst. Der Vermieter war sehr nett, die Organisation hat wunderbar funktioniert und die Wohnung war richtig schön. Zusätzlich gab es gute Tipps vom Vermieter für Restaurants und Ausflüge, die sehr hilfreich war. Auch unsere Kinder haben sich sehr wohlgefühlt und über den leckeren Kuchen, den es gab, gefreut. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und kommen sicher einmal wieder!

Come essere a casa...

Come lo scorso anno siamo tornati nell'appartamento LUNA con le nostre 3 bimbe. Per noi è come essere a casa con in più il mare che si vede pranzando sul terrazzo all'ombra del pino marittimo oppure dal letto della camera matrimoniale. Le nostre figlie si trovano talmente bene che ci dicono: "non vorrete mica cambiare posto?" e infatti anche noi non possiamo non tornare... un po' per la struttura molto ben tenuta ma anche per la cordialità dei proprietari sempre super disponibili oltre che gentili in ogni occasione. Ancora una volta bellissima vacanza in 5 !! Arrivederci al prossimo anno.

Ottima soluzione a Palinuro

Vacanza a Palinuro

Sono stata in vacanza a Palinuro con la mia famiglia dal 20 al 27 agosto 2016, abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento Luna; la casa è nuova, molto pulita e accogliente, dotata di ogni comodità, tutte le informazioni e le immagini che si trovano sul sito corrispondo alla realtà . Dal terrazzo c'è una vista panoramica che si può ammirare comodamente anche dalla camera da letto; la zona è tranquilla ed è ideale per chi vuole passare una settimana in relax. I propietari Sergio e Rosa sono delle persone gentilissime, disponibili e fanno sentire gli ospiti come se fossero a casa; il Signor Sergio è un'ottima guida turistica perchè fornisce tutte le informazioni necessarie sulle cose che si possono visitare a Palinuro. Sicuramente quando tornerò in vacanza a Palinuro sceglierò di nuovo di soggiornare in questa casa vacanze!!!! Federica, Francesco, Grazie, Pietro, Carmela e Paolo.-

Nettes Appartement über den Stränden von Palinuro

Das Appartement war in einem sehr guten Zustand, sauber und gepflegt. WLAN für die Kids funktionierte einwandfrei und die Vermieterfamilie war ausgesprochen nett. Die Ortslage über den Stränden verschafft einen tollen Blick und entzieht einem etwas dem Trubel des Ortes. So kann man ggf. mit offenen Fenster schlafen (keine Klimaanlage) und seinen Urlaub genießen. Entfernung zum tollen Strand (zu Fuß) 10 Minuten, zur Innenstadt 10 Minuten jeweils mit ein paar Höhenmetern. Auto für den Einkauf hilfreich.

Appartamento molto confortevole

Sono stata in vacanza per una settimana dal 16 al 23luglio 2016 nell'appartamento "sole" con una mia amica e mi è piaciuto moltissimo per tanti motivi: posizione comoda e tranquilla, panorama stupendo specialmente di sera con la luna piena,casa fresca e molto spaziosa e accogliente con mobilio tutto nuovo e molto di gusto, il proprietario molto gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi consiglio sulla vacanza. Sicuramente ci ritornerò. Se qualcuno volesse andarci consiglio l'uso di una automobile anche per visitare tutti i lidi della zona .

Una vacanza a cinque stelle!!

Panorama mozzafiato goduto da un appartamento incantevole: ben arredato, pulito ottimamente fornito ed accogliente. I proprietari molto disponibili cordiali e prodighi di consigli su spiagge da raggiungere, luoghi da visitare e quant'altro. La spiaggia della Marinella.....bellissima!! E' possibile raggiungerla a piedi da casa attraverso un percorso di discese e scale o con la macchina facendo un suggestivo attraversamento di un fiume su di una zattera. Consigliatissimo!!!

LOCAZIONE STUPENDA Casa Vacanze RO. & SE.

Siamo stati ospiti in questa Casa vacanze, Gestita da Sergio e sua Moglie. Che dire.. non eravamo mai venuti a Palinuro un luogo meraviglioso... L'appartamento è tenuto molto bene e perfettamente rispondente alle foto ed alla descrizione sia per gli arredi che per il panorama. situato in una zona tranquillissima e con una vista meravigliosa. I proprietari Sergio e sua Mogli sono delle persone discrete e gentili. Ci hanno fatto sentire da subito ha nostro agio. Inoltre Sergio ci ha dato indicazioni su dove pranzare e i luoghi da visitare. Questo ci ha permesso di rilassarci e godere di questa meravigliosa “Terra”. A presto Sergio se ci saranno altre occasioni per trascorrere del tempo a Palinuro, ci ritorneremo molto volentieri.

L'ospitalità' di Sergio e della sua gentile consorte ci ha fatto sentire a nostro agio sin dall'inizio. traumhafter Aufenthalt

Unser Aufenthalt in Palinuro bei Sergio und Rossa war einfach wunderbar. Absolut außerhalb der Saison war dies eine besondere Erfahrung. Die Strände hatten wir für uns, auch andere touristische Attraktionen waren Null überlaufen. Auf der anderen Seite waren aber auch noch viele Restaurants und Läden zu, was uns aber relativ wenig gestört hatte. Wir waren sowieso auf Selbstversorgung eingestellt. Das Appartement ist wirklich wunderschön. Im Sommer vermutlich noch mehr, denn denn dann kann man auch die Traumterasse noch besser nutzen. Da es im März auch nachts noch relativ frisch werden kann ist eine Wohnung ohne Heizung per se nichts für heizungsverwöhnte Mitteleuropäer. Allerdings wurden wir bereits empfangen mit 2 Elektroheizungen und einer Gasheizung, so dass wir also nicht frieren mussten. Unsere Handtücher wurden allerdings nie ganz trocken bedingt durch die Jahreszeit so dass wir sie an unseren Heizungen trockneten. Sergio und Rosa sind 2 so liebenswerte Gastgeber mit sehr viel Herzblut dabei. Empfangen wurden wir bei unserer mitternächtlichen Ankunft mit einem selbstgebackenen Kuchen und Wasser und Milch für den nächsten Morgen. Wirklich ganz toll. Die Küche hätte etwas mehr Geschirr bereit halten können, wir waren zu fünft und es gab eben gerade auch nur 5 x Besteck etc. Wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder, dann sicher zu etwas wärmerer Jahreszeit. Palinuro und Umgebung ist so wunderschön, dass man diese Schönheit kaum fassen kann. Die Leute sind super freundlich, die Infrastruktur ist ausgezeichnet. Wir freuen uns bald zurückzukommen.

Non conoscevo Palinuro prima di arrivare qui in vacanza, splendida location con persone solari ed accoglienti! Che dire poi dell'appartamento; splendido, pulito al dettaglio, situato in una zona tranquillissima e con una vista meravigliosa. Lovely apartment in a sublime location

This apartment exceeded our expectations - clean, modern and well furnished with a stunning view over the azure waters of the bay of Palinuro. Located on a hill above the famous Baia del Buon Dormire, the apartment is within easy striking distance of some of Palinuro's most beautiful beaches and is elevated enough to benefit from the shade of pine trees and sea breezes which lower the temperature and make for a welcome retreat from the heat - both during peak sunshine and the evenings. The apartment was large enough to comfortably accommodate our family of five and was maintained and furnished to a very high standard. Our hosts, Sergio and Rosa, could not have been friendlier. They were attentive, without ever imposing their presence, and were happy to suggest day trips and the best local restaurants - notably Molly's in Palinuro for pizza (probably the best I've ever tasted) and I Tre Gufi in Pisciotta (astonishingly good sea food). I'd also recommend L'Osteria U Brigante down a dirt track directly opposite the Deco supermarket. Sergio and Rosa were so kind and the apartment was so well situated that we're already planning to stay there next year. It really was a dream holiday.

Splendida vacanza !

Abbiamo soggiornato dal 18 al 25 luglio nell'appartamento Luna. Siamo estremamente soddisfatti e sottoscriviamo tutte le ottime recensioni che precedono la nostra. L' appartamento Luna è ampio, comodo, pulito e la vista che si gode dal terrazzo e dalla finestra del soggiorno è magnifica, si ammira il mare da entrambi i lati poiché la casa dei signori Sergio e Rosa è situata sul promontorio di Palinuro. L' accoglienza e l'organizzazione dei padroni di casa meritano 6 stelle, sono persone gradevoli, precise e oneste. Potete affidarvi a loro senza timore, sapranno darvi tutti i consigli per assaporare la vostra vacanza nel magnifico Cilento. Grazie di cuore da Elena e Renato.

OTTIMA SCELTA

Sono stato con la mia famiglia ospite dei Sigg.i Sergio e Rosa a fine giugno di quest'anno; subito sono stato colpito dalla cura con cui i proprietari gestiscono questo immobile, recentemente ristrutturato; tutto è in ordine, pulito e gli appartamenti sono dotati di ogni confort; i mobili, gli elettrodomestici e le stoviglie sono praticamente tutti nuovi; i panorami dalle terrazze sono stupendi e la location è fantastica; zona tranquilla, ma abbastanza vicina sia al centro che alle spiagge; che dire poi della disponibilità e della simpatia dei proprietari, mai invadenti e sempre disponibili a dare consigli e indicazioni per trascorrere nel migliore dei modi la vacanza! Ringrazio ancora Sergio e Rosa per l'accoglienza ricevuta e per la stupenda vacanza trascorsa. Traumferienwohnung

Eigentlich hätte die Ferienwohnung sechs Sterne verdient. Sie ist sehr schön gelegen, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und blitzeblank sauber. Die wirklich sehr große Terrasse zum Meer lädt jeden Abend zum Verweilen ein. Vom Bett aus kann man übrigens auch direkt auf das Meer schauen. Wir hatten noch das Glück den wirklich hervorragenden selbstgemachten Kuchen genießen zu dürfen. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und bemüht den Aufenthalt seiner Gäste so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Aus unserer Sicht: jederzeit wieder eine Reise wert!!!

SEMPRE E SOLO CASA VACANZA RO.&SE. !!!!!!!

Ritorniamo per la seconda volta in villeggiatura a Casa Vacanze Ro.Se e l'ospitalità dei proprietari si conferma squisita offrendo ogni confort che si possa desiderare all'inizio di una vacanza. Con grande sorpresa troviamo l'appartamento ulteriormente rifinito rispetto all'anno precedente, nonostante fosse già abbondantemente bello e funzionale. La vista offerta dal terrazzo quest'anno è superlativa grazie alla ringhiera sostituita al muretto, che regala tanto blu mare anche restando semplicemente sdraiati sul letto della camera che da sul terrazzo. La posizione della villa si conferma pertanto strategica e incantevole. La cucina nuova bella e funzionale offre un ottimo livello e quantità di utensili e stoviglie, mentre tutto il resto della casa non scarseggia di qualsiasi elemento di arredo utile e di gusto per una settimana di intero relax. Dovenuta ormai il nostro punto di riferimento ogni qual volta soggiorneremo a Palinuro. Roberto, Valeria, Manuel e Mattia.
