Conditions de location

Rien à dire sur la location et le site agréable de Gérardmer. Par contre dans votre annonce sur le tarif de cette location il aurait été judicieux de préciser que la consommation d'eau et d'électricité était en supplément . Nous l'avons appris quand le propriétaire nous a communiqué le contrat de location.

Séjour à Gérardmer

Magnifique séjour d'une semaine dans ce chalet. L'accueil du propriétaire a été très courtois. Même si le ménage est à améliorer (quelques toiles d'araignée encore présentes, mais rien de bien méchant), le chalet est idéalement placé (Vue magnifique sur le lac), à 5 min du centre et du lac en voiture, l'endroit est très calme, pour s'y reposer et profiter de la nature c'est parfait. La baie vitrée offre une belle lumière dès le matin, seul petit bémol c'est que l'après-midi avec le soleil d'été ça fait monter fortement la température dans le chalet (prévoir un ventilateur surtout si il y a des enfants). Globalement, très bon séjour, nous recommandons ce chalet.

Gewoon fantastisch!!

Het zicht vanop het balkon en vanuit de living/eetplaats is gewoon zalig en de omgeving is rustig en stil. Dit was een top vakantie. Als enig min puntje, het dubbel bed is aan de kleine kant, maar weegt niet op tegen de rest van alle voordelen, zoals goede douche, volledige keuken met apparaten etc. De garage onderaan is perfect om de fietsen te stallen en terug op te laden. Vanaf de locatie kun je mooie wandelingen en fiets tochten maken.

Chalet très agréable avec grand balcon et vue su le lac et les forêts environnantes

Location pour 2 nuits seulement sur un weekend prolongé. Chalet très bien équipé et agréable à vivre. La vue, quel que soit le temps, avec cette grande baie vitrée dans le salon est superbe et le balcon lui aussi apporte un grand plus.

Nous regrettons que la propriétaire ne nous a pas indiqué comment fonctionne le chauffage, réglé sur 23 nous avons eu trop chaud et avons donc réglé toute cette consommation. Pour le reste top

Très agréable location (entièrement équipée) avec une vue sur le lac de Gerardmer. Les pistes sont à 2 minutes, tout comme le centre ville.

Toller Aufenthalt

Sehr schöne Lage, Chalet ist sauber und modern rustikal eingerichtet. Toller Blick vom Balkon aus auf den See. Städtchen Gérardmer gut zu Fuß zu erreichen - mit etwas Ab-und Aufstieg. Tolle Gegend zum Wandern.

Charmantes Ferienhäuschen

Wir waren zu Zweit für fünf Tage in diesem, etwas aus der Zeit gefallen wirkenden Häuschen, mit herrlichem Panoramablick über Gerardmer. Für uns zwei große Menschen (1,90 m) waren die Dimensionen des Objekts gerade noch gut., Bei etwas mehr Körpergröße stößt man wohl an. Das Objekt ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen Wanderurlaub braucht. Der Gastgeber ist ein sehr freundlicher Mann, der alle Fragen sofort beantwortete. Vom Stil her kann man das Häuschen als charmant, antik bezeichnen. Wir haben uns zu Zweit dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

Herrlicher Blick

Tolles kleines Haus mit wunderschönem Blick vom Balkon auf welchem sich wunderbar die Abende mit einem Schlückchen Vino verbringen lassen. Für 2 bis max. 3 Personen gut geeignet. Zumindest im Sommer. Im Winter würden mir Schränke für die Kleidung fehlen. Leider hatten wir kein warmes Wasser, konnten dann aber am dritten Tag in ein anderes Haus zum Duschen.

Très mignon

Un petit chalet très mignon et bien équipé, avec une superbe vue sur le lac et les montagnes ! Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Attention cependant, le prix de l'électricité, eau et gaz n'est pas compris dans le prix affiché sur le devis Abritel.
