Consigliato

Ottima posizione centrale, appena fuori casa ci sono il lungomare e la spiaggia e, due strade più in là, la via principale. Anche il parcheggio auto, al chiuso e al coperto, è vicino da raggiungere a piedi e si trova sulla via principale. Nessun problema per scaricare e caricare i bagagli in auto o la spesa, sotto casa c'è lo spazio per una sosta veloce. L'appartamento è completo per una vacanza. C'è tutto quello che serve, inutile fare l'elenco, manca solo la macchina del caffè nespresso, c'è la moka. Letti comodi, 3 televisori (Netflix nella camera matrimoniale), 3 ventilatori, tutte le stanze con finestra, in cucina la finestra si affaccia sulle scale condominiali, mentre in bagno e in camera matrimoniale si affacciano su un piccolissimo "cortile" privato, unico neo che a volte arrivano odori e rumori dagli altri appartamenti. Non ci sono zanzariere, comunque ci sono le tende. L'aria condizionata è unica nel soggiorno, ottima però devi lasciare aperte le porte delle camere per rinfrescare. Piccolo/medio balcone con tavolo e sedie per 4 persone e anche un lato per stendere i panni ad asciugare, lato tramonto. Trascorso 10 giorni in pieno agosto, personalmente non ho problemi con i rumori, però ci sono, sono temporanei, non tutto il giorno, niente di eccessivo e snervante. I proprietari sono persone adorabili, conoscono alla perfezione Platja d'Aro e dintorni e rispondono subito ai messaggi. Consigliatissimo.

Semana fantástica con familia

Estuvimos una semana en el apartamento, los anfitriones muy amables y atentos. Muy bien equipado, muy limpio, camas cómodas, cocina bien equipada. Ubicado al lado de la playa, en lugar tranquilo y céntrico, un excelente en todo. Volveremos en cuanto podamis.

La ubicación inmejorable

El apartamento esta muy bien, lo único que cambiaría son los somieres de las camas pequeñas. por lo demás todo perfecto. Cerca del centro, bares, restaurantes y muchas tiendas. La Playa junto delante.

Appartement super bien situé. Disponible avec un garage et ça cela vaut de l’or à cette saison !!! À deux minute de la mer tout est fonctionnel et la terrasse donne sur la montagne. Soleil couchant le soir. Deux chambres séparées bien venu pour avoir son espace. Cuisine bien équipée avec lave linge et micro onde. Wifi disponible aussi pour nos ado. J’y retourne volontiers demain

Great time spent in Platja D'Aro at this lovely apartment which had everything you need for a longer stay. Very comfortable stay here, and we felt we could have stayed longer. Will possibly return in next few years. Recommend. We were met as arranged at the apartment on arrival, and the owners parents came exactly on time as arranged on the day of our departure. Loved our stay here and its a great place for a holiday with great walks and beautiful scenery. Great restaurants and good shopping.

SITUATION IDEALE 10 METRE PLAGE ET CENTRE DE PLAYA DE ARO

Malgré la bonne situation de cet appartement et la gentillesse du propriétaire, appartement trop bruyant, matelas pas confortable du tout mal au dos pendant tout le séjour, à changer pour tous les lits, problème d'eau chaude ballon de 25 litres. Très bruyant on entend tout ce qui ce passe chez les voisins et la vue est pas du tout agréable, le balcon beaucoup trop petit .......

Appartement très bien situé en bord de mer, Plage au pied de l immeuble,de nombreux commerces tout autour et une place de parking non négligeable! L appartement est très fonctionnel et les hôtes très sympathiques (prévoir d avoir un minimum de notion d espagnol !!)

Appartement très bien situé

Cet appartement est très bien situé à proximité du centre ville et de la promenade du bord de mer. Il est bien équipé et l'accueil par les propriétaires est sympathique. Un parking couvert et fermé situé à 3mn est bien utile. L'immeuble est très bien tenu et surveillé. Il convient de dire que, pour l'hiver, le manque de VMC provoque des condensations qui obligent à ouvrir les fenêtres pour ventiler.

Genial para pasar unos estupendos días vacaciones

Apartamento con todo lo necesario para pasar una fenomenal estancia. Muy equipado. Todo muy limpio y cuidado. Sales del portal y ya estás en el paseo marítimo a pie de playa y encima el en centro de Platja d'Aro. Infinidad de bares y tiendas por la zona. Los propietarios muy atentos .Lo recomiendo sin lugar a dudas tanto para ir en pareja con amigos como para ir en la familia con los niños. Repetiremos

Apartamento seminuevo, tranquilo, centrico y a 10 metros de la playa y paseo. Con parking y wifi en el hall de la porteria. Tiene todas las comodidades, muy limpio, recomendable calidad/ precio. Nosotros repetiremos seguro!!!

Cet appartement est très bien agencé - situé à proximité de la plage et du centre ville - il est très bien équipé - l'intérieur est superbe et très propre - en septembre l'endroit est assez calme - le seul problème est le stationnement de votre véhicule à proximité (quasi impossible) - garage à moins de 5 minutes à pied. Enfin, nous y retournerons certainement l'an prochain.

"Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce bel appartement très propre et fonctionnel à la déco soignée. Heureusement qu''il y a un parking pas très loin compris dans la location (5 minutes à pied) car stationnement à proximité quasi-impossible! Police municipale omni-présente qui verbalise à tour de bras pour 70 Euros. Sinon location très bien située, proche de tout, assez bruyant. La vue n''est pas géniale. Les propriétaires sont charmants, le prêt des serviettes de toilettes et des draps est un plus."

"Appartement très agréable et idéalement situé (plage à 20 m et centre ville à 100 m env.). Décoration moderne et soignée, très propre. Nous avons apprécié le très bon accueil des propriétaires, la fourniture de draps et serviettes. Le parking sécurisé est très pratique (à 300 m env. de l''appartement). Par contre, l''immeuble est très mal insonorisé. La literie pourrait être renouvelée, un aspirateur serait un plus pour l''entretien. Pour conclure, c''est une location de vacances très agréable et fonctionnelle. "
