Possibility to purchase wine and olive oil produced on the farm using natural methods. The owners are living near and they are at disposal for any suggestion and support.The ideal holiday for the European family and for couples who love tranquility

Fantastische locatie en zeer vriendelijke gastheer en-vrouw

Het huis ligt op een prachtige plek met uitzicht over olijfboomgaarden en het meer van Bolsena. Het weggetje omhoog van het stadje Bolsena naar het huis is spannend en steil. We kwamen ‘s avonds een stekelvarken tegen onderweg naar het huis! Ons appartement was keurig en schoon. Lekker opgemaakte bedden, handdoeken, zeepjes, shampoo, badmuts. Alles zeer verzorgd. De 2 badkamers waren uitstekend. In de Grote keuken was alles aanwezig en deed het goed. Alleen waren er wat weinig glazen. Buiten was een hele goede stenen BBQ, waar we veel gebruik van hebben gemaakt. Het zwembad is groot en heerlijk. Heel schoon en mooie ligging. Genoeg bedjes en parasols. Er waren weinig gasten toen wij er waren, dus we hadden het zwembad meestal voor onszelf. De gastheer en -vrouw waren zeer vriendelijk, behulpzaam en gastvrij. Ze hadden goede tips. Ze laten de gasten volledig met rust maar ze doen alles voor je als je het vraagt. Verder zijn ze dol op honden! Onze hond kon gewoon vrij rondlopen. Wij hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad. En komen graag nog een keer terug. Genoeg te doen en zien in deze mooie omgeving. Veel dank, Amelio!

Ein sehr schöner Urlaub

Wir haben mit unseren 3 Kindern einen sehr schönen Urlaub verbracht. Die Erdgeschosswohnung im Haupthaus ist selbst bei sehr heißem Wetter angenehm. Auch ist sie sehr geräumig.Der große Pool ist sehr gepflegt und wird jeden Tag gereinigt. Wir wurden von den Eigentümern sehr freundlich empfangen und diese halfen uns bei jeglichen Fragen. Etwas beschwerlich ist der circa 2km lange Weg aus der Stadt. Dafür wird man jedoch mit absoluter Ruhe und einem herrlichen Blick auf den See verwöhnt.

Belle propriété mais. ..

Propriété isolée, même le gps s'y perd ( utilisez Waze ou google maps ). Très belle piscine avec vue panoramique sur le lac. Quant à la maison, elle est spacieuse et dispose d'une terrasse avec table et chaises mais sans vue sur le lac. La propreté de la maison n'était pas au rendez-vous lisant (etonnant vu les commentaires) : - Forte odeur de renfermé ( la maison semblait ne plus être habitée depuis des années. - Enormes toiles d'araignées et insectes morts sur tous les moustiquaires et fenêtres. - Impossible de mettre nos vêtements dans les armoires dû à l'odeur de renfermé. - Maison pas nettoyée ( surtout le frigo). - Rideaux de douche moisi. Sur le coup nous avons été refroidis, nous avons dû passer quelques heures aux taches ménagères, pas top pour un début de vacances. Dommage...

SPLENDIDO CASALE SUL LAGO DI BOLSENA

Siamo stati in questo agriturismo per il ponte del 2 giugno, con i nostri due bambini. Ci siamo trovati benissimo! L’appartamento è pulitissimo, molto spazioso e dotato di tutti i confort. I proprietari sono davvero disponibili e pieni di attenzioni. Piacevolissima la possibilità di godere della piscina da cui si può ammirare una splendida vista sugli ulivi intorno e sul lago. La posizione è comodissima per qualsiasi meta del lago, fra cui Bolsena, vicinissima, ma anche tutte le altre località, sia sul lago che nei dintorni, prima fra tutte Civita di Bagnoregio, incantevole borgo. Vicinissimo anche il porto per imbarcarsi per la navigazione verso le isole. Raggiungibile con comodità anche Pitigliano, in Toscana. Nelle immediate vicinanze ci sono negozi e supermercati ben forniti. Lo consigliamo assolutamente, noi ci ritorneremo!

"We spent one week at Agr...

"We spent one week at Agriturismo Citerno in July with our two children and two dogs and were made very welcome by Amelio (who speaks perfect English) and also by Amelio''s mother who is an extremely kind lady. It was very hot during our stay and we very much enjoyed the magnificent pool with lots of sun loungers and parasols to keep cool. The house was also cool despite the high temperatures outside and we slept very well in comfortable beds. The house is off the beaten track - you are really among the fields and vines. It is a five minute drive into Bolsena which is a charming town with plenty of facilities. Fantastic pizza and local ambience at Antica Trattoria del Corso! It is a beautiful area with many local attractions and places to visit. Thanks again to Amelio and mother for a great stay. Arriverderci!"

"This was one of our best...

"This was one of our best holidays - because the location and the flat is so nice! The flat is large and well equipped with all you need. The kitchen is big, nice and you can cook there everything you want (if you are a good cook) The Flat was furnished with a lot of love and we enjoy every day that we stay at "Casale Citerno". The fotos can''t say it really, how nice it is there. The absolute Highlight for our girls (as for us too)is the fantastic big pool with an incredibly und unforgettably panorama to the Lago Bolsena. You have this panorama too from the place where you sit outdoor and have breakfast and lunch. In addition to all this, we had much luck because we got to know the owner Amelio and his wife Anita: They are both so nice and kind people, who help us when ever it was needed. I think we come back !!!"
