Very comfortable villa in spacious surroundings .

This villa was perfect for our extended family & their friends to stay . Nice garden space and a large swimming pool with an airy living room area to sit in . The villa was clean and welcoming . Very quiet annd safe area which suited our family . The Moliets village and the beach area were easily accessible either by walking , cycling or by car . All of the guests thoroughly enjoyed their stay .

Située au bout d’une impasse, la maison est au calme. Le jardin est suffisamment grand pour ne pas être gêné par la proximité des autres villas. Toutes les chambres sont spacieuses et lumineuses. Le seul bémol est la taille de la cuisine et de son réfrigérateur déjà juste à 3 personnes.

Belle maison calme dans le golf de Moliets

J'ai séjourné avec mes enfants adultes et leurs amis (nous étions huit en tout) dans cette très belle maison située au milieu du golf de Moliets er Maa. Même dix adultes peuvent très bien y vivre et y passer leurs vacances. Grâce à sa situation au bout de la route dans la forêt, c'est tellement calme que même un chevreuil est passé par là. À pied, il faut à peine 30 minutes pour rejoindre une plage secondaire un peu à l'écart du centre. La villa est bien équipée et dispose d'une grande piscine, ce qui nous a permis de passer de très bonnes vacances. Les hôtes sont vraiment gentils et ont réagi très rapidement lorsque le tuyau d'évacuation était bouché. Malheureusement, la pelouse a aussi des plantes à épines fines, il est donc difficile de marcher pieds nus. Il faut éventuellement en tenir compte avec des enfants en bas âge. En tout cas, nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Wunderbar ruhig gelegenes, schönes Haus mit Pool und Blick ins Grüne.

Von den Gastgebern wurden wir herzlich empfangen, die Haus- und Schlüsselübergabe verlief unkompliziert. Das Haus mit Pool liegt in einer locker bebauten Siedlung von Ferienhäusern am Ende einer Stichstraße in absolut ruhiger Umgebung. Die Möblierung ist geschmackvoll, die Betten sind bequem, die Ausstattung beinhaltet alles, was man benötigt. Auch für größere Gruppen finden sich ausreichend Platz und Privatsphäre. Auf der Terrasse gibt es neben dem Essbereich eine gemütliche Sitzecke. Der Strand ist zu Fuß in ca. 20 min zu erreichen. Empfehlenswert!

Tolles Haus mit Pool, großer Garten, prima Lage

Schönes, großes Haus mit Pool, nette Vermieter, Küche und Räume gut ausgestattet, "Plancha"-Grill (den wir reichlich genutzt haben) plus Holzkohlegrill zur Auswahl, großer Tisch auf der Veranda mit Blick auf den Pool; gute Lage nah am Meer und einem kleinen Ort, weiter Sandstrand, großartige Dünenlandschaft

Le paradis

Une villa magnifique, décorée avec beaucoup de goût, la maison est très agréable et dispose de beaucoup de confort. On se sent chez soi, le jardin et la piscine sont superbes et très au calme. Nous avons eu le bonheur de voir des biches dans le jardin tous les jours. C est un vrai coin de paradis et de calme, idéal pour des vacances en famille. Merci à nos Mr et Me Dumartin pour leur accueil chaleureux et les conseils sur la région, une merveilleuse adresse à recommander!!!!!!

Amazing vacation

We have been a group of 7 people in total and had a magnificent time at the house from Arnaud and Catherine The complete arrangement and booking was easily and without any problems. Both are very friendly and will help you wherever they can. The house is modern and the beds are comfortable. Everything was clean. The kitchen workplate could be changed in the near future, but all equipment is working fine. The pool and garden is really big and great. You will miss nothing. The house is in walking distance (15 minutes) to the next natural beach (no guards) and about 3 km from the beach in Moliets where the promenade and surfing schools are. Both beaches are amazing. Thank you again Arnaud and Catherine, we will definitely come back again.

Superbe résidence

Maison très spacieuse et agréable ; décorée avec gout et très bien équipée. Piscine chauffée. Plage accessible à pied. Golf juste à côté. Cadre super avec la visite de biches, cerfs et faons. De nombreuses attentions de la part de Mr et Mme Dumartin font que l'on s'y sent comme chez soi. Accueil très sympathique, Mr et Mme Dumartin nous ont donné de bons conseils sur les visites .. Ils sont de plus très arrangeants et disponibles en cas de questions. Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour et recommandons sans hésitation !

Très agréable séjour dans cette spacieuse maison

Nous avons partagé de très bons moments en famille, dans un espace calme et reposant. Les propriétaires sont d'une grande gentillesse et font tout leur possible pour rendre agréable et pratique le séjour de leurs locataires. Nous avons notamment bien apprécié l'abondante documentation sur la région et les choses à faire. La maison est facile à vivre, chacun y a son espace. La plage et les commerces sont proches . A recommander.

Pour des vacances réussies...

Des propriétaires à la recherche du bien être de ses locataires , une maison très bien entretenue et bien équipée , une superbe piscine chauffée, un environnement calme et boisé ,des plages où l 'on peut se rendre à vélo ...tout était là pour des vacances parfaites! Cette location de grande qualité nous a fait passer de très belles vacances en famille pendant 2 semaines ; nous reviendrons c 'est sûr!

Excellent séjour , maison agréable et très bien située.Très bon accueil.

Proche du golf 15 min à pied.( Départ trou nº2 à 50 m de la maison). Proche de l'océan 20 min à pied. Maison très bien située plein sud et calme. Pas de circulation automobile.(cul de sac) Maison propre. Plancha extérieure très appréciée.

Lovely house, wonderful location, helpful owners

I never got tired of the lovely peaceful view of the pool and behind it pines trees and forest. Lovely peaceful and sunny location. Heated pool was very pleasant. Bit chilly for the kids in May but shorties did the trick. Spacious house with some nice personal touches such as candles and cook books. Kitchen very well equipped. Nice personal welcome and explanation of how everything works. They kindly provided everything we needed for our 2 year old and were very flexible. And a great surprise of some cold drinks in the fridge. A few things need some work done to in the house and the owners said they are doing things bit by bit. We'll definitely be back again and can highly recommend this house.

Nous sommes très satisfaits de notre location, les propriétaires étaient charmants, le cadre magnifique, proximité de la plage, du golf, bcp de choses à faire et à visiter, feria de Bayonne,pays basque.. L 'état de la maison n'était pas parfait, nous avons du changer un tuyau de douche, le lave vaisselle fonctionnait mal, dans le frigo les aliments gelaient..Bonne literie, maison très agréable, pas trop proche des voisins. Globalement, nous sommes très contents.

De très belles prestation...

De très belles prestations pour cette Superbe maison bien entretenue, située en lisière de forêt, et à quelques minutes de la plage. Nous avons eu la chance de voir un chevreuil chaque matin ! Piscine magnifique ! Les propriétaires sont très gentils et ont plein de jolies adresses à découvrir pour se détendre et se restaurer. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour
