Juin 2022 a St Maxime

Me and my wife spent a good time in this nice groundfloor appartment.For us was eating outside and relaxing in the garden important The neighboorhood is very quiet in june, the carparking was next the houses under the trees .Inside was everyting ok.The airco was good and necessery in summer. We comeback in2023

Splendid Holidays!

We (2 adult and 2 small children at the age of 3 and 1) spent three absolutely wonderful weeks (September/October 2014) in this cosy appartment in Sainte Maxime! The appartement looks exactly as shown on the photos. It is well equipped and just cosy, in a nutshell. Our oldest simply loved the bunk bed:-)! And we all loved the terrace with the garden, above all! We took all our meals outside and enjoyed almost every day a good barbecue. A huge plus - especially when kids are around - is the beach which is just around a corner. Simply perfect! The neighbourhood in general was calm and people were very friendly. We also enjoyed doing day trips exploring the surroundings. But, in actual fact, we spent most of the time on the beach and in Sainte Maxime itself. Furthermore, Corinne had been very kind and extremely helpful at any time - before and during our holidays! Thank you for all your support! We definitely recommend this appartment and will consider coming back soon again!

Superbe location !

Emplacement idéal proche d'une plage magnifique. Location très fonctionnelle. Tous ce qui est nécessaire et indispensable s'y trouve. Literie trés confortable. Cuisine très bien agencée. Jardin idéal pour se reposer sur une chaise longue. Parking extérieur privatif commun à proximité. Nous recommendons cette location. Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour. En prime la propriétaire est disponible et très agréable!

Super Apartment!!

Sehr schönes und gepflegtes Apartment mit einer top Ausstattung und guter Lage. Sehr schöner Garten mit Sitzmöbeln und einem elektrischen Grill . Die Vermiter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Plage de la Nartelle in 5 min Fußmarsch zu erreichen. Zum Stadtzentrum ca.3,5 km. Zum Einkaufszentrum ca. 3,8 . Ein Auto ist hier sehr empfehlenswert. Wir empfehlen das Apartment zu 100% weiter.

Juste parfait

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. L’appartement est très bien équipé, propre, proche de la plage. Le jardin est très agréable. Le parking privé est un plus. Le fait d’avoir un lit parapluie, une chaise. Bébé est vraiment super. L‘organisation parfaite avec l’agence de location et une communication excellente avec Corinne. Beaucoup de petites attentions pour que nous passions de bonnes vacances. Nous recommandons vivement et nous n‘hésiterons pas à revenir lors d’un prochain prochain séjour à Sainte Maxime.

Très joli studio à 200 m de la plage

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce joli studio décoré avec goût et très bien équipé avec jardinet. Nous étions deux avec un enfant de 2 ans.

Bellissima 😍😍

Abbiamo trascorso una fantastica settimana in questa casetta, molto carina e pulita!!. La casa era super attrezzata di tutto di quello di cui si ha bisogno !!La biancheria da letto e da bagno era perfettamente igienizzata. Lo spazio esterno per mangiare ombreggiato e munito di grande tenda e il giardino con zona relax costituiscono un elemento di grande valore alla proprietà e l’abbiamo amato moltissimo. ❤️. Anche il barbecue è stato di grande utilità per poter godere delle cene all’aperto. La casa è molto fresca , ma il condizionatore può essere molto utile nelle giornate più calde! La casa è molto vicina alla bellissima spiaggia de la Nartelle circa 5 min a piedi. Tutta l nostra famiglia è rimasta più che soddisfatta e non posso che consigliare questa proprietà!!!! Grazie alla cortesia della proprietaria che è stata molto gentile nelle nostre comunicazioni. 😊 alla prossima volta 😃

Vacances sur la nartelle superbe !

Un très agréable séjour dans cette résidence à 2 pas de la plage. Un petit jardin très agréable , appartement nickel et équipement exceptionnel pour une petite famille.

Vacances de rêve !

Nous étions déjà venus dans cette jolie location et nous avons autant apprécié que la première fois. On voit que l'appartement est très bien entretenu, il y avait quelques changements qui apportaient du plus, comme le jardin repensé en plusieurs zones très agréables. Le soleil était au rendez-vous, et comme la plage est à 2 pas, on en a bien profité ! Nous reviendrons !

Soleil, mer, jardin très agréable ... Nous avons passé une superbe semaine. La location était très bien agencée et lumineuse, le jardin très calme et reposant. La plage de la Nartelle en bas de la rue est une superbe plage de sable fin. Le parking sécurisé est un gros plus.

Appartement très bien situé, plage à 300 mètres à pied, Ste Maxime centre à 3 kms . Cet appartement est très calme, dans la verdure avec belle terrasse et jardin paysagé, à l'abri des regards. Il est très bien équipé, tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour, lave vaissellle, lave linge etc;;; Nous avons passé de bonnes vacances, merci Mme Bourdinot . Mme prime Marie Jeanne

Nettes Appartment in Strandnähe

Alles wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos ersichtlich. Auch die Abwicklung vor der Reise und vor Ort war völlig problemlos! Die 2 Kojenbetten haben auch für unsere schlanken Töchter gereicht (17 und 20 Jahre). Der Grill ist (nur) ein Elektrogrill, funktioniert aber sehr gut. Dank zugehörigem Parkplatz entfällt die Parkplatzsuche. Einziges kleines Manko: Es gab recht viele Mücken auf der Terrasse und im Garten. Vielleicht hatten wir gerade Pech, vielleicht liegt es aber auch am Gartenteich des Nachbarn. Dank Autan war das aber kein großes Problem. Das Schlafzimmerfenster hat einen Mückenschutz, so dass es nachts offen bleiben kann. Zum schönen Strand sind es keine 250 Meter. Wir würden die Wohnung wieder buchen und können sie guten Gewissens empfehlen.
