This home is owner occupied and is in a quiet neighborhood. Our home has been in the rental program since 2011. There are 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms on a corner lot. There is a jack and jill bathroom between two guest rooms, giving each bedroom their own private dressing area. There is a swimming pool in the private backyard. Enjoy coffee poolside or in covered patio area. The property is located 3.65 miles from the square and 5 miles from campus.

No smoking is allowed inside and no pets. The owner is very easy to work with and will be glad to answer any questions about the town if needed.

Great Property, Location, Pool and Owner!

We loved everything! The house, the pool, the location and working with the Owner, Valerie. She was responsive, helpful and gave great recommendations that made our stay for the Georgia/Ole Miss game weekend so much better.

HOTTY TODDY Best house for football weekends!

What a great house - clean and comfortable. Well stocked with extras should you run out of paper towels, garbage bags or just salt and pepper :-) Pool is lovely and clean. Perfect for a football weekend as you are only minutes to campus but located in a very nice neighborhood when you need to get away from campus life. And Valerie, the owner, she is THE BEST!

Great place to stay in Oxford, MS

We were in for graduation weekend and a couple of days on each side. Our family had a wonderful stay at Valerie's house. She is a wonderful hostess. We were in contact about ever other day. The house fit our family well. We loved the space and the outdoor area is bigger than the pictures. We spent most of our time outside. Thanks Valerie for a great trip! We will stay again and again.....

This property was amazing! The AC worked great and it was hot outside!! The neighborhood is very quiet and such a convenient location to the University. The owner, Valerie, made us feel very welcome in her home and was a pleasure to work with! Would love to stay here again!
