The perfect place to stay
The location is very convenient. A very short walk takes you to a huge beach. A five minute drive takes you to a small arcade with a Le Clerc, a bakery and a holiday shop. The house is full equipped with pretty well anything you might need for your stay. It has.a nice location with plenty of space. Of course there is air conditioning. A really nice welcome as well from the hosts. Would definetly return. NH

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt
Wir waren als Familie mit unseren 4 Kindern (2 - 8 Jahre) Ende August bis Anfang September in dem Appartment. Die Wohnung war für uns 6 groß genug und hatte eine gute Aufteilung mit den Schlafräumen oben und dem Wohnbereich unten. Die zwei Klimaanlagen sorgten gerade nachts für einen guten Schlaf. Die Küche war bestens ausgestattet und modern, inkl. Mikrowelle, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Kaffeemaschine, Kühlschrank und großem Gefrierfach. Sogar viele Verbrauchsmaterialien, wie Spülmaschinentabs, Seife und sogar Holzkohle für den Grill im Garten waren bereits da. Für den Strand stellen die Vermieter ebenfalls viele Dinge wie Sonnenschirme, Strandtücher und -matten, Sandspielzeug, etc. zur Verfügung. Es gibt einen kleinen Supermarkt, den man in ca. 10 Minuten auch zu Fuß erreichen kann. Dort gibt es alles, was man für den täglichen Bedarf benötigt. Der Strand war wirklich toll. Total nah und in 3 Minuten zu Fuß mit den Kindern erreichbar. Der Strand ist groß und es waren nur wenige andere Badegäste dort. Er war sauber mit feinem Sand, es gab keine störenden Pflanzen oder Müll. Das Wasser war auch Anfang September noch angenehm warm und es ging seicht ins Wasser, perfekt für kleine Kinder und Nichtschwimmer. Die Vermieter waren total nett und hilfsbereit (Ausflugsziele, Internet, Briefkasten) und jederzeit ansprechbar. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können diese Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung
Das Häuschen liegt in einer ruhigen Wohnanlage und entspricht zu 100% der Beschreibung im Internet. Bis zum ruhigen Naturstand sind es nur wenige Gehminuten. Der flach abfallende Strand ist ideal für Kinder geeignet. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Supermarkt, Apotheke, Bäckerei, Post, Souvenirshop) sind zu Fuß erreichbar (10 bis 15 Minuten zu Fuß). Dort finden man auch eine Standbar und Möglichkeit für Wassersport. Das Häuschen selber ist sauber und verfügt über alles, was man benötigt. Alle Geräte funktionieren einwandfrei und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren sauber und in ausreichender Menge vorhanden. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter funktioniert sehr gut. Er ist stehts hilfsbereit, zuvorkommend und antwortet zuverlässig und zeitnah auf Nachrichten. Der Empfang und die Verabschiedung in der Ferienwohnung war sehr herzlich. Wir können dieses kleine Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Lieu idéal près de Bastia

Emplacement parfait pour visiter Bastia et le Cap Corse
Maison confortable à deux pas à pieds de la plage (nous avons même eu la chance de voir un dauphin solitaire pêcher d’abord au loin puis passer a quelques mètres), près de l’étang de Biguglia (flamands roses,…). M. et Mme Vela sont pleins d’attention et de bons conseils. La maison est climatisée, très propre et très bien équipée (électroménager, barbecue, nécessaire de plage, fond de cuisine et de nombreux délicieux extra). Seul bémol nous sommes peu restés sur la terrasse : les moustiques s’intéressaient beaucoup à nous. Par contre nos différents voisins ne semblaient pas avoir ce souci. A faire : Bastia, Cap Corse, Saint Florent, les Agriates et ses plages,… Merci encore

Un modèle à suivre
Certaines annonces font des promesses, cette location fait plus que les tenir. Très bien accueilli par les propriétaires (bons conseilleurs de surcroit), l'appartement est spacieux, très bien équipé, dans un lieu très calme et agréable, au cœur d'une résidence fermée. La plage à 5mn à pieds, commerces à proximité (15 mn à pieds). En bref, mieux que ce que nous avions espéré (et déjà connu). Réservez en confiance, vous ne serez pas déçu.

Emplacement idéal au sud de Bastia
Maison idéalement agencée, nous étions deux couples avec un bébé, les espaces sont bien définis. Le jardin est très agréable et que dire de son emplacement à moins de 100 m d’une belle plage. Les propriétaires sont charmants et très accueillants. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir!!!

Super emplacement!
Super emplacement pour cette maison proche de la mer! Calme assuré et pas de besoin de véhicules pour aller se baigner. Idéal pour les enfants car ils ont pied sur une grande distance. Séjour très agréable dans location confortable
Très bon séjour dans cette location très bien équipée. Propreté impeccable et confort de la climatisation. Coin barbecue. Proximité de la plage à 5 mn à pied et d'une petite supérette/journaux/pharmacie/pizzas à emporter à 3 mn en voiture. Les propriétaires sont charmants et nous ont gentiment gratifié de petites attentions locales...merci encore. Avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette belle région Corse. Nous recommandons cette location.

Schöner Urlaub
Sehr schönes Haus, das ruhig gelegen ist. Freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Der Strand ist nur einen Katzensprung entfernt und auch in der Hauptsaison eher leer. Ohne Auto schwierig, da nur selten Busse fahren und die Taxipreise hoch sind.

Sehr gepflegtes und sauberes Haus!
Wir haben diesen Sommer 2 1/2 Wochen Ferien in diesem sehr gepflegten, toll ausgestatteten und sehr sauberen Haus verbringen dürfen, die wir alle vier (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder von jeweils 8 und 4 Jahren) sehr genossen haben. Das Besitzer-Ehepaar sind wirklich tolle Gastgeber!

Le séjour était très agréable, nous avons trouvé un appartement très propre et très bien équipé, le logement se trouve dans un endroit calme et paisible, à 10 minutes à pied se trouve un mini complexe incluant un centre commercial, un café/bar, un kiosque et un office de poste, on pourrait même se passer d'une voiture.
