Prima onderkomen

Ons verblijf in huis in het groen is ons goed bevallen. Heerlijk gelegen in het bos, op 15 treinminuten van Firenze. Het huis heeft een mooie kamer met open keuken en een slaapkamer voor 2 personen. De eigenaar is in de regel in het weekeinde aanwezig en altijd bereid je van info te voorzien. Een staande zwenk-fan zou voor het verjagen van de muggen prettig zijn.

Een prachtig huis!

We vonden het een prachtig huis, rustig gelegen, niet ver van Floence. Heerlijk in de schaduw, waardoor het niet warm was, ook al was het in de stad 35 graden.Dank voor de gastvrijheid!

Très beau quartier tranquille de la Toscane !

À moins de 20 minutes de Florence par train. Francesco a eu la gentillesse de venir nous chercher à la gare car nous n'avions pas réussi à louer une auto et les taxis étaient en grève. Beau séjour !

Ruhige Ferienwohnung nicht weit von Florenz

Wir haben die Ruhe und die beeindruckend-schöne Landschaft der Toskana sehr genossen. Für uns war die schattige Ferienwohnung, inmitten eines Waldes an den heißen Sommertagen perfekt. Die Nähe nach Fiesole und die kurze, sehr günstige Bahnfahrt nach Florenz haben fanden wir wunderbar. Allerdings sind die Wegstrecken z.B. zum Supermarkt, ... sehr bergig, so dass man unbedingt ein Auto braucht.

Nice getaway, relaxing in nature. Wifi went down in the neighbourhood for the duration of our stay but was communicated right away. To make your stay even better, a car is suggested as property is about 30min walk from public transport. Overall, property was how described

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Schöne Ferienwohnung ruhig am Berg mit hohen Baumbestand liegend.Nach Florenz sind es von Caldine nur 12 Minuten.Mit dem Auto zum Bahnhof 5min. Die Wohnung hat alles was man für ei en entspannten Urlaub braucht.Vielen Dank auch an den Gastgeber.Hatten die Strasse nicht vollständig ins Navi gegeben und kamen sehr spät an.

Piccolo paradiso vicino Firenze

L'appartamento è molto grazioso e DAVVERO immersa nel verde! L'ideale per staccare dalla routine cittadina. Se si è fortunati come noi, capiterà di scorgere addirittura dei lungo la strada. Unica pecca: Caldine a piedi è distante, è decisamente più facile arrivarci in auto.

Schöne Lage - schöne Wohnung

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus liegt am Berg, sehr schön und sehr ruhig. Von dort aus ist man sehr schnell in Florenz (am besten mit Zug oder Bus), aber auch in den nahegelegenen wunderschönen kleinen Orten des Mugello. Alles was man braucht, ist in der Nähe. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit, die Wohnung geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Für uns war es ein sehr angenehmer, entspannter Aufenthalt.

Wunderschöne Lage - Entspannung pur

Wir waren mit zwei kleinen Kindern da und es war einfach perfekt. Das Haus ist in der Nähe von Caldine. Wir haben die untere Wohnung für 10 Tage gemietet und es hat einfach alles gepasst. Es war genügend Platz und die kleine Terrasse lud einfach zum entspannen ein. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und es ging alles reibungslos vonstatten. Wir hatten eine Telefonnummer für den Notfall und bekamen auch den ein oder anderen Tipp für Ausflüge in der Gegened. Der Vermieter wohnt am Wochenende in der Wohnung oben drüber. Man sieht und hört ihn jedoch kaum. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in Caldine vorhanden. Außerdem auch ein Bahnhof. Alles in einem hatten wir einen erholsamen Urlaub.

Ein schöner Platz zum Entspannen und Wohlfühlen!

Wir waren zu zweit mit Hund in der Villa Fiesole und es hat uns allen sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung bietet sehr viel Platz und man kann vor den Haus schön draußen sitzen. Durch die vielen Bäume kommt leider nicht viel Sonne durch, aber das ist im Hochsommer vielleicht auch gar nicht so schlecht, dadurch bleibt es schön kühl. Das Haus liegt nicht weit vom kleinen Örtchen Caldine, wo es ein paar kleine Restaurants, Apotheke, Einkaufsladen usw. gibt. Auch der Bahnhof ist nicht weit, so kommt man in nur 12 Minuten mit dem Zug nach Florenz (Ticketpreis 1,50 Euro). Von Caldine bis zum Häusschen sind es etwa 2km, die sehr steil bergauf gehen, also unbedingt mit dem Auto anreisen ;-) Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und wohnt wochenends in der Wohnung obendrüber, daher sollte man am WE etwas Rücksicht nehmen. Leider ging bei unserem Aufenthalt die Waschmaschine nicht und es gab kein WLAN, da es vorOrt wohl ein paar Probleme mit den Funkmasten gab. Alles in allem aber ein wirklich schöner Ort zum Relaxen und gleichzeitig ein guter Spot um Ausflüge nach Florenz oder andere Städte zu unternehmen :-)

Geweldige plek vlakbij Florence

Prachtige ruimte op een mooie locatie , schoon, van alle gemakken voorzien en groot genoeg voor 4 personen. Omgeven door rust, koelte en een prachtige bomentuin. Aardige eigenaar die af en toe aanwezig is in het bovengelegen appartement.

Impeccable !

Le lieu est idéalement situé : 1/ En pleine campagne toscane, dans la pénombre permanente d'un sous-bois et sur les hauteurs, ce qui permet de bien respirer et d'échapper aux fortes chaleurs l'été. J'imagine que l'automne et le printemps y sont aussi très agréables. 2/ A 10 mn en voiture de la gare de Caldine, où le train rallie Florence en moins d'un quart d'heure plusieurs fois par jours (retour pareil !) 3/ A 5 mn d'une supérette, ce qui est très appréciable car il n'est pas toujours facile de se ravitailler dans la région. 4/ Suffisamment loin des infrastructures routières pour entrer "de plain-pied" dans la campagne. Autrement dit, au premier routon à gauche commence la découverte. L'appartement est en fait le rez-de-jardin d'une grande maison secondaire. Mais c'est complètement indépendant. Pendant notre séjour quelqu'un est venu (le fils du propriétaire ?), mais c'est à peine si nous l'avons remarqué. L'impression d'avoir son "chez-soi" est totale. C'est spacieux, propre, sobre, fonctionnel, agréable, confortable. On pourra éventuellement regretter qu'il n'y ait que deux chaises longues alors qu'on y peut habiter à quatre. Francesco est sympathique, discret, efficace. La procédure d'accueil a pris 10 mn et nous sommes repartis en laissant simplement les clés sur la table et en repoussant la porte derrière nous. Bref, nous conseillons vraiment ce gîte à ceux qui veulent découvrir Florence et sa région tout en bénéficiant de tous les avantages d'un pied-à-terre au calme. Un vrai bonheur !

Prettig gelegen en compleet ingerichte woning

Het huis was op een prettige plek gelegen: door bomen omgeven en vrij hoog, zodat het wat koeler is dan in het dal. Alles was aanwezig en ook het bed lag erg prettig. Al met al een aanrader.

Calme et tranquillité. Gentillesse et discrétion des propriétaires.

Nous avons apprécié la facilité de se rendre en train à Florence (10 mn) et la proximité des commerces. C'était très agréable de se retrouver le soir parmi les oiseaux, les écureuils, sans oublier les cigales. La location est très bien équipée, literie impeccable. Nous avons apprécié la délicatesse de l'accueil. Dommage que la propreté n'était pas au top. Cependant nous recommandons cette adresse.
