Villa FETIA ITI is located hillside 65ft (20 meters) above sea level and only 100 ft (30 meters) from the lagoon. Exceptional views from a wonderful Villa
Excellent property with stunning views over the lagoon. Much appreciated the prompt and clear communications between the owner and ourselves. The description of the property is very accurate. A little way out of town so you do need a car but great for a long term Stay or even (as we did) just a few nights. Thank you Pierre. It was great !!

Fabulous views of the Lagoon
This house is situated up a very steep driveway, with fabulous views over the Lagoon. It is a spacious older property but well furnished inside with just about everything you could wish for during your stay. It has a large covered verandah, where you can eat or sit and admire the view, but there is nowhere you can relax in the sun and we would suggest it is not suitable for younger children. Access to the Lagoon is down a long flight of shallow steps, which are well lit at night and across the main road around the island, which can be quite noisy. It is not really a great place to swim in the Lagoon here as there are several overwater bungalows which you have to navigate around. There is only 1 beach on BoraBora and it is about a 25 minute drive, so you definitely need a car. The only Town is also about a 15 minute drive away. However almost all the restaurants and activities will collect you from the bottom of the driveway. Nathalie made us very welcome on our arrival and explained everything in detail. There was good internet, which is rare on the Islands! Pierre provides extremely detailed instructions for everything. He communicated extremely well prior to and during our stay and although we had booked his own car to rent, it was not available and he had arranged for a replacement with Avis. This is a good option if you do not want to stay in a resort.

We had an amazing 15 nights in the house - it was perfect!!!!We sat on that front verandah soaking in the views for hours on end - you never get tired of that view….The air cons in the bedrooms are fantastic to get a great nights sleep after a big day in the sun too.The swimming & snorkeling out the front in the lagoon is fabulous.Overall no complaints at all, this is a perfect property to have as your base to explore Bora Bora.Highly recommend!

Better than an overwater bungalow
We spent the first week of our delayed honeymoon (we are both experienced travelers and not moon-eyed kids) at this wonderful spot in Bora Bora. It was the perfect place to explore the island in comfort, with beautiful views and all the facilities we could ask for. Pierre was a fantastic host, providing enormous helpful detail about the spot, the island, things to do, places to eat, places to shop for food and other necessities. Je remercie Pierre pour sa réactivité et ses conseils. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette villa confortable et propre ! Au delà du cadre et de l'intérieur chaleureux je tiens à souligner que tout le nécessaire était présent et même plus. Ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas dans les locations. sel, poivre, condiments, filtres à café, pastilles lave vaisselle et lave linge, sacs poubelle...etc. et la buanderie suréquipée nous a sauvée la vie ! Nous nous sommes rapidement approprié les lieux et avions l'impression d'être chez nous. Les moments passés sur la terrasse face au lagon resteront gravés dans nos mémoire. A refaire.

Great gateaway
Stayed 4 nights at the property and loved it! The Villa is about 15-20 minutes drive to Vaitape village on a north side of the island with great views from the balcony. We rented a car to get around and explore the island as it would be difficult without it due to the Villa location.

Wonderful Stay
First off, Pierre was a great host. The information he provided on activities, recommendations, little hacks really helped us hit the ground running. We had an awesome time on the island. He provided kayaks, which we didn’t take advantage of, but is such a huge plus being literally a stone’s throw from the shore. I wish I had an extra day just to do that. The place: you’re 10-12 minutes from Vaitape, which is a blessing of a buffer because it gets really, really bogged down in people/car traffic. I know, you’re in Bora Bora, what’s there to complain about? But it was nice to feel removed from all of that in a well located place with a killer view. The house was well provisioned with everything you would need to stay in, make a meal or just chill. The balcony is huge and has a direct line of site to the sunset, so that’s what we did most evenings before hitting the town or restaurants. Bedrooms have air conditioning and made our nights comfortable and restful. Awesome place! Many thanks to Pierre for the stay!

Villa magnifique et au calme
La villa de Pierre est spacieuse et joliment décorée et la vue sur le lagon est magnifique. La mise à disposition de 2 Kayaks est appréciable, nous avons pu rejoindre les motus en face de la villa et faire du snorkeling dans de beaux jardins de corails. La capitale Vaitape n'est qu'à 10mn de voiture et nous avons assisté aux représentations de chants et de danses Heiva tous les soirs. Nous recommandons la Villa Fetia iti.

Great views and sunsets
Property offers great views of Bora Bora sunsets. We enjoyed our coffee every morning on the balcony and drinks in the evening. The kitchen has all the appliances we like from the US. There is A/C but only in the bedrooms and so the living room and kitchen get very warm during mid day. The bedrooms stay very cool for sleeping. The condo is very clean and well maintained. If you rent a standard car, be aware of the steep driveway to park. We would recommend an automatic car for this rental. Also you will get a 6am wake-up call from the roosters every morning, but we were up for the sunrise and so it really didn't bother us. We would recommend the condo for those who don't want to pay Bora Bora resort prices. We enjoyed our stay.

Amazing views, very friendly locals, BEAUTIFUL island!
Our entire experience with host Pierre was easy and well managed. There are great views of the lagoon and the passing boats, with a gentle breeze, from the balcony but the AC in the bedrooms is a must for good sleeping here. The hillside compound of bungalows is perfectly manicured by the daily gardener, and is a 15 minute drive from the main village of Vaitape. This is where the ferry/local supermarkets/shops mostly are, so you need a rental car. The beaches are a 20 minute drive, but driving is easy here. You can swim just across the street from the bungalow, or enjoy great snorkeling after a 10 minute walk to the left of the property. The activities are FANTASTIC (snorkeling, diving, jet ski, boat tours) and are led by FUN local guides. Don’t miss the 2 local food trucks RIGHT across the street from the church in Vaitape-schawarma to the left, and the best marinated and sashimi fish platter to the right! Yum! This property is one of the best quality/price places you will find in Bora Bora!!!

Plongée en apnée au paradis
La villa est vraiment bien située….la vue du balcon donnant sur le lagon est imprenable…les couchers de soleil sont exceptionnels. Pour les amateurs de plongée en apnée, c’est un endroit idéal où séjourner. Pierre, le propriétaire est de très bon conseil et il a à coeur que ses locataires repartent de chez lui avec plein de beaux souvenirs dans la tête et dans le coeur.. On peut voir des raies manta à proximité de la villa sur un site situé appelé le Juventin à moins de 1 km de la propriété et accessible facilement à environ 100 mètres du bord de l’eau. Il y a 2 kayaks qu’on peut utiliser et il y a juste en face d’extraordinaires plongées à faire en apnée. Les coraux sont top niveaux , la visibilité est excellente et toute la gamme des poissons tropicaux de Polynésie s’y retrouve…Tout ceci est autour du Motu voisin du motu où se trouve l’aéroport de Bora Bora. Une balade de 5 km aller retour à partir de la villa qui merite d’être faite au quotidien par les amateurs de plongée snorkeling un peu en forme..

Just wonderful
What a wonderful home to stay in for 2 weeks. What is in the photos is what is the reality. A fabulous location which was made better by the large deck, so many hours just enjoying the view. Everything is there for a wonderful stay. Pierre was very responsive to any communications and check-in and check-out were easy. We hope to be back very soon.

Vacation in Paradise
Communication with the owner of this beautiful property was simply first class from the very beginning. We received extremely detailed information with pictures and useful tips. Check-in was very smooth. The apartment itself can only be described as paradise itself. The views from the extensive balcony are simply stunning. The kitchen has everything you will need to make your stay enjoyable and there are 2 supermarkets within a 10 minutes drive away. Bring your duty-free allowance, as alcohol prices here are high! The beds are extremely comfortable and both bedrooms have very effective air conditioning units. The lounge and dining area are delightful in the evening and you can leave the doors open as they are equipped with mosquito nets. The bathroom is airy and spacious. There is a cellar with two washing machines and dryers. We were even invited by the owner to use the kayaks for a paddle in the lagoon. Although parts of the property are fraying a little at the edges, I cannot speak highly enough about this vacation rental with its friendly and attentive owner. I would return for sure and recommend this place to anyone looking for paradise on Bora Bora with stunning views at a very fair price!

This property was comfortable and lovely The house was perfectly equipped for all my needs. It was Safe and secure. The owner kept in touch and was available by email. The property manager was more than welcoming and available for recommendations. She even found an important item I left behind at checkout and made sure I recovered it! I hope to return in the future to enjoy the views and comfort of this special place. I will recommend that a specific landmark be mentioned in the arrival directions. Sans doute le meilleur spot de l'île, en dehors de 5*
Je recommande chaleureusement ce lieu de vacances. Très bel emplacement, vue à couper le souffle. Très belle maison, située au coeur de plusieurs villas du même type de construction. Magnifique terrasse qui surplombe la mer. Rien que la route à traverser pour se baigner. La maison est très bien équipée. Lits très confortables, grande douche, cuisine bien agencée, jolie ameublement et très belle déco. C'est un privilège de pouvoir loger chez Pierre.
